Good place. The staff is knowledgeable about their products. However, don’t listen to them when they say you can take their product on an airplane. After hearing this, I talked to a supervisory TSA Agent at the airport and he said most definitely do not take it on a plane. If we find it you’ll get into serious trouble. So I didn’t risk it and tossed them. Ouch! But, that being said, I recommend this place. Their product works!

So disappointed on my last visit (10/3/23 right before 3 pm ) of how nasty and rude the female sales associate was! Debating on never going back again! Never ever had a bad experience there until yesterday. I would say that girl needs a lot more training if she is to work with the Public. My sister is a client there and she is devastated at the rudeness she showed us. Everyone is us usually so pleasant and helpful, NOT her. You get more bees with honey then you do with vinegar girlie! There was supposed to be $15 off each cartridge, but I noticed it wasn't discounted when I got home and looked at the receipt. Customer service only gave me two $15 coupons, instead of 4. They told me because there was a secret discount on two of those items, 10%, that they could not give me the discount. They would not take them as returns. When I got there half an hour early one day they closed early because the wait line was too long, they are not willing to work overtime.

Best product I’ve had in this area. We have saved money by using less because it’s such high quality. Another perk is location and not having to fight traffic in Bonita and Ft Myers. This is an easy to get to location. Lastly the staff... they are amazing, especially Dom. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help you with any questions you have. This is a nice store with great people and service. The issue is that nobody can explain why their vape cartridges are only partially full. If you weigh them, as I did with Melissa, the manager, and her assistant, you will discover that you only get .26 to .32 grams of product not the .5 you are paying for. It is like going to the Chevron station, prepaying for 5 gallons of gas and having the pump shut off at 3. If they didn't have a readout at the pump, the customer would never know the difference.My Trulieve cartridges weigh as advertised and the cartridges are full and last much longer. Trulieve gives bigger discounts and delivers to Marco. They will remain my first choice.If I am wrong, I continue to invite MUV to educate me and I will gladly withdraw this post and give 5 stars.

The team that works at MUV are all very knowledgeable, patient, and don’t just try to get you in and out of the store, they take as much time as needed to find the right medicine for each patient. My first visit I was quite nervous/uncomfortable as I’m brand new to medical marijuana, the team made me feel welcome, shout out to Hunter(I must’ve asked him 1,000 questions and he took time to answer each one I had). Definitely a good group of employees, it’s nice to be treated in such a way. I’ve been spreading the word since my first visit and will continue to do so. MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Marco Island does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Marco Island online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

So disappointed on my last visit (10/3/23 right before 3 pm ) of how nasty and rude the female sales associate was! Debating on never going back again! Never ever had a bad experience there until yesterday. I would say that girl needs a lot more training if she is to work with the Public. My sister is a client there and she is devastated at the rudeness she showed us. Everyone is us usually so pleasant and helpful, NOT her. You get more bees with honey then you do with vinegar girlie! He handled the situation with precision and patience. I was very impressed with how the statf handled and unfavorable situation. There was supposed to be $15 off each cartridge, but I noticed it wasn't discounted when I got home and looked at the receipt. Customer service only gave me two $15 coupons, instead of 4. They told me because there was a secret discount on two of those items, 10%, that they could not give me the discount. They would not take them as returns. When I got there half an hour early one day they closed early because the wait line was too long, they are not willing to work overtime.

Best product I’ve had in this area. We have saved money by using less because it’s such high quality. Another perk is location and not having to fight traffic in Bonita and Ft Myers. This is an easy to get to location. Lastly the staff... they are amazing, especially Dom. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help you with any questions you have. They even let my little pug inside and gave him lots of love. I highly recommend Muv.

This is a nice store with great people and service. The issue is that nobody can explain why their vape cartridges are only partially full. If you weigh them, as I did with Melissa, the manager, and her assistant, you will discover that you only get .26 to .32 grams of product not the .5 you are paying for. It is like going to the Chevron station, prepaying for 5 gallons of gas and having the pump shut off at 3. If they didn't have a readout at the pump, the customer would never know the difference.My Trulieve cartridges weigh as advertised and the cartridges are full and last much longer. Trulieve gives bigger discounts and delivers to Marco. They will remain my first choice.If I am wrong, I continue to invite MUV to educate me and I will gladly withdraw this post and give 5 stars.

Well… I love this one the most out of all of the ones available in swfl and as always Bridget was amazing to be helped by she came from MÜV in Bonita and of course it was a pleasure to see her bright happy smile again in Marco island. This location has wonderful workers. I came with my son who can be a little rambunctious but he got a lollipop before we left!! Will be coming back every Friday for sure. It’s the kindness and compassion from the employees that always made MÜV stand out nevermind the amazing products.

The team that works at MUV are all very knowledgeable, patient, and don’t just try to get you in and out of the store, they take as much time as needed to find the right medicine for each patient. My first visit I was quite nervous/uncomfortable as I’m brand new to medical marijuana, the team made me feel welcome, shout out to Hunter(I must’ve asked him 1,000 questions and he took time to answer each one I had). Definitely a good group of employees, it’s nice to be treated in such a way. I’ve been spreading the word since my first visit and will continue to do so. We are Marco Island full-time residents and visited the new MUV store today. The store is amazing inside…similar to an Apple store. Beautiful. Jaden was our sales associate and he was fantastic. He spent 45 minutes explaining the products…no hard selling. He was just trying to find the right solution. The store is incredible!
