This morning I… came in and upon entering the store, I was told the internet is down so it’s cash only. I did not have my debit card with me as I use canpay, so I had to return home to grab cash and come back. I always enjoy shopping and seeing the staff every time I go. The staff is always happy to help even on busy… days.HOWEVER..I was very disappointed when I went there today. ONLY 2 People were working in the front. And the store was packed.Corporate Not Only change the look of the store ..but cut their staff.The staff were dealing with nasty patients…and verbal abuse as well from them. ( Customers). They have changed the store entry and is is horrible. Just left there. No more greeting person who takes your card and… then you wait your turn. You enter thestore dirctly with no information. We just stood there with 20 other people. The guy next to us didn’t know what to do either. No order. A lady with a clipboard came up and took our cards then directed us to a consultation room. On the table were 2 Ipads. We were told to place our order online. When we couldn’t locate the capsules we wanted I went to find the lady. She said they were out of capsules. After all these years, I finally found the dispensary that I liked. But, they seem to not know what the heck they are… doing anymore. One must realize that many of us have anxiety issues and other issues and continuously changing the store really can mess us up!! Now, instead of walking into a safe environment, with two safe walls, it is now opened completely up and does not feel safe at all. Not only that, but where are all the smiling faces on the employees? They look MISERABLE!! First had 5 very large stems in it, so I decided to go… ground, and the two 1/4 I got next had several seeds in them, (now up to 7 and only half way through.) The store is clean and well kept, but then again most of them are, the people I have dealt with seem to be competent… and courteous the only real complaint I have is the flower just does not seem to on a par with some of the other dispensaries in the area. I’ve never seen such low numbers, just saying. Maybe they should find another vendor or grower or whatever it’s called. If your looking medical help, not to get stoned Curaleaf is one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to, the staff… understands the products, explains what most people get from using THC. I have been using the Topical Balm, it’s almost like soft wax, a topical paste that takes the stress off my neck, shoulder and upper back muscles. When I got this prescription I went from 480 pills a month to 200 or so a month. It has worked for me anyway. I eliminated the mild narcotics I took for 5 years to avoid surgery. By the way, I don’t want to get stoned, there are good products besides weed that work. I cannot smoke, COPD @ 51 years old. 4 years later, my lungs are better, the coughs gone, kicked smoking back then so I use other products that will not damage my lungs as they already have been beaten upI have some ugly stuff decaying between C-2 and T-1, that’s my cervical spine from right below the base of the skull to the hum where your cervical aka neck meets the Thoracic Sine. Fun fun!. I use and edible to replace Valium, the Balm eliminated 75% of my neck pain for about an hour maybe an hour and a half, but I have to wait 3 hours or so to reapply it. Make sure to use a wash cloth and warm water to clean the old paste off before reapplying… Bottom Line, these guys and gals helped me find products that don’t get me stoned but take away the pain.The staff took the time to look over things I had tried and helped me narrow down what is working. The first 6 months I tried a bunch of different things. I’ve got to items that work for me. Looking for 1 more and I trust they will help me figure out which one it is… I will be shopping there for the time to come.read more
