Worst experience. The customer service definitely needs additional training.Bought 5 live rosen carts 3 were not good 2 didn't work 1 tipped over on my counter & the tip broke off. Customer service told me that they can only give me 1 in return of 3 broken carts. Not what I expected.

Absolutely great Customer Services and there products are beyond excellent. Ive never had any issues placing my orders and having them delivered the following day. Everyone, thank you for helping me from day one when I had to some paper work and explaining the products, so thank you from my heart. This is the only place that I ever come since I opened up my medical card. I completely love the stuff they’re very professional. They even know who I am when I call now. They look out for me they even remember my preferences and flower and what not. So let’s say online there was only sativa and I will go ahead and put that in my cart to get it. They will call me and tell me indigo just got in if I wanted that instead because they know I prefer that. That is what I’m talking about with customer service. It’s like no other here. I feel it’s discrete and safe and I don’t even have to leave my car. Hilda is my favorite

I truly love speaking with every staff member at this location. Christy has been very informative and always welcoming, she has made me feel at home when I visit. These 5 stars are all because of Sally Yoon. She has been an excellent ambassador for your company!!! You need more Sally's (although I'm sure they are pretty hard to come by since she's one of a kind). Please get the ball rolling on your inhalation route of administration medicine. I'm having to purchase from your competitor when I know you have a better CBD product than theirs.
