I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at the E. Colonial location. Mario, Kris and Melissa are truly amazing and are very knowledgeable about the products and care about you as an individual. I was honestly nervous about using Canabis products but after being diagnosed with MS - I was finally able to find relief from the tingling, numbness and pain associated with MS. When I came in today, their newest hire Kris helped me and needless to say I couldn’t tell he was a new hire. I am grateful to the entire staff and especially Kris, Mario and Melissa.

Another well lit and clean cannabis dispensary.Came in before the grand opening. They gave me a swag bag anyway, so that was nice of them.Not a huge fan of Muv products. I think they charge above their weight class. Decent for those newer to the program, but hard on the wallet.There is a lot of competition in the area. If they listed their labs/COAs online, I might be more inclined to check them out again.

I'm relatively new to this dispensary. So far, except for 1 perky guy, the staff seem relatively disinterested in developing customer relationships. I tried a new product with 0, and I mean ZERO education from my service staff. I took 1 dose of a sublingual and had an unusual reaction to it. When I took it back to the dispensary, the slovenly gate keeper who usually checks people in, told me no returns, without even asking my name, or checking me in. I then asked to speak to the manager, because I actually needed help. I was asked to sit down and wait. I then watched 3 individuals, including the manager come and go without acknowledgement. When the manager came out a second time, he then decided that slovenly boy, needed to check me in before he could even speak to me. It was at this time, I gave up and left,because clearly this location has very little consideration for customers aka patients.

Despite how busy it was he was happy and full of energy and you could tell that he absolutely loves his job. In five minutes or less , One of their sales people, came up and brought me inside And started the process of informing me and asking me and trying to tail make products for me which is what I needed because it has been a very long time and I am not at all up-to-date with today's strains and percentages and on and on and Gina, new everything I needed to get an introductory sample of four different products to try. She was informative and pleasant without being pushy at all as far as trying to get me to buy a whole whole Lotta stuff.... An overall pleasant and informative experience.... One last thing while writing This review there were two places that had Gina's name with a choice of stars up to five, but you could not turn them on by pushing them.... My GYN (in-network with Tricare Prime, Dr. Denardis) gave me a prescription for a medical marijuana topical product and his staff person helped connect me to the proper channels to get my state-approved medical marijuana card. He and my husband’s doctor both recommended Muv Dispensaries for quality. Today we were here for my husband, a US Army veteran with lots of pain in his knees, hip, and back.Hannah explained the products and how different parts of the plant and production methods affect how your body receives relief. She also gave expert recommendations as to which level of strength to try at the beginning.We recommend the Muv patches, gummies and pain cream. The patch, in particular, worked immediately and my husband had relief from pain within 5 minutes of applying it, which, unlike the cream, goes into the bloodstream and relieves pain in the whole body.Muv gives a 30% discount on your first visit. Horrible experience. Was parked where everyone was and , including employees. A guy on his phone comes screaming at me because I'm parked in the back. Where remind you everyone else is parked. Not one car parked in the front. Employees even tell me they are supposed to park in front , but bc of no shade they don't do it. Showed us no respect. I even advised in like 5 mins you will be open and I'm a customer. Just lost a customer. Now I see why the front is always empty. Guy wouldn't even get off his cell phone to yell at me or be polite lol.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Horrible experience. Was parked where everyone was and , including employees. A guy on his phone comes screaming at me because I'm parked in the back. Where remind you everyone else is parked. Not one car parked in the front. Employees even tell me they are supposed to park in front , but bc of no shade they don't do it. Showed us no respect. I even advised in like 5 mins you will be open and I'm a customer. Just lost a customer. Now I see why the front is always empty. Guy wouldn't even get off his cell phone to yell at me or be polite lol.
