GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida women’s tennis team unveiled its 2021 dual match schedule Wednesday, a docket that includes 18 regular season matches including eight home contests at the Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex.

The Gators will prepare for the rigors of SEC play with a five-match non-conference slate which consists of matchups at home vs. Georgia State (Jan. 20) and UCF (Feb. 6) and a trio of road tests at UCF (Jan. 29), FSU (Feb. 4) and USF (Feb. 11).
Over the course of the season, Florida will battle 11 teams that finished last season ranked in the top 50 of the final ITA rankings including six top 25 squads.
UF will hit the road for its first conference action as it opens SEC play at Alabama on Feb. 19 and travels to Auburn on Feb. 21.
After beginning its SEC slate with a road weekend, Florida hosts its first two conference matches Friday, Feb. 26 when it welcomes LSU and Sunday, Feb. 28 when it takes on Texas A&M at the Ring.
The Gators kickoff the month of March with matchups at Georgia and Tennessee, before returning home to Gainesville
