BEWARE: First time buyer purchased $300 plus in products including the $40 half gram syringes…… ridiculously overpriced already compared to Trulieve and other better dispos. Price aside, I have been a patient from the beginning in Florida. This company used vitamin E acetate in their carts so I swore I would never purchase from them but here I am. My syringe was faulty as it has a spring in it (dumb design) and doesn’t work due to faulty packaging. The product is still in the container and they are telling me they have a 7 day exchange policy? When I told the GM, he just held up a reciect that wasn’t explained to me when I purchased the product. So now I have product I can’t use, that is dispensed. I will not be back to FLUENT unless this is resolved. Customer service can reach out to me to make this right since the GM is nothing but combative. Once this is rectified by FLUENT I will update the review.Update 10/9: No contact has been made from FLUENT. I will tell every person I know not to shop here.

Horrible prices horrible. Grow Healthy, SunBurn and even Trulieve has one vapes between $20-25. To come here and get told two one gram Mood vapes would be $96 my jaw hit the floor. This is crazy for a dispensary to be charging this much! The market is full of better prices. Hope something changes because they won’t get another dollar from me. Horribly expensive management needs to fix this. Then if u use your credit card they make u feel guilty about not tipping them when they give u money back after they round up.

Love this store for a quick stop on the way to the beach. I can always depend on their pre rolls to smoke with no issue and their dash pens are perfect on the go. Dani, Dylan, and Krystal are always so helpful and really know their stuff. My fav Lil beach shop 💕

My go to for the power packed punch variety of flower. Fluent always has the best selection of the best products in NW Florida. I've been dispensary hoping for over a year before the downtown location opened and now I don't have to window shop nor run across the city to get exactly what I am looking for. I have been going to this establishment for the past few months. I have asked repeatedly if I am signed up for the rewards program and they told me I was. Then a couple weeks go by and I continue to use the store taking advantage of the triple points earned on Wednesdays. I check on my points status when I visit the store this week and I have zero points and I have not been earning them. I asked if they can add them back as it clearly shows the times I have visited and purchased. They said they can not and I am to call the 1-833# and I was handed a card with the number to call. I call and ask for points to be added to my account and they said they can not retro actively add points on an account. I was to get the manager to call me back but no call yet. Only go here if you don’t want to get rewards.

Went to Fluent in crestview on 05/16/2024 since it was my first visit they gave me 50% off to which they suggested i save and use later since what i was buying was already 50% off. Came to the Fluent in Pensacola 05/18/2024 and I’m told that I’m basically an idiot and i should’ve used it because they don’t do that anymore even though there was a note specifically stating i saved and the lady literally made the suggestion that i should save it. Not to mention they were flat out rude about the situation as if i had done something wrong?

Fluent used to be choice of last resort, but I was wrong or they turned it on or something . They have a great energy in there and some of the highest THC counts around. I don't know why I thought they were expensive and they are not. Great strains with each having unique flavors and textures. I have noticed some less than stellar charcoal briquettes around town no matter which weed you buy it all smells and looks the same. Fluent has become my number 1 choice specially flower , but their moods/vape line is the first honest that I have found, like if they say light and reflective that is what it is.Good vibe, cool poster/sticker giveaways, flower that is unique in colors shapes tastes effects Fluent surprised me and I am glad 😊

I have been shorted twice. It is a major inconvenience to have to go back to the store because someone is either pinching off the unsealed containers or someone does not know how to use a scale. The flower is also dry and they sell minis like they are big beautiful buds. Also, if you are sensitive to scents you may want to avoid this place.Sad little buds from a $60 eighth.

Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Pensacola does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Fluent
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Pensacola online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
