Their stuff is good, but good luck getting it. Website is confusing and hard to use. How many frickin verification codes do we need to place one order? My god, I’m exhausted. No idea what I’m even verifying anymore. Can I please buy some weed?? Ended up canceling my order and going to Trulieve. Thanks anyway

Last night I had the pleasure of being helped by Kenny who was the best budtender I’ve ever had. He knew the products inside and out. He listened to my interest and provided me with some amazing products. I tried one of his suggestions and he hit the nail right on the head. I’m in the business of sales and customer service and I can tell you that what Kenny offers needs to be recognized and appreciated by the company. Outstanding. * All hype, no quality. * I was excited to visit from out of town and try the Cookies brand and was very disappointed. Purchased 2 carts and some flower. Flower was okay at best, Cereal Milk cart had an off/burnt flavor which was unlike any cereal cart i've had before. Everything was overpriced for the quality. Staff seemed like they were rushing me. Would not reccomend.
