Wonderful service! There were 2 new customers at one time. The one customer sounded so lost that it would take here a long time. They got back up to help with the onslaught of several customers. They are so knowledgeable of their products. You can describe your problem and they present you with solutions. There are several smokeless options for those against smoking materials. Jamie was excellent. I am very pleased with my experience!

Wow - my boyfriend and I discovered a gem yesterday!!! Happy 420 to us! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face who had people over to help us right away. Cierra is who took care of me, she’s amazing! So up beat, helpful, with great recommendations. It was so cute inside, I felt like I stepped into a groovy cartoon filled with smiles & bud! I’m so happy with the customer service AND the products!! We can’t wait to go back.

First time there on 420 and couldn’t have had a better experience there. Anthony was an amazing staff member that was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. He showed me the sales on flower and concentrates and gave me a chance to get a deal on a Dr. Dabber which I’m new to concentrates and he helped me so much and couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m a full timer after that!

First of all, we wanna welcome y'all to Cocoa 🙃 Tonight was my first visit (to the Cocoa location) FYI: Fluent Cocoa offers drive-thru services! That's awesome! The internet was acting up so instead of placing my order online, I went inside & was immediately helped, given answers & they answered all of my questions ["They" being Holly & Victor] Holly & Victor are true assets for Cocoa Fluent! Tonight they gave me some of the absolute best company service I've ever had! I think your company, aka their boss(s) needs to know how truly phenomenal both Holly & Victor are! In my opinion, I hope they both receive kudos for a job well done, a raise &/or a promotion! Finding workers who truly care is hard to find nowadays; I became a lifelong Cocoa Fluent customer based on today's experience when being helped by both Holly & Victor, they both made me a lifetime Cocoa Fluent customer! (Today was NOT my first time at Fluent; I've been to the other location a few times yet never had a memorable experience.) Nice strains selection, prices are reasonable, location is spot on.. decent staff, a couple of rockstars pulls the slack.. but all in all, not a bad spot.Would like to see more promos and discounts to keep us from going over that bridge to the Island.. 4/5

Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Cocoa does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Cocoa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
