i’ve been coming to this jungle boys since the day they opened and their customer service is what keeps me coming back! i can’t remember everyone’s name, but Ottmar has always been my go to guy when it comes to finding me the right product for my specific needs. thank you to everyone who works there for always brightening my day when i walk in!

My first negative review I have had to give. However you should know the team your dealing with. Your word should be your word, not meaningless. Which is apparently the way JB functions.Was a long time customer here, sadly its not what it used to be.Think I am alone, filter it by negative reviews and see.Phoned up, spoke to a representative at this location, I check to see if I still have my email discount before riding up.He confirms after looking me up I do, drive there 30 minutes each way. Goto use it, Oscar lets me know its already been used. I explain I just called and was told other wise. Lucky for me the gentlemen next to him speaks up letting me know it was him I spoke to and confirms that is what he told me. Oscar looks at me again and says nothing he can do.Perhaps I am confused but if an employee of the establishment checks something and lets me know, why would this not be the case. I felt this was bait and switch tactics. Been a very good customer since opening.The lack of compassion, care and respect from the staff is enough for my wife and I to take our business elsewhere from now on. If your looking for a staff who sees you more then a number to meet, check out Flowery down the road.Perhaps there is new management, or the one there is no longer concerned with customer service.Just be warned, no need to spend your hard earned money with a facility who could care less about you, your time, or there word.🫡

The first few times I was here was awesome. Today, different story. I walked into the store and was “greeted” by a very smug man named Dewy. He kept asking me if I was “ok,” then mocked the way I was standing. I felt like I was buying weed from a ghetto hood. The customer service welcoming attitude was not there at all whatsoever. I will be following up with management about this incident as well because I’m not going to let one bad employee ruin my experience at Jungle Boys. I believe I was treated unfairly as a customer who drives out of the way to visit this store because of the reputation and quality. There’s no excuse not to treat every customer with the upmost respect.Edit 3-28-24Since this occurred I’ve read multiple one star reviews due to lack of adequate customer service. I will definitely NOT be returning to Jungle Boys until I hear something has changed with how they’re treating customers.

Had my card 2 years now my son just got his 3/18/2024 that day he and I went to this location to shop. The lady at the front didn't greet us assumed we knew how to check in and what to do. My Son had an old VALID ID his work ID with Pic and his medical card and she refused us! Starting stating the law as if we had done something wrong and was so nasty and rude thru the whole ordeal I stopped her and told her it's our first time here my apologies if we upset you or you're having a bad day but you're nasty. We will never come back after that kind of horrible treatment I think it's because my son is Black. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Horrible service worst ever!!! Just go to Cookies they r outta Cali too better prices better product and yheytreat you like a human being.

Product is always good. But way over priced, and they would not honor the price that was discounted with my online order. This visit gets a 1 star. It sucks to give since most visits have been good. But when you have an opportunity to fix an issue and you choose not to, makes for a bad experience. Trulieve has great product lately for $20 to $30. No reason for them not try and earn a customer business from a mistake made by their system. Lesson learned .

By far the best flower compared to all of the other dispensaries in the area or in fl. The staff was very helpful on my first visit. I purchased 3 different strains and they all are very smooth. My only suggestion to jungle boys is that they make a point system and have an account as it would make it a ton easier when ordering. Also hope they come out with edibles.

Only shop in Florida I've found with quality and value. Great staff. I only wish there was more consistency in choices, yet the selection is nice. But when chasing certain terpines for relief, it's hard to find that anywhere in Florida.. thus far it us a predatory market for those that are able to afford it. Hopefully it'll soon be fixed, but this far Florida seems to be headed in the opposite direction. I only hope JB stays after they up the tax on them. Best dispo in Florida imo.

Best dispensary in the area by a mile! Amazingly friendly and competent staff, clean and attractive facility, and easily the best flower I’ve ever seen at a FL dispensary! I drive 35 minutes to go here and it’s 100% worth the drive!

The way my mother was treated was disgusting. I will never go back to this place or ever recommend it to anyone. In fact I will make it my point to post on every site I can that this location treats it's older customers like trash and are just in it for the money. I'll also make sure I directly contact everyone I need to, to let them know this is how Ryan jb CEO is being represented.

Love it every single time. Love me some pops! Best rosin disposable in Florida hands down not even in the same ball park. Made my 710 labs persy pod taste like burnt plastic after hitting the jungles live rosin stick. Jungle boys puts it a far superior product in my opinion.

These guys are awesome! Best medical marijuana flower you can get. The only thing that sucks is they don’t offer discounts after your second visit nor offer points, so it is pricey. They also don’t have edibles which would be nice as well. I’ve been a few times now and never had to wait, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you’re not on a budget and want good flower, this is the place to go! If you are on a budget, the first time you get 25% off and second you get 45% off, so at least go twice if you’re a card holder!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Jungle Boys
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
