You make customers feel below dirt when they have to prove their hardships just to get a small discount.Only coming here because they have good flower. Couldn't get the website to work for my order and waited for over an hour on hold before I hung up . I went in on... Monday after their grand opening weekend and they changed the dates of the grand opening specials to end Sunday instead of the initial 28th. I didn't take a screenshot as never thought they would change and not honor especially after my online issues. Then today I go and they are closed. No texts about not opening on Sunday any more. I had such a wonderful experience here at the new location. Product was definitely worth it. I work in the industry and... so I’m a little biased! But really, their product looked good, smelled good, but the only reason why I didn’t a 5 star was because it was a bit dry. Nothing a humidity pack can’t fix though! I look forward to see the growth of this store. I appreciate the ability to see the COA’s and the terpenes with a quick QR code.Service was fabulous. I just left Grow Healthy's new location in Sarasota & will definitely be returning!!!! I was welcomed in by Catherine... who was very nice and gave off awesome vibes! When I walked back Alex was my budtender and he was very knowledgeable about the products and even got me an awesome deal. The set up of this dispensary is very open and spacious & clean.
