If your first time patient rules have changed overnight then this location makes their own rules as they go… Didn’t know y’all were franchised?? Told me I didn’t get to choose the order which I used my first time patient discount and I have to use them on my first second and third times literally no other dispensary has these rules for their first patient discount except INSA that I’m aware of you can save literally every other one of them BUT INSAs first visit is LEGENDARY-ly cheap not to mention Quality is almost top-notch. Use my half off at another location 48 hrs ago Knowing I had the 40% for second time or third time left… Drive 30 minutes bumper to bumper traffic to be told that the dispo that gave me my discount “always makes things hard” How by putting their patients first… My lawd don’t stress about it too hard in your air-conditioning job selling weed… Y’all work for commission now or what?

I have never in my entire life had this much problem trying to get what should be simple and basic information! First it was the online chat then I called the dispensary and the woman who answered the phone wanted to continuously repeat that obnoxiously long paragraph just because my phone broke up a little! There are way too many dispensaries around then to deal with one that constantly pushes every button and triggers you more then helps you!

Absolutely horrible management and business practices smh. My partner and I have been going here for months without issue. We saw they had their flower on sale last night for Black Friday. We placed an order, the order was filled but when we went to pick up the order, somehow the price doubled from what our order showed. They claimed it was a “.glitch”. So I go on Reddit only to see that dozens of other Trulieve’s honored the “glitch” price. Did they not honor the price because of my partners race? Was it my partners dress or sexual orientation that made it that Trulieve didn’t honor the price at this location as many other locations had? Who knows. But we will not spend another dollar there unless Trulieve makes this right. I’ve never felt so discriminated against as I have today

This is a corporate issue because the employees are just there to work how they are told. Lastly my pre roll was not rolled properly also when i opened it to wrap it in another paper i noticed the flower was moist. Gonna stick to AYR lol

No sense in ordering express, or pick up. It’s all the same as walk in. Takes forever to get seen. They think by putting chairs inside where u buy flower is fixing them taking forever but it’s not. It’s not just this trulieve it’s been every trulieve I’ve been to. Great products but you get just as good products at MUV with less the hassle and twice as fast.

It gets busy at times, mostly due to short staffing, but I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and water is available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for flower are the best I've seen.

This was my second visit to any Trulieve dispensary. Once again, I left without purchasing anything. I came in and specifically requested a 1-gram sativa cart to use with my existing device. They did not have this simple and popular item, but were trying to sell me something else that I didn't want or need. However, the young lady was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated her customer service skills. For that reason alone, I wish we could've done business.Also, there is customer seating way too close to the sales desk. Some random dude kept putting in his two cents and suggestions. It was really annoying and highly unprofessional. You should move that seating. This is still a medical facility and HIPAA laws apply.By the way, I went to the dispensary next door. They were able to fulfill my needs with no issues.

They have 20 kiosks inside so that when you get there, there is a 30 minute wait time if 2 people are getting served. To me that makes absolutely no sense. No apple pay either but they have the machines. I bought 20$ of green with a card, Total was 25.50. or 20$ with cash is 20$. Withdraw 20$ from ATM 23.50. good service overall

A lot of people talk down about Trulieve because of their quality of products not matching the pricing... But Abby really knows her stuff... She recommended me products that will make me go back just to purchase those recommendations alone and she also made sure to not break my pockets either... She’s extremely knowledgeable in all types of situations people run into with the program… I almost gave up on MMJ because bad quality batches I was running into elsewhere but the employees here really have made me reconsider my decision and I will continue to have this dispensary be my go to. Alyse I remember the most. She was very sweet and helpful despite her experience only being as much as a week, at the time. She seemed like she is getting the hang of everything quickly, she’s very relatable. I’ve been coming to this trulieve in auburndale for about a month now, and wanted to switch stores for a little while now it just didn’t feel welcoming but once she started working here she makes me reconsider my decision. And I have! She’s the new beautiful face of the front desk for me and she makes it more attractive to come back to. Thanks trulieve for starting to hiring more people that seems to care more now.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Auburndale does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Auburndale online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. Trulieve has excellent flower and they always have discounts/deals going on. This Auburndale location is convenient, quick with walk-in's and pick-up orders, and the staff is friendly.

Much faster than any Trulieve I have been to. Employee was nice enough to bring me a water out since we pulled up on e bikes and it was hot. 🔥Products. Bubba Kush and is one of my fav indica they have . Always watch for it to come in the ground 7gs for $25 SICK🔥🙌🔥🙌🔥🙌

So happy to have a Trulieve so close and to feel so welcomed from the start with my favorites Ms. Kayla and Mr. Eric!!!
