Took a drive out from Longwood where there are many dispenserys in this location. Why? Well let's say the products in this area just weren't what I would expect in quality and the intended effect.I was debating on stopping my medical card because of the lack of effectiveness for my medical health.Well first time going into any dispensery can be overwhelming with new products to learn about. First the guy at the front room was informative and easy to talk with, provided background information on where the brand started and relaxed small talk.I moved inside to talk with the dispensery chef – Todd – who was very informative, easy to talk with, didn't imply the feeling of rushing me, went over pertinent details of their product lines and provided product suggestions that I went with.I have say – that the Melon Fresco vape and Pure Loco vape have the quality and effectiveness that I have been looking for!I have a few more products that I will provide an update on after I get more familiar with the quality; flower – gummies.

When I was making my purchase, I asked the person behind the counter when I could get more product and have more allotment. His response was, “The guy at the front entrance can tell you that.”So after I paid, I went to the front entrance and asked. The person there looked like he was ready to step outside, and I clearly interrupted him. He told me, “The one who sold it to you should’ve told you,” and made it seem like I was bothering him. I explained that I’m fairly new to this and still trying to figure things out, and his response was, “It’s not tricky,” in a tone that made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about.Is this really how they treat their customers? One and done for me, I won’t be going back. There are better options out there with better service and prices.

The most only reason that I even gave this location two stars, is because the normal crew members and products are always great…. Now the manager, that’s a different story. How this guy (long blonde hair) was able to get the position of General Manager is beyond me. He’s RUDE, he talks over his employees, and has lied straight to my face several times. I have a lot of respect for Jungle Boy’s as a collective, I’ve been a customer since they went legal out west. I really hope that this guy isn’t a reflection of what is to come with this company. As of now, myself and at least 10-15 of my close friends are not shopping at the Orlando location until we see this guy gone. It’s really that bad. Last visit was the deal breaker for myself as well as two of my coworkers that were with me at the time. The tall blonde haired manager was first getting nasty with one of his staff members in front of a packed lobby. Then, he proceeded to talk poorly about his own staff in front of a group of patients. It was so disgusting to see someone pollute such a great environment with such negativity and almost hatred. Please, if upper management sees this DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY. I am not the only one who has had these experiences and he’s making your company look really bad.

Overpriced and they don’t honor deals for new patients even though they didn’t have any new patient deals when I shopped 1 time before. Now they have 1st visit deals but they won’t honor any deals including the 2nd visit discount since I have already been 1 time. I won’t ever be back, the flower was pretty and smelled good but the effects didn’t last, I was medicated for maybe 15 minutes, then it was gone. Plenty of better dispensaries out there that actually want to help their customers.

I really like the quality of product that comes from this dispensary, definitely some better options when it’s come to a dispensary. Although, my issue is that every time I come to Jungle Boys I already have a pick up order ready and despite getting into the pick up (express) line they still continue to call customers in the regular line before me. I have no problem waiting a little longer but it really defeats the purpose of being able to make my selections before I get to the store and pick my order up as soon as possible. If this is the case they might as well not even have an option for pickup let alone a separate line. As far as that I’m game anytime anyone mentions the Jungle Boys Dispensary

They always have good weed, but take two way too long to get to a customer. Nobody wants to hear the cashier and a customer talking about. Their day what they’ve done their pets names what car they have no one cares get your stuff and go. You have people waiting you don’t know what people are going through so you should try your best to get people in and out as efficiently as possible not have one standing in line for 20+ minutes with only three people in line

I renewed my card yesterday and there was a wrap for jungle boys in the in the room when I was done. I got a decent little discount side to head on over and make the drive now when I got there the most welcoming good vibe that I ever experienced in any dispensary in any state I’ve been to all of them in the lower 48 have perfect knowledge of what you want in a bad mood I scored some of this platinum that they got 1 g took a 15 minute walk with the dog turned around. It had to walk back in and buy another one. Let me tell you. I giggled like I was a teenager 40 years ago this is the most tasty elevatingcannabis product that I’ve experienced hands-down I would almost say ever thank you very much. See you soon. I will also say that this vape is the closest thing to just twisting up a juicy juicy bud. It taste just like it taste just like the bud and be worn when you blow it out. No loyalty, fully priced products with very limited "deals" ( basically buy $150+ for maybe a half off on another product). If you a new patient and have never shopped at JB, then you lucky. Game changer for Orlando. A lot of other dispensaries are going to lose business.Grand opening morning. Got in line by 0830am, was checked out by 1120am. Long line, but they had food and bottles of water. Also had large tents to wait underneath. They understand Florida lol.Very nice building. Used to be a a Ruby Tuesday.Budtenders and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Straight forward pricing. No crazy sales to have to keep up with. Just good product, and decent upfront pricing.Merchandise is available in the front. Large menus displayed in the lobby.Honestly, this is the quality all dispensaries should imitate to keep competitive. Will update on return.

Jungle Boys is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Jungle Boys dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Jungle Boys in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Jungle Boys
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Jungle Boys
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Jungle Boys in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I wanted to avoid a 3 dollar fee for using my card by using a couple dollars in quarters, but they would not have it.Makes it feel like I’m dealing with drug dealers more then with a legit business…Like what are you guys to good for a few quarters?

Let's start off with the people who work here. They are the kindest and most educated budtenders. The inside is beautiful with a very nice layout.(Updated review)If you are an "OG" patient of Jungle boys, you are kinda screwed. No loyalty, fully priced products with very limited "deals" ( basically buy $150+ for maybe a half off on another product). If you a new patient and have never shopped at JB, then you lucky. I loved this place when it first opened, but now I feel like the people in corporate only care about the money and not the patients.

My doc referred me here. I happened to be in Orlando and gave it a shot. Must say...customer service...amazing. super friendly people. I dealt with Mil in the back and he recommended something other than what I picked. He let me smell all the product and look at it and gave me a brief description of each. I can't wait until the Bonita Springs location opens!!!!

Came here cause of the hype on Reddit. Was worth the drive for quality products. Got Pops of Mike LarryxSherbert was impressed. Killshot was good and strong. Motor Breath treated me well. So far worth the drive and money. Thank you guys!I trusted the guys behind the counter they did help me get what I need for cheapest they could, I liked that they didn't pressure me just described the effects. They did a good job and didn't stear me in the wrong direction. I liked that.

Game changer for Orlando. A lot of other dispensaries are going to lose business.Grand opening morning. Got in line by 0830am, was checked out by 1120am. Long line, but they had food and bottles of water. Also had large tents to wait underneath. They understand Florida lol.Very nice building. Used to be a a Ruby Tuesday.Budtenders and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Straight forward pricing. No crazy sales to have to keep up with. Just good product, and decent upfront pricing.Merchandise is available in the front. Large menus displayed in the lobby.Honestly, this is the quality all dispensaries should imitate to keep competitive. Will update on return.
