Good place. The staff is knowledgeable about their products. However, don’t listen to them when they say you can take their product on an airplane. After hearing this, I talked to a supervisory TSA Agent at the airport and he said most definitely do not take it on a plane. If we find it you’ll get into serious trouble. So I didn’t risk it and tossed them. Ouch! But, that being said, I recommend this place. Their product works!

This place is nothing short of greatness and am so glad to have a nearby dispensary where I live. I've never had a bad experience, have always been treated with politeness and attentiveness, as well as never feeling rushed when I'm at the counter.The staff have always been a pleasure to work with. Earlier today, Lucero helped me and she was a treasure to deal with. Big smile, with a friendly attitude and calm demeanor to back it up. She even offered me items that haven't even been updated on their menu/web site.Either way, this place is a solid 5 stars regardless of whom you might deal with. The team over there is lucky to have someone like her. So disappointed on my last visit (10/3/23 right before 3 pm ) of how nasty and rude the female sales associate was! Debating on never going back again! Never ever had a bad experience there until yesterday. I would say that girl needs a lot more training if she is to work with the Public. My sister is a client there and she is devastated at the rudeness she showed us. Everyone is us usually so pleasant and helpful, NOT her. You get more bees with honey then you do with vinegar girlie! There was supposed to be $15 off each cartridge, but I noticed it wasn't discounted when I got home and looked at the receipt. Customer service only gave me two $15 coupons, instead of 4. They told me because there was a secret discount on two of those items, 10%, that they could not give me the discount. They would not take them as returns. When I got there half an hour early one day they closed early because the wait line was too long, they are not willing to work overtime.

Best product I’ve had in this area. We have saved money by using less because it’s such high quality. Another perk is location and not having to fight traffic in Bonita and Ft Myers. This is an easy to get to location. Lastly the staff... they are amazing, especially Dom. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help you with any questions you have. They even let my little pug inside and gave him lots of love. I highly recommend Muv.

This is a nice store with great people and service. The issue is that nobody can explain why their vape cartridges are only partially full. If you weigh them, as I did with Melissa, the manager, and her assistant, you will discover that you only get .26 to .32 grams of product not the .5 you are paying for. It is like going to the Chevron station, prepaying for 5 gallons of gas and having the pump shut off at 3. If they didn't have a readout at the pump, the customer would never know the difference.My Trulieve cartridges weigh as advertised and the cartridges are full and last much longer. Trulieve gives bigger discounts and delivers to Marco. They will remain my first choice.If I am wrong, I continue to invite MUV to educate me and I will gladly withdraw this post and give 5 stars.

Well… I love this one the most out of all of the ones available in swfl and as always Bridget was amazing to be helped by she came from MÜV in Bonita and of course it was a pleasure to see her bright happy smile again in Marco island. This location has wonderful workers. I came with my son who can be a little rambunctious but he got a lollipop before we left!! Will be coming back every Friday for sure. The team that works at MUV are all very knowledgeable, patient, and don’t just try to get you in and out of the store, they take as much time as needed to find the right medicine for each patient. My first visit I was quite nervous/uncomfortable as I’m brand new to medical marijuana, the team made me feel welcome, shout out to Hunter(I must’ve asked him 1,000 questions and he took time to answer each one I had). Definitely a good group of employees, it’s nice to be treated in such a way. I’ve been spreading the word since my first visit and will continue to do so. We are Marco Island full-time residents and visited the new MUV store today. The store is amazing inside…similar to an Apple store. Beautiful. Jaden was our sales associate and he was fantastic. He spent 45 minutes explaining the products…no hard selling. He was just trying to find the right solution. The store is incredible!

MUV, located at 695 Bald Eagle Dr in Marco Island, is open to serve the cannabis community of almost a million active medical marijuana card holders in Florida.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Marco Island does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I did a lot of research on dispensories when I got my card and chose Müv. I liked the motto, site with the learning center, products and delivery. And now I just learned they opened one Marco Island, 10 miles from house!

There was supposed to be $15 off each cartridge, but I noticed it wasn't discounted when I got home and looked at the receipt. Customer service only gave me two $15 coupons, instead of 4. They told me because there was a secret discount on two of those items, 10%, that they could not give me the discount. They would not take them as returns. When I got there half an hour early one day they closed early because the wait line was too long, they are not willing to work overtime.

Best product I’ve had in this area. We have saved money by using less because it’s such high quality. Another perk is location and not having to fight traffic in Bonita and Ft Myers. This is an easy to get to location. Lastly the staff... they are amazing, especially Dom. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help you with any questions you have. They even let my little pug inside and gave him lots of love. I highly recommend Muv.

This is a nice store with great people and service. The issue is that nobody can explain why their vape cartridges are only partially full. If you weigh them, as I did with Melissa, the manager, and her assistant, you will discover that you only get .26 to .32 grams of product not the .5 you are paying for. It is like going to the Chevron station, prepaying for 5 gallons of gas and having the pump shut off at 3. If they didn't have a readout at the pump, the customer would never know the difference.My Trulieve cartridges weigh as advertised and the cartridges are full and last much longer. Trulieve gives bigger discounts and delivers to Marco. They will remain my first choice.If I am wrong, I continue to invite MUV to educate me and I will gladly withdraw this post and give 5 stars.

Well… I love this one the most out of all of the ones available in swfl and as always Bridget was amazing to be helped by she came from MÜV in Bonita and of course it was a pleasure to see her bright happy smile again in Marco island. This location has wonderful workers. I came with my son who can be a little rambunctious but he got a lollipop before we left!! Will be coming back every Friday for sure. It’s the kindness and compassion from the employees that always made MÜV stand out nevermind the amazing products.

The team that works at MUV are all very knowledgeable, patient, and don’t just try to get you in and out of the store, they take as much time as needed to find the right medicine for each patient. My first visit I was quite nervous/uncomfortable as I’m brand new to medical marijuana, the team made me feel welcome, shout out to Hunter(I must’ve asked him 1,000 questions and he took time to answer each one I had). Definitely a good group of employees, it’s nice to be treated in such a way. I’ve been spreading the word since my first visit and will continue to do so. Thanks for helping me get a good nights sleep and suggesting the topical gel for my swollen elbow. Y’all are top notch employees!!!

We are Marco Island full-time residents and visited the new MUV store today. The store is amazing inside…similar to an Apple store. Beautiful. Jaden was our sales associate and he was fantastic. He spent 45 minutes explaining the products…no hard selling. He was just trying to find the right solution. The store is incredible!
