We had had an abhorrent experience in Melbourne involving employees smoking outside the building and the manager being unprofessional and slandering other Cannabist locations. This was a totally different experience. Heather and Kim walked me through my purchase and were able to not only maximize my sale but also remedy all the items I did not recieve at Melbourne as a first time customer. I was greated by Security and promptly waited on by the front desk staff. 30 seconds later Ashley asked how could she assist me. I informed her of my wishes and she filled my order. All the time keeping a smile on her face. I asked several times about the new law that takes effect Monday. She explained without getting frustrated about me not understanding. She continued to explain to my satisfaction. She also explored all discounts available to me without me asking her. She explained to me every step she was taken to fill my order. Ashley was professional and courtesy through the whole shopping experience. I left feeling like she appreciated me as a person and customer. She understood I had choices in my shopping for my medication and was pleased I chose Cannabis Dispensary. She is truly the bee's knees of Bud Tenders. Oh the Dispensary was emaculate and well organized. The other staff was very friendly and thank me for coming and to stay safe. I will continue to use the Dispensary for all of my needs. Last but not least,not only was the product exceptional so was the price. Just think about it, great people,great product great service and great price equal great overall experience.I live 50 minutes away but still I want wanted shop at this Dispensary that should show you the quality of the products and the type of people that work there. Ashley and her coworkers are 1 of a kind. Well worth the 2 hour drive today.

The option are pretty limited in flower above 15% THC but they have some awesome prices, ask the batch date before purchasing and if older than 4-6 months ask for newer stock or just call it a day go somewhere else. If you know what to expect and where you can shop accordingly. I think The Cannabist is great for budget meds and if you shop smart you wont be let down.

I was on a mini staycation and happened to be in the area so I decided to stop by for the first time. The shop itself is really cool, it reminds me of West Coast dispos. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint and reason for a low rating was the quality. I bought 4 different strains of flower and 3 of them were over 6 months old. They had badly oxidized, dried out, had zero smell, flavor or effects. The one strain I did get that wasn't old had zero effects. I so badly wanted to love this place but unfortunately quality is more important to me than a pretty shop and great customer service. Best of luck to you all but I'll stick with Grow Healthy while I'm in Florida.

Drove all the way from Ft. Pierce to this location, even though i have many local Dispensary Companies choices. 1st time customer for Columbia Care product. Ordering over the phone was fast and efficient . Since i was trying to beat rush hour, i called when 5 minutes away to make sure not a long wait to be served, if possible. Was in and out of there in a flash ! Very friendly, fast, and efficient service, and received a 15% senior discount as well. Columbia Care had a specific whole flower strain i wanted, and this grow of that strain was in the thc range, based on online lab results, for that strain. The whole flower was full weight- both 1/8ths, and the pop tops were sealed with hard plastic shrink wrap to prevent tampering. My 1st visit was definitely worth the long drive, and i highly recommend Columbia Care, and their Stuart branch, if they have a strain in stock that you want. And very reasonably priced. i wish Columbia Care would open more branches- hopefully closer to me. This is a 5 star operation, and i wholly recommend their Stuart location for fast, efficient, friendly service , and 5 star product. If your in the area, you owe it to yourself, to give Columbia Care Stuart a try. i don't think you will be disappointed. Even the decor inside this branch, is not the usual " boring ultra sterile Dispensary" look. i thought i walked into a Tiki Bar by accident. and they had me in and out so fast, that i didn't have time to enjoy the unusual decor, which was great, since i was in a rush. The whole experience was quite enjoyable, and made up for the very long drive to and from this location. So if your in the area, and Columbia Care has a product in stock that you want, you really should give them a try, and they do restock and carry new stock / strains often as well. Their flower is exceptional, and the pop tops are factory sealed, and full weight without question.

I know I'm definitely not the only one feeling a bit stressed during these times but Columbia Care has made it so easy to pick up exactly what I need efficiently and fast. I've gone inside before and the shop is beautiful but I also really enjoy their curbside pickup option. The best feature that I haven't seen on any other site is that once you put your order in you get to see in live time who is working on your order and when it's ready for pickup! When I have gone inside, I was greeted by very pleasant staff and felt very welcome. The front desk worker Samantha was super hospitable and kept me company while my order was being processed. I'm so grateful this dispensary opened and that it is so close to my house but it would be worth the drive regardless. I will definitely be shopping here frequently!

Yesterday was the third time I’ve visited this location and although I dislike doing reviews, the experience was so outstanding that I had to make an exception. Every time I’ve been here the experience has been pleasant. Their inventory and online ordering system is quick and efficient. Their price is fair, and they always seem to have discounts and promotions being offered additionally. The flower is flavorful and potent. It is grown with care, cured properly, and it shows. The dispensary itself is quite serene and relaxing inside. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I got a 420 swag bag which was loaded with goodies that I didn’t even expect. Special mention to the pretty lady with red hair who was so kind to offer me a bandana I was curious about. She’s one of the nicest! I heartily recommend this dispensary to fellow patients.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cannabist

I was on a mini staycation and happened to be in the area so I decided to stop by for the first time. The shop itself is really cool, it reminds me of West Coast dispos. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint and reason for a low rating was the quality. I bought 4 different strains of flower and 3 of them were over 6 months old. They had badly oxidized, dried out, had zero smell, flavor or effects. The one strain I did get that wasn't old had zero effects. I so badly wanted to love this place but unfortunately quality is more important to me than a pretty shop and great customer service. Best of luck to you all but I'll stick with Grow Healthy while I'm in Florida.

A business should not be penalized for a single employee's actions if management sees the error and hopefully corrects it. Sadly, I was going to give 4 stars but went back and was told that they wouldn't honor a rain check they had on file for the other half of a new customer 2fer (only had 1) because it was only valid for 30 days. Instead of asking a manager if they could make an exception (and reap my complete purchase of more product), I was told they could not do anything. I may patronize them in the future.

Drove all the way from Ft. Pierce to this location, even though i have many local Dispensary Companies choices. 1st time customer for Columbia Care product. Ordering over the phone was fast and efficient . Since i was trying to beat rush hour, i called when 5 minutes away to make sure not a long wait to be served, if possible. Was in and out of there in a flash ! Very friendly, fast, and efficient service, and received a 15% senior discount as well. Columbia Care had a specific whole flower strain i wanted, and this grow of that strain was in the thc range, based on online lab results, for that strain. The whole flower was full weight- both 1/8ths, and the pop tops were sealed with hard plastic shrink wrap to prevent tampering. My 1st visit was definitely worth the long drive, and i highly recommend Columbia Care, and their Stuart branch, if they have a strain in stock that you want. And very reasonably priced. i wish Columbia Care would open more branches- hopefully closer to me. This is a 5 star operation, and i wholly recommend their Stuart location for fast, efficient, friendly service , and 5 star product. If your in the area, you owe it to yourself, to give Columbia Care Stuart a try. i don't think you will be disappointed. Even the decor inside this branch, is not the usual " boring ultra sterile Dispensary" look. i thought i walked into a Tiki Bar by accident. and they had me in and out so fast, that i didn't have time to enjoy the unusual decor, which was great, since i was in a rush. The whole experience was quite enjoyable, and made up for the very long drive to and from this location. So if your in the area, and Columbia Care has a product in stock that you want, you really should give them a try, and they do restock and carry new stock / strains often as well. Their flower is exceptional, and the pop tops are factory sealed, and full weight without question.

I know I'm definitely not the only one feeling a bit stressed during these times but Columbia Care has made it so easy to pick up exactly what I need efficiently and fast. I've gone inside before and the shop is beautiful but I also really enjoy their curbside pickup option. The best feature that I haven't seen on any other site is that once you put your order in you get to see in live time who is working on your order and when it's ready for pickup! When I have gone inside, I was greeted by very pleasant staff and felt very welcome. The front desk worker Samantha was super hospitable and kept me company while my order was being processed. I'm so grateful this dispensary opened and that it is so close to my house but it would be worth the drive regardless. I will definitely be shopping here frequently!

Yesterday was the third time I’ve visited this location and although I dislike doing reviews, the experience was so outstanding that I had to make an exception. Every time I’ve been here the experience has been pleasant. Their inventory and online ordering system is quick and efficient. Their price is fair, and they always seem to have discounts and promotions being offered additionally. The flower is flavorful and potent. It is grown with care, cured properly, and it shows. The dispensary itself is quite serene and relaxing inside. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I got a 420 swag bag which was loaded with goodies that I didn’t even expect. Special mention to the pretty lady with red hair who was so kind to offer me a bandana I was curious about. She’s one of the nicest! I heartily recommend this dispensary to fellow patients.
