Be very aware of trying to get a delivery from this company.. I placed an order last week and didn’t get it for four days because I had to call them and remind them that I placed the order and then I didn’t get my whole order… I placed an order yesterday called verified the order and verified that it would be delivered today and they made a phone call. I was on the phone called them back within 15 minutes and now it can’t be delivered because I didn’t call right back and I called back in 15 minutes so I’m gonna tell you what stay away from this company!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I love receiving the worst service ever from management and the employees. They do not honor the prices at which you placed the order by while also canceling your order without informing you. Leaving you to not only waste gas but also not get your medicine at the end. I have a seizure disorder so having my medicine is crucial but today I was unable to get it and now will be without my medicine for days. If you cannot honor the price at which the product was ordered under than you should not be allowing people to order under the impression the item will be available at the same cost which it was not. You should also not be sending confirmation order messages to confirm the order is ready then attempt to charge higher costs. I placed my order at 7:30pm the night before. When I placed the order it said it be ready for pickup from 11am to 7pm I even recieved notification at 8 am the following morning that I scheduled the order to be picked up for. After arriving they attempted to charge me over double the cost I placed the order for stating the deal was only for Friday but I placed the order Friday and wasn’t given the option to place it but for the following day at that price. I called management the women was rude and not helpful said they canceled the order right after I placed it but informed me that following morning the order was ready. They still refused to honor the price so I left without my medicine. I have complained to corporate. The manager and the man who talked to me at the window don’t need the job cuz they can not do it at all lol.

I had a minor issue with Curaleaf not having delivered an order. I called to follow up and Scott informed me that they tried but couldn't contact me to confirm the delivery. When I told him I received no calls, he took the time to troubleshoot and identified that there was a gap in their internal procedure to make outbound calls and though calls were made, they didn't go anywhere. Scott remedied that and then made sure that my order, which was placed during a sale, was completed with the discounts applied. Scott truly went above and beyond and I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to provide resolution. He is just another reason I enjoy supporting Curaleaf.

I find this to be a good dispensary among the ones I've visited over the years. Prices are good if you are on a budget or want to indulge. The only thing I find lacking is a solid assortment of wax concentrates in indica strains. They have shard, crumble, and wax in usually sativa strains. The staff are receptive and perceptive for the most part as well to the individual. They seem to take a holistic approach to each person.

I had never been to curaleaf before so I thought I'd try it out since they seemed to offer a really nice first timers discount. I usually put in an online order when I go to a dispensary, but today I was just a walk in. I looked online and made a decision on what flower I wanted before I got there and no where on the website did it say some flower did not have a discount even for a first time patient. Thats what the workers said when i got there. Since their flower is so expensive with lower percentage of THC I decided not to purchase anything. I went across the street where I usually go. The employees were nice enough so I cant complain about that but I probably won't be back.

I put an order in on on Saturday for delivery (my daughter was sick) and was told that I would have it by Sunday, wait around all day Sunday for a delivery that never happened. I call Sunday night and was told there was a mix up because "our delivery drivers are not trained to work in the store and don't know what to look for" and the delivery driver was "going more south" which is why my delivery was AGAIN left behind...still no call...was promised it would be delivered Monday and that of course never happened...so I call again and was AGAIN promised it would be delivered Tuesday (today), still never got a phone call...so I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to the store to pick up my order because for some reason this store doesn't know the value of communication with their customers. Will never be back based off of this experience, a simple phone call could have alleviated all of this mess. Shop at your own risk!

That's fine if you need it next week but when your back goes out and you can't stand it makes it very useless. So I cancel, the guy says great and is happy I can't walk. This is the best dispensary in Jacksonville. I have been a patient using flower and vape carts since the law was passed. I've tried all the other dispensaries and none has the quality, inventory or deals that Curaleaf does.I used to check all the dispensaries before refilling my prescription, but now, I only check a couple. None have prices that come close!Update:Two months after posting the above review, I would like to confirm they are still the absolute best dispensary in Jacksonville. The staff are so helpful, even as a long term patient I still get very helpful information. To give this 5 stars is almost an insult because this place is too amazing! I wish I could give it more than 5! The entire staff is well educated on cannabis, their stick, and current discounts. They ALL go out of their way to help you save money with loyalty points. Nothing feels forced, they recommend a product but never make me feel forced to buy it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I love receiving the worst service ever from management and the employees. They do not honor the prices at which you placed the order by while also canceling your order without informing you. Leaving you to not only waste gas but also not get your medicine at the end. I have a seizure disorder so having my medicine is crucial but today I was unable to get it and now will be without my medicine for days. If you cannot honor the price at which the product was ordered under than you should not be allowing people to order under the impression the item will be available at the same cost which it was not. You should also not be sending confirmation order messages to confirm the order is ready then attempt to charge higher costs. I placed my order at 7:30pm the night before. When I placed the order it said it be ready for pickup from 11am to 7pm I even recieved notification at 8 am the following morning that I scheduled the order to be picked up for. After arriving they attempted to charge me over double the cost I placed the order for stating the deal was only for Friday but I placed the order Friday and wasn’t given the option to place it but for the following day at that price. I called management the women was rude and not helpful said they canceled the order right after I placed it but informed me that following morning the order was ready. They still refused to honor the price so I left without my medicine. I have complained to corporate. The manager and the man who talked to me at the window don’t need the job cuz they can not do it at all lol.

I had a minor issue with Curaleaf not having delivered an order. I called to follow up and Scott informed me that they tried but couldn't contact me to confirm the delivery. When I told him I received no calls, he took the time to troubleshoot and identified that there was a gap in their internal procedure to make outbound calls and though calls were made, they didn't go anywhere. Scott remedied that and then made sure that my order, which was placed during a sale, was completed with the discounts applied. Scott truly went above and beyond and I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to provide resolution. He is just another reason I enjoy supporting Curaleaf.

I find this to be a good dispensary among the ones I've visited over the years. Prices are good if you are on a budget or want to indulge. The only thing I find lacking is a solid assortment of wax concentrates in indica strains. They have shard, crumble, and wax in usually sativa strains. The staff are receptive and perceptive for the most part as well to the individual. They seem to take a holistic approach to each person.

I usually put in an online order when I go to a dispensary, but today I was just a walk in. I looked online and made a decision on what flower I wanted before I got there and no where on the website did it say some flower did not have a discount even for a first time patient. I put an order in on on Saturday for delivery (my daughter was sick) and was told that I would have it by Sunday, wait around all day Sunday for a delivery that never happened. I call Sunday night and was told there was a mix up because "our delivery drivers are not trained to work in the store and don't know what to look for" and the delivery driver was "going more south" which is why my delivery was AGAIN left behind...still no call...was promised it would be delivered Monday and that of course never happened...so I call again and was AGAIN promised it would be delivered Tuesday (today), still never got a phone call...so I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to the store to pick up my order because for some reason this store doesn't know the value of communication with their customers. Sales are good, delivery is a joke, 24-48 hours for them to call and schedule a delivery date. That's fine if you need it next week but when your back goes out and you can't stand it makes it very useless. So I cancel, the guy says great and is happy I can't walk. Only reason 2 stars is the sale prices.

I absolutely love walking into a place where they greet you right away, they know your name. They make you feel like family. The managers are so knowledgeable and always so friendly. Pricing is always good and their loyalty point system is amazing. I will only be giving my business to Curaleaf. Hands down the BEST.

Angel & Raye have given me such helpful information.....they are angels!!! They also have products in stock!! Yeah!! Two very kind, very smart ladies that have such a beautiful outlook.Then there's Devin.....He is also very caring & wasfirst person I met @ Curaleaf & did answer all of my questions before I met with a curator. This is the best dispensary in Jacksonville. I have been a patient using flower and vape carts since the law was passed. I've tried all the other dispensaries and none has the quality, inventory or deals that Curaleaf does.I used to check all the dispensaries before refilling my prescription, but now, I only check a couple. None have prices that come close!Update:Two months after posting the above review, I would like to confirm they are still the absolute best dispensary in Jacksonville. The staff are so helpful, even as a long term patient I still get very helpful information. They are so knowledgeable that they are able to break it down for a layman.Btw, I have been monitoring the local market for sales that might compare but I have yet to see anything close!

They ALL go out of their way to help you save money with loyalty points. Nothing feels forced, they recommend a product but never make me feel forced to buy it. They don't act like salesmen, they act like the best customer service ever. The entire store is clean and looks modern and great. Prices are lowest in town. What more do you want?
