Wow…. Nae the manager and Brooke, they caused 3 customers to walk out due to them, not greeting, not assisting blatantly ignoring them, then giving them attitude when asked for help. Nae is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever seen in the cannabis industry, even 4 others agreed , i even walked out due to them both ignoring and working at a pace were they hope people walk out. Pure laziness and very rude, the muv next door was AMAZING entered and left WITH A SMILE nothing like nae or Brooke could have provided. They should be fired for how they were acting towards customers especially the new people in this industry, not knowing anything I feel bad for all the people Nae and Brooke has disrespected She needs a huge attitude adjustment. I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences at Trulieve in Auburndale, and I feel compelled to share it to save others the headache.I arrived at 8:15 PM and immediately noticed a lobby full of patients waiting, with only one cashier visible. That was my first red flag. After about 10 minutes, a visibly irritated employee came out, started putting people in a queue, and barked, “Look at the menu, we close soon”—in a tone that made it clear we were more of an inconvenience than customers.Despite the off-putting energy, I browsed the menu and waited patiently. During that time, I saw multiple employees take tills to the back, leaving only one person to handle a room of 5–6 waiting patients. The level of disorganization and lack of urgency was staggering.At 8:42 PM, I was finally called back—almost 30 minutes later—only to be met with an employee who immediately began questioning how I chose to use my discount, telling me I should save it for a larger order. Not only is that unprofessional and presumptive, but no one should be telling patients how and when to use their benefits, especially without being asked. The tone and delivery were completely inappropriate.After struggling through that conversation, he called over another employee named Nae, then walked away. Nae fiddled with the system for several minutes before telling us, “This isn’t working, and we close at 9.” When my wife asked if we were wasting our time, she responded with zero care or concern, saying she couldn’t make a profile and basically washing her hands of the situation.I tried to work with her and suggested building my profile from scratch. Her response? “I did already.” When I pointed out that her tone made it seem like she wasn’t trying, she snapped back, “OK I won’t,” and completely dismissed me.At that point, I was beyond done.As a working adult who gets off at 8 PM, I don’t have the luxury of coming earlier—and to constantly be met with staff who prioritize closing over patient care is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic respect shown by this team is a huge red flag.If this is how Trulieve Auburndale treats patients—especially at the end of the day—they do not deserve your business. I won’t be back, and I’ll be actively discouraging others from wasting their time and money here. There are too many other dispensaries with better service and people who actually care about their patients.Do better.

If your first time patient rules have changed overnight then this location makes their own rules as they go… Didn’t know y’all were franchised?? Told me I didn’t get to choose the order which I used my first time patient discount and I have to use them on my first second and third times literally no other dispensary has these rules for their first patient discount except INSA that I’m aware of you can save literally every other one of them BUT INSAs first visit is LEGENDARY-ly cheap not to mention Quality is almost top-notch. Use my half off at another location 48 hrs ago Knowing I had the 40% for second time or third time left… Drive 30 minutes bumper to bumper traffic to be told that the dispo that gave me my discount “always makes things hard” How by putting their patients first… My lawd don’t stress about it too hard in your air-conditioning job selling weed… Y’all work for commission now or what?

First it was the online chat then I called the dispensary and the woman who answered the phone wanted to continuously repeat that obnoxiously long paragraph just because my phone broke up a little! Absolutely horrible management and business practices smh. My partner and I have been going here for months without issue. We saw they had their flower on sale last night for Black Friday. We placed an order, the order was filled but when we went to pick up the order, somehow the price doubled from what our order showed. They claimed it was a “.glitch”. So I go on Reddit only to see that dozens of other Trulieve’s honored the “glitch” price. Did they not honor the price because of my partners race? Was it my partners dress or sexual orientation that made it that Trulieve didn’t honor the price at this location as many other locations had? Who knows. But we will not spend another dollar there unless Trulieve makes this right. I’ve never felt so discriminated against as I have today

It gets busy at times, mostly due to short staffing, but I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and water is available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second visit to any Trulieve dispensary. Once again, I left without purchasing anything. I came in and specifically requested a 1-gram sativa cart to use with my existing device. They did not have this simple and popular item, but were trying to sell me something else that I didn't want or need. However, the young lady was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated her customer service skills. For that reason alone, I wish we could've done business.Also, there is customer seating way too close to the sales desk. Some random dude kept putting in his two cents and suggestions. It was really annoying and highly unprofessional. You should move that seating. This is still a medical facility and HIPAA laws apply.By the way, I went to the dispensary next door. They were able to fulfill my needs with no issues.

They have 20 kiosks inside so that when you get there, there is a 30 minute wait time if 2 people are getting served. To me that makes absolutely no sense. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

Nae fiddled with the system for several minutes before telling us, “This isn’t working, and we close at 9.” When my wife asked if we were wasting our time, she responded with zero care or concern, saying she couldn’t make a profile and basically washing her hands of the situation.I tried to work with her and suggested building my profile from scratch. Her response? “I did already.” When I pointed out that her tone made it seem like she wasn’t trying, she snapped back, “OK I won’t,” and completely dismissed me.At that point, I was beyond done.As a working adult who gets off at 8 PM, I don’t have the luxury of coming earlier—and to constantly be met with staff who prioritize closing over patient care is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic respect shown by this team is a huge red flag.If this is how Trulieve Auburndale treats patients—especially at the end of the day—they do not deserve your business. I won’t be back, and I’ll be actively discouraging others from wasting their time and money here. There are too many other dispensaries with better service and people who actually care about their patients.Do better.

If your first time patient rules have changed overnight then this location makes their own rules as they go… Didn’t know y’all were franchised?? Told me I didn’t get to choose the order which I used my first time patient discount and I have to use them on my first second and third times literally no other dispensary has these rules for their first patient discount except INSA that I’m aware of you can save literally every other one of them BUT INSAs first visit is LEGENDARY-ly cheap not to mention Quality is almost top-notch. Use my half off at another location 48 hrs ago Knowing I had the 40% for second time or third time left… Drive 30 minutes bumper to bumper traffic to be told that the dispo that gave me my discount “always makes things hard” How by putting their patients first… My lawd don’t stress about it too hard in your air-conditioning job selling weed… Y’all work for commission now or what?

First it was the online chat then I called the dispensary and the woman who answered the phone wanted to continuously repeat that obnoxiously long paragraph just because my phone broke up a little! Absolutely horrible management and business practices smh. My partner and I have been going here for months without issue. We saw they had their flower on sale last night for Black Friday. We placed an order, the order was filled but when we went to pick up the order, somehow the price doubled from what our order showed. They claimed it was a “.glitch”. So I go on Reddit only to see that dozens of other Trulieve’s honored the “glitch” price. Did they not honor the price because of my partners race? Was it my partners dress or sexual orientation that made it that Trulieve didn’t honor the price at this location as many other locations had? Who knows. But we will not spend another dollar there unless Trulieve makes this right. I’ve never felt so discriminated against as I have today

It gets busy at times, mostly due to short staffing, but I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and water is available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second visit to any Trulieve dispensary. Once again, I left without purchasing anything. I came in and specifically requested a 1-gram sativa cart to use with my existing device. They did not have this simple and popular item, but were trying to sell me something else that I didn't want or need. However, the young lady was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated her customer service skills. For that reason alone, I wish we could've done business.Also, there is customer seating way too close to the sales desk. Some random dude kept putting in his two cents and suggestions. It was really annoying and highly unprofessional. You should move that seating. This is still a medical facility and HIPAA laws apply.By the way, I went to the dispensary next door. They were able to fulfill my needs with no issues.

They have 20 kiosks inside so that when you get there, there is a 30 minute wait time if 2 people are getting served. To me that makes absolutely no sense. No apple pay either but they have the machines. I bought 20$ of green with a card, Total was 25.50. or 20$ with cash is 20$. Withdraw 20$ from ATM 23.50. good service overall

She seemed like she is getting the hang of everything quickly, she’s very relatable.
