I also have a great fondness for the Live Resin vapes which are the only vape products I will be buying from now on. Bless the people and they will love you (unless someone’s having a really off day which is the case in many places lately!) Sadly no one is going to be 100% on time. Especially if there’s traffic, or they’re only going to do a shopping during break time. I’ve been getting delivery from MÜV for a long time, a year or two at least, and I’ve been buying in-person even before that. This was the very first dispensary I ever went to, when I got my card.Their website was always a little wonky and had its quirks, but at least it worked. They recently released a new app and it’s been a hassle, to say the least.A week or two ago, I was going to place an order and was prompted by the system to create a new account on their site to join their app. I had enough medicine left, so I decided “I’ll deal with that mess another time.”Sadly, now is the time. I had to create a new account, re-enter all of my patient info, etc. get all the way through ordering just for the app to tell me there are no delivery windows available. I selected delivery from the very beginning, why let me waste my time shopping/ordering if there is no delivery available?I called the next day to try and place the order manually and after 15 min on the phone I was finally told they can’t deliver to me because they are too busy with new orders from the app. It’s been at least a week or two since I first ran into their new app/system, but the App Store says it’s been listed over a month.It’s incredibly short sighted to launch an app and have no idea how to even fulfill the orders you get through it.I’ve been a loyal customer for years…now I’m forced to go to a competitor and if they make it any easier than this (very low bar to clear) then I’ll likely stay.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in West Palm Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in West Palm Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
