Just got my medical card first place i went to was trulieve and it is ok but product is high priced. I stumble upon VidaCann. Great people that work made me feel real comfortable and i have bad anxiety. I did not feel tension and felt chill environment. Product is also please go check them out i highly recommend.read more

There was a time when I would go nowhere else but Vidacann. That was over a year ago, when they stopped carrying 25 mg capsules, or any capsules for that matter. They went from having over 50 products available to rarely having 30 products. What’s really funny is for a long time they touted a 2 million dollar plus investment into their company but it only got worse. Surterra wellness and Trulieve have stomped all over you guys. They sold me a defective cartridge and I brought it back they didn’t have a testing kit to test it and wouldn’t give me a replacement Very unprofessional I will never go back. I spent a lot of money at that store in that was the 1st problem I had the manager didn’t take any of that into consideration and blamed me for the cartridge going bad.read more

I waited awhile to make sure it wasn’t just a one time thing. I’ve gone 4 times now and all want to make sure you get the right product. It’s not ” what do you want, here it is”, it’s “want to you NEED” I was waiting for a product, it’s a product that flies out the door when it comes in. I was put on the call list, with Vidacann being such a large company I felt, I’ll have to check in once in a while. They were super friendly and helpful when I was spending money on my first visit, then… one of my 400mg cartridges was clogged when I opened it… I tried to smoke it for a day but it kept clogging and the atomizer started to go out so I called and they said they would take it and exchange it… I went into the store and the manager told me that it was still working and that I had to run a paper clip through the cartridge every time to get it to hit properly…. I’ve never had to do this with any other cartridge and I shouldn’t have to do anything but hit it when I spend good money on it… I’m so disappointed and now I guess I stay a Truliever for life….read more

The staff was very nice and informative, I just didn’t like any of the products. I got a cart from the brand they sell from Israel that’s backed by science, but it keeps clogging which I’ve never experienced. It makes me pull too hard and get way too much at a time, plus even though it’s an indica it had me wired when I was trying to sleep 🙁 The hybrid capsules gave me crazy anxiety and it was the smallest dose they offer. Overall the experience was really great but they advertise $40 for popcorn size buds and 50 for whole size buds well I was sold 2 1/8 containers of popcorn size buds for 50 which should have been 40 and and I did bring it to the attention of the sales clerk and he kind of just brushed it off and still charge me $50 but like I said at the beginning of this review The experience other than that was great and last but not least they still have the best first time patient program that I’ve seen thus farread more

I am a brand new patient. They guys in here were so wonderful and helpful. They were all very welcoming, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Everything was very organized, and I was able to place my order online, and then go in and get it quickly.I’m not sure what Google’s policy is on pictures of product, so the pictures I am including are only of the plain packaging, and a battery. I love that the flower product was placed in a scent blocking zip sealed bag, so there was no odor at all in the car.They also have a great first time customer discount, and a rewards program.
