First time visiting this location, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The intake staff really needs to learn how to speak to customers professionally, especially when it comes to questions about the status of prescriptions. I’ve never had a rude interaction like this at the North Miami location.I also understand businesses may want to limit guests or extra people coming in, but there are much better ways to communicate and enforce those policies without making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The entire interaction felt awkward and unnecessarily hostile.

Simply the best marijuana dispensary on Miami Beach. Not only are the products far superior to Surterra and Trulieve and Sunburn but the VIBE is real. Better flower. Better discounts. Better vapes. Better concentrates. Fantastic and knowledgeable service. There is free parking in the back. You don't need to deal with Collins Avenue. They also know how to treat customers with respect. The manager, Chris, runs an amazing store with motivated and knowledgeable staff. Of course, at the end of the day, none of that would matter, and you would wait online barefoot in broken glass because it has the best PRICES in proportion to weed quality of any dispensary in Florida. Love the back and forth progressive dialogue. I’m a die hard Jungle Boys customer. Not happy with this location at all, the receptionist was not friendly. The bud tender didn’t give me what I asked for, I was tired from flying all day and didn’t pay attention. The entire experience was garbage, this is nothing like the service I receive in Tampa.

Victoria was super helpful when I came in last week. I’m still pretty new to the whole dispensary scene, and she made everything so easy to understand. I must say I’m very disappointed, I have purchased only vapes and I’m not impressed. The old vapes they had the round ones doesn’t hit well. I feel like I need a lot more hits to get anything. So I was pretty excited to try out the new vape I had high hopes, especially since it’s always sold out. I get my hand on one last week and it’s will say the first few hits were amazing great taste and good high. But after a few hits it tastes burnt and doesn’t do much.

This place is amazing, came on a whim and ended up makinf my whole night! Kind of expensive but like, its worth it. The premium stuff is so fire I haven't tried the pops yet but I'm expected nothing less than yummy. Felix was seriously one of the best at his job, I'm absurdly indecisive and just asked for him to help and curated the best pack for me at my budget. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Jungle Boys
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
