Great experience with the budtenders on my first visit, they went above and beyond to help with shopping.. Everything changed once home and discovered an obvious issue with the product.I contacted the store and was told to take photos/videos and bring everything back. I explained that I live an hour away (2 hours round trip), and I was assured they would “take care of me.” Even after asking multiple times, nobody would explain exactly how they planned to resolve the issue.When I arrived, the manager quickly dismissed my concerns without really trying to understand the problem. He repeatedly stated there was “nothing wrong” with the product because they “smoke that strain all the time.” I asked whether it was the same batch and if they were experiencing the same issue I was — the flower was literally sparking while being smoked like a sparkler. In 20+ years, I have never seen anything like that.Since they specifically asked me to bring photos and videos, I showed him clear evidence of the sparking, along with pictures showing black specks and fuzz on the flower( this was consistent only on the wet flower). I was told the fuzz was “normal” and the black specks were also “normal.” Again, after 20 years of experience, I can confidently say this did not seem normal.I also brought up the hay-like SALTY taste, excessive moisture, discoloration, strange smell/taste, and spots on parts of the product. This wasn’t just about appearance — multiple things felt off about it. As a first-time customer who drove two hours because I was told they would make it right, the complete lack of effort to help over a $30 product was honestly shocking.After repeatedly confirming that nothing would be done and having all my concerns dismissed, the manager finally muttered something about crediting my account AS I WAS WALKING OUT TO LEAVE.Now I’m stuck having used the last of my available recs on medication I don’t feel comfortable using, and I’m left without what I actually need. I’m not sure what their plan was, but it certainly wasn’t to help me the customer.Very fortunate I’m not someone prone to anxiety, because this interaction was stressful, dismissive, and honestly awful.Also worth noting: this is the first negative review I’ve ever left since the history of google.

Then the lady and gentleman working there( excuse me I am not well with names) They was so polite, so patient, understanding, they didn't make me feel rushed or dumb for not knowing something but most of all they helped me and gave me there opinion and helped me to hopefully find something for what I am going thru. Green Dragon is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Green Dragon dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Green Dragon
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Green Dragon
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Green Dragon in Englewood online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
