They not only provided me with another pain relieving lotion, but also helped me twice in the same day, when I had to call my doctor to change my allowance, they still gave me my first time discount, since I couldn't get what I originally ordered earlier in the day. We were helped by a new employee who clearly still needed more training over the products. Both the manager and another employee saw him struggle, looked annoyed and both did NOTHING to help him out. Just terrible. In result of it, we got sent home with expensive “recommended” products that did not help but made my sick father feel worse. These are people’s lives! You guys should care because some people are really sick and actually use cannabis for its medicinal purposes, not to get high. Educate your staff, and don’t put them on the floor until they are ready! If you see your teammates struggling, HELP THEM OUT. It costs nothing to be a decent human being.

Savvy lineup is pretty OK at the $17.50 price point but I don’t think it’s good enough to pay $25 per 8th. I was told that Savvy flower would be included back into the 30% off sales after the new year but this has yet to happen. 😬 I haven’t been back since it was taken from the sale inclusions but I’m hoping that changes soon.

BEWARE! Last couple times I’ve been to this muv location the eighths have been short on weight. Thank god I opened my products before I left the property. One eighth was short by over a gram and a half and one of my wife’s eighths was completely empty. Think of all the unaware patients, older especially that have been bamboozled. Yeah they did rectify the situation and replaced them. It’s just an inconvenience, you shouldn’t have to double check that you have the correct amount. Also tell people about their discounts it’s dumb to be secretive about them, most people are unaware that when you renew your ID with the state you get all your renewal discounts back the 30% off the 40% off $150 or more and the 50% off $200 or more. Cannabis “advisors” will purposely not tell you about discounts you’re entitled to all to keep their average ticket price high and to get you out of their face. They won’t say a word about discounts you have until you say anything about the price. This goes for the points too which you never truly get the correct dollar amount off unless you pay full price. Which is dumb because it’s the only dispensary in the whole program that does points/dollars off this way.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Ocala does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Ocala online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. They won’t say a word about discounts you have until you say anything about the price. This goes for the points too which you never truly get the correct dollar amount off unless you pay full price. Which is dumb because it’s the only dispensary in the whole program that does points/dollars off this way.
