This is an update of my review. I changed from 1 💥 to a 3 💥. I didn't get a good first impression but someone from Cookies called me and made it right. I appreciate the fast and professional response from her.I guess when you go with high expectations you can get disappointed very easy. Go with low expectations. If the experience is good is a win-win but if is not, you don't get disappointed. I recommend to go and have your own experience. Maybe you'll have a good experience (you never know)✌️😎✌️

This guy is so cool, knowledgeable and just down right one cool cat 🐈. It was a great time the bud is gas af and the dabs were really really good this time. I will be going back there definitely and letting everyone I know what a great experience it is. The shop is top notch clean, organized well maintained very well, actually super nice. Everything was fine until I went there and Emily M (bird road lady) was there. From the time I walked in, up until I left she was 100% bad vibes with negative energy. No one was at reception when I arrived and I wasn't greeted as I usually am. I went to seat myself and she was yelling at me across the store from the register saying I wasn't allowed to be there that I had to wait by the door. Fully disabled and this woman's behavior was absolutely out of control. She also disrespected my care taker and also reprimanded them and was SO rude to them. She was also condescending telling me that I was in a medical facility. I am one of the first patients in FL to recieve a medical card and I have NEVER EVER been talked to like that in any dispensary. When I needed customer service she didn't know anything about the product or how it was made or any of the ingredients. I had already given her my ID and she yelled at me again across the store when I tried to get a drink of water. She was acting like a bad cop the whole time. When I went to make a purchase she couldn't even give service because she lacked all product knowledge. There weren't any questions that I had that she could answer. She doesnt know how products are made and what ingredients are in them. The simplest questions I had didn't get answered. I left without buying anything. I don't understand why you would act like that. If you can't handle one store by yourself, you shouldn't be left there alone to serve others. You obviously can't handle small tasks, common courtesy, basic people skills, and need to go back to do some training because you have no idea what you are selling. A bud tender that knows nothing about bud?🤔👎👎👎👎👎 If you need service there that bad, go to one of the guys. They know about products and they are courteous and polite. She should take a page from their book.

I have been to cookies many times now as they've become my favorite neighborhood dispensary since their grand opening in North Miami. Alexzandra is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and the industry, she's super quick to let you know all of the deals for the day, and is on point all around! It's always a pleasure walking in for the wake and bake, and even if you don't make it for that, they still have discounts for students, Seniors, veterans, and industry workers which is really cool in my opinion. I personally love grabbing their rosin, always flavorful and hits Everytime! Can't go wrong with gas tank gum drop or the Georgia Pie! Side note, I love the variety of puffco products, their cookies merch is really cool, with a beautiful store design to top it off. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cookies
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Cookies in North Miami Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Now I had been to Cookies 1 time before this review. It was a good experience, but this last time yesterday was really cool. I was helped by Chris the manager. This guy is so cool, knowledgeable and just down right one cool cat 🐈. It was a great time the bud is gas af and the dabs were really really good this time. I will be going back there definitely and letting everyone I know what a great experience it is. The shop is top notch clean, organized well maintained very well, actually super nice. All I can say are great things🙏🙏🙏🙌 The only bad is we don’t have a Cookies 🍪 in West Palm Beach but I’m sure soon we will and I’m sure they will dominate the market here. I was treated with respect and patience. The manager was awesome as well by providing his history with the company shows his passion. Everything was fine until I went there and Emily M (bird road lady) was there. From the time I walked in, up until I left she was 100% bad vibes with negative energy. No one was at reception when I arrived and I wasn't greeted as I usually am. I went to seat myself and she was yelling at me across the store from the register saying I wasn't allowed to be there that I had to wait by the door. Fully disabled and this woman's behavior was absolutely out of control. She also disrespected my care taker and also reprimanded them and was SO rude to them. She was also condescending telling me that I was in a medical facility. I am one of the first patients in FL to recieve a medical card and I have NEVER EVER been talked to like that in any dispensary. When I needed customer service she didn't know anything about the product or how it was made or any of the ingredients. I had already given her my ID and she yelled at me again across the store when I tried to get a drink of water. She was acting like a bad cop the whole time. When I went to make a purchase she couldn't even give service because she lacked all product knowledge. There weren't any questions that I had that she could answer. She doesnt know how products are made and what ingredients are in them. The simplest questions I had didn't get answered. I left without buying anything. I don't understand why you would act like that. If you can't handle one store by yourself, you shouldn't be left there alone to serve others. You obviously can't handle small tasks, common courtesy, basic people skills, and need to go back to do some training because you have no idea what you are selling. A bud tender that knows nothing about bud?🤔👎👎👎👎👎 If you need service there that bad, go to one of the guys. They know about products and they are courteous and polite. She should take a page from their book.

I have been to cookies many times now as they've become my favorite neighborhood dispensary since their grand opening in North Miami. Alexzandra is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and the industry, she's super quick to let you know all of the deals for the day, and is on point all around! It's always a pleasure walking in for the wake and bake, and even if you don't make it for that, they still have discounts for students, Seniors, veterans, and industry workers which is really cool in my opinion. I personally love grabbing their rosin, always flavorful and hits Everytime! Can't go wrong with gas tank gum drop or the Georgia Pie! Side note, I love the variety of puffco products, their cookies merch is really cool, with a beautiful store design to top it off. You can tell that they’re still moving in more products into this new location. Their budtenders know what they’re talking about in terms of actual medical needs.
