I’ve been to just about every dispensary from Viera to Palm Bay, and MUV is going to be my new regular dispensary from now on. I can’t say enough good stuff about this place or the folks who work there! These people have no idea how to operate express orders. They have an actual express check out in the lobby, and never ever open it.My online order had been pending for 6 hours. So I just go to the store. They check me in as a walk in. Wait 10 minutes. Two more check in as express. They both get called back and I’m still in the lobby. Then a third checks in as express, and is also called to the back. I’m waiting in the lobby alone again hoping no new express orders check in.When I’m finally in the back, the employee tells me it’s company policy to always take express before walk in. So I tell him I’m going to make a complaint later because that policy doesn’t make any sense if they don’t have the express window open.He then tells me he is not going to serve me and hands me back my medical card. So they had me wait, and get bumped three times. Only to finally get to the back to make my purchase and they tell me they won’t serve me because I had an issue with a poor policy?That’s a proper snowflake, so afraid of criticism about a company policy that he refused service.

If I would’ve known the great customer service like I got from Maddox, and how great your products were I would’ve never went to the other guys. And I won’t go back to them now, you got me for life. My husband has stage 4 cancer that is metastasized to his bones and he recently fell and fractured his hip the stuff that was recommended for pain and for sleep by them was much more effective than what was prescribed by the doctors and was not constipating. Today they have taken him off of most of his medicines but said to continue with the edible marijuana because that's what's working. We are so blessed to have found them and knowledgeable people who knew what was best for him to take I recommend them highly

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

These people have no idea how to operate express orders. They have an actual express check out in the lobby, and never ever open it.My online order had been pending for 6 hours. So I just go to the store. They check me in as a walk in. Wait 10 minutes. Two more check in as express. They both get called back and I’m still in the lobby. Then a third checks in as express, and is also called to the back. I’m waiting in the lobby alone again hoping no new express orders check in.When I’m finally in the back, the employee tells me it’s company policy to always take express before walk in. So I tell him I’m going to make a complaint later because that policy doesn’t make any sense if they don’t have the express window open.He then tells me he is not going to serve me and hands me back my medical card. So they had me wait, and get bumped three times. Only to finally get to the back to make my purchase and they tell me they won’t serve me because I had an issue with a poor policy?That’s a proper snowflake, so afraid of criticism about a company policy that he refused service.

My husband has stage 4 cancer that is metastasized to his bones and he recently fell and fractured his hip the stuff that was recommended for pain and for sleep by them was much more effective than what was prescribed by the doctors and was not constipating. Today they have taken him off of most of his medicines but said to continue with the edible marijuana because that's what's working. We are so blessed to have found them and knowledgeable people who knew what was best for him to take I recommend them highly
