Had fantastic experiences with the worker who ran the front desk, Rebecca, when she came into my store to advertise the Tallahassee office; but their cust care team did not meet expectations at all. Was given a coupon for a free transfer renewal from their office rep, along with several of my coworkers. A couple of my coworkers were already able to use their coupon, no problem, and enjoyed their experience in the Tallahassee office. When I attempted to make the same appointment with the same coupon, I was told the coupon was only if I wanted to make changes to my EXISTING recommendation and I would need to pay for a renewal. Couldn't help but feel like this was a bit personal, though I cannot fathom how- I have never physically been into the office before. Megan, the cust service rep who spoke with me offered to make an appointment and collect my info, but could not guarantee I wouldn't have to pay and could not provide clarity about why others had the coupon honored but mine wouldn't be. I respect the value of people's time and did not want make an appointment with a whole new office just to drive there to discover I could have stayed with my current physician for the same price. I prob would've been charged as a same day cancellation too! anyways, overall bummer. I passed on the news to the rest of my coworkers who still had coupons so they wouldn't deal with the same bs

This was my second renewal appointment and just like the first one, it was a great experience. Rebecca single -handedly, managed every aspect of my visit and was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with all my paperwork, questions and specific needs. Even though two people were ahead of me, she gave everyone the same great care and attention and still managed to get me out in less than 45 minutes. No tricks or hidden fees, lowest renewal fees in Tallahassee and impeccable service and care; I will continue to come back in the future.

This business looks very nice and professional but it really isn’t. I went in to get my card renewed and waited an hour and a half until I was seen. When I was finally taken in for the interview of renewal and describing my symptoms, the physician stared at me for a solid 30 seconds before asking me “Are you trying to make something up”, accused that my symptoms are “fake” as I already had a card for these reasons to begin with. She then “diagnosed” me with PTSD, something I never mentioned. All in all, do not recommend.
