Warehouse Supervisor – Curaleaf – Fort Pierce, FL

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, storing, packing, and day to day operations of cannabis warehouse facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running efficiently.


  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
  • Implement new processes to improve the efficiency of daily operation
  • Manage team of warehouse associates
  • Shipping and receiving expertise
  • Quality inspection and release of packaging materials
  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • 5+ years experience in warehouse management or related field
  • Must have management and supervision experience in manufacturing/production environment
  • Analyzing and managing processes
  • Must have past experience with inventory control and reporting
  • Safety management and surveillance skills
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
