The people here are stupid and didn't even bother letting me know that my prescription was going to expire soon after going at least twice a month. You would think a dispensary would be more courteous and informative to help their patients, but unfortunately they all lack giving decent customer service m I can't wait to leave Florida and move to a state where weed is legal and don't have to jump through hoops and spend over $300 to get the worst dispensary customer service in the world. Don't bother with this place. I won't.

I spun the wheel and got 1000 points!! This has been the best dispensary I’ve been to! The flower was SUPERB! No seriously their flower is top notch. I got grape ape and it’s mellowed out my anxiety. The flower was recommended by Alie and I must say she was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional she made me feel seen and heard. Some places just care abt a “sale” but I felt a genuine caring vibe from her. The dispensary is nice and clean and I Just had a great experience overall. I highly recommend this dispensary. If you’re there ask for Alie!

First Class service!! The overall atmosphere is phenomenal, the “Sunset Staff” is extremely knowledgeable and eager to explain things at your level. I haven’t had on negative experience at this location. The daily deals are astronomical and their new flower drops have been some of the best flower that I’ve smoked in the program for the price point!! Shout out to VC for giving out empty carts when you buy concentrates, that’s love! The location and parking is a breeze, I have found my new spot, nothing like picking up your medicine and walking down the sunset strip and finding a place to eat. This location is a total vibe on the weekends!!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Vidacann
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
