This is Literally the highest priced Dispensery in Fla or anywhere. The prices are beyond ridiculous! 50,60,60 an 1/8th is crazy!!! Try Sanctuary, or surterra or sunnyside. Extremely better prices and the products are just as good.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. There was a sign that said that for every $100 spent, you get 1 free pen. I was told that I'd only get 1, while supplies last. They still had pens. When I asked for the total, he told me $248. I withdrew $260. Then, he added the pen, and he told me the total was $278. He told me, "I don't know what to tell you." When I told him that I would take my business elsewhere, his response was, "It works for me." We used to be regular customers. Now, we have no plans to return.

I was so happy the last time I came in (first time) but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The guy was the rudest person. I felt I was a inconvenience to him just shopping here. I will never be back. Employees make the experience. If you don't like your job go find another! Life is to short to be miserable.

Went in today to make a few purchases and to take advantage of an email offer they sent me. I order my things as a walk in and ask about my free pen that was to come with the service. If you spend $100 or more you were supposed to get one. Before I even saw the sign stating that I asked the sales associate about a deal on the pen and he said he couldn't give any deals on them. I look up and see the sign and say you owe me a pen anyway 💁🏾♀️ I spent $131 and he then says with an attitude they don't have any more pens. I asked for a rain check on the pen and he told me no. I asked why and some guy came out the back and loudly advised me that ITS ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! I advised him that the sign should say that then 💁🏾♀️. He put my bag on the counter and I left. I will never give them my money again. The rain check should have been honored. I came there for the deals but they lost this customer 🫂

Would highly recommend stopping by this dispensary if you haven't. And they told me the drive thru works too if you already placed your order ahead of time which I thought was really cool!

Finally a dispensary that is on the Westside!! So I am a lotta picky about my smokable flower. To be completely honest I have been a dedicated trulieve for years. So when I seen a new dispensary I was skeptical! Well I took a chance and went into the new location on Cassatt ave yesterday. The inside is spacious and items available were so convenient and visible on the menu. The patient care I received was exceptional, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and great service. I was helped by Pat and Harley and they were so helpful and full of product knowledge. I got some flower and few other things to compare and I didn't know if it would be as good as they claimed. Well I got home and they were right the flower is very nice. They are positive that they will win me over completely . So far it's looking good we'll see once I try the other items, I'm excited!
