Second visit: I had to return some rosin carts due to not working right. AJ was terrific handling it. I didn't know how they would take care of it but it was so easy. AJ went over my options and I took replacement carts. Also they have amazing flower. I was pleasantly surprised they had Blue Dream one of my favorite. First time customer. Pablo helped me last night. He was awesome. I purchased the cold cured live rosin. The highest quality concentrate product offered. Fast forward to this morning. Rosin is absolutely terrible. Very dark in color. Terrible flavor profile. Did not work well. Overall bad product. Returned this morning to exchange. Received instant backlash from the staff. They were unwilling to acknowledge the fact that the product was bad. I inquired about whether the batch would be checked out for quality control. Again, told i knew nothing and that it wasn’t my concern. As a customer, purchasing medicine, it absolutely is my concern. Do not shop here. Do not waste your money on a company that happily sells CRC concentrates as their flagship product. Do not spend your money where the staff is unbothered by patient concerns and complaints. Worst dispensary ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

Thanks to the quick and decisive action of a young lady, Miss Ty, an emergency was averted. In attempting to make a small purchase, my card was not read (apparently, Capitol One cards are temperamental in the realm of dispensary purchase options...something that is causing me to question my allegiance to them, I would entertain options for another on-line banking situation that has a decent network of atm's...but, I do digress, back to the emergency and herculean efforts of Ty in deftly handing the pending disaster!). When I feared all was lost, my purchase would not be completed, vexing me beyond belief....Ty stepped in and miraculously suggested that I utilize the atm, at the ready in a side alcove, and complete my purchase! Funds secured, I paid cash on the barrel head for my chosen item and after a brief conversation with the remainder of the staff (unless someone was in the back with whom I did not have the extreme pleasure of interacting with as I had with those out front), exited the store with my solemn oath sworn to both the old gods and the new, to return, as this will become my dispensary of choice for lo these many days I have remaining in this area.Thanks again, to you all, for an incredible experience.

INSA is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. INSA dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at INSA
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, INSA in Largo online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Excellent! Great product and warm helpful staff. Insa uses nitrogen cans that really help keep it all fresh. Big store with plenty of parking and easy access. Prices are fair and they have a rewards program.Spoke with very well versed budtenders Fernando , Ty, Ray. Good people !
