I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a dispensary. I placed an online order for pickup and received a message from a manager named Austin saying my medical card was expired, even though it clearly does not expire until 01/31/2026. I responded and explained that I simply haven’t received my physical replacement yet—but the card itself is valid. He never replied.When I came to the store the next day, another employee named Tori handled my order and was extremely rude from the beginning. She insisted that my valid ID wasn’t enough and made me log into the state system on the spot, something no other dispensary has ever required. The way she questioned me felt unnecessary and targeted. Then when my boyfriend walked in, she immediately asked for his ID even though the order was under my name, which made the situation feel even more discriminatory.I left feeling disrespected, judged, and treated differently for no reason. This location seriously lacks customer service, professionalism, and proper training. I will not be returning unless they address how customers are being treated. For context, I am black and my boyfriend is Chinese.

This is a relatively new dispensary, only been open for a few months. Definitely worth dropping in, you may find your new go to.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Green Dragon
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Green Dragon in Jacksonville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories.
