Hi, I went in today with intention of it being my last visit. Happy to say because of Cameron and Shawn I will... definitely be back!! Let's say I am very stubborn :). I explained what happened to Cameron and Shawn and Associate and Manager. I want to say that the manager went out of his way to make it right. Because of how he handled it I will definitely go back now. I'm not sure who is who I went back in and asked a team member there names just didn't get which goes with which. Of course I started out with my situation and I shouldn't have. He says " I can't change what happened I can just try to make this experience as best as possible for you." I thought that was awesome.The last day of adding U Points to your account I placed an online order for pickup the next day between 4-5pm. Well due to work I could not make it that day. They state they hold the orders 24 hrs past pickup time. They cancelled my order as soon as they opened the next day :(. I should have had until 5pm that day. I called corporate to see if they could help me. He just said that I was in the right with the time allowance BUT there was nothing he could do because that part of the program for adding the points is already out of there system. Ok, I understand that, I get technology. I had 484 points and I needed 500 🙁 for my $30 off. You can imagine how sad and disappointed I was when I was working towards that $30 off. Anyway he apologized and said there is nothing he could do.I just want to say don't be like me and not go back just because of a situation they will hear you out 🙂 Thank You Cameron and Shawn @ MUV!!! Best part of the experience was the customer service from Joseph. I have worked in customer service for 30 years (as a clerk, supervisor and operations manager). Joseph blew me away. So friendly and knowledgeable. I have received terrible customer service at a lot of other dispensaries (which is why I decided to try MÜV).
