I live closer to port Richey location but drive here because they always have me in and out. Joe was super helpful last time I was there.
I always get right in. Never have to wait more than 5 mins. They keep everything moving. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Girl manager refused service after my products were wrong . I ordered flower that had 2.5 terps but was given 1.7 terp batch instead. I went inside after getting in my car and saw my products were wrong. Told me I had to wait 45 min line after I was in 30 seconds prior. After waiting 35 min to get in myself. I told her I wanted to talk to manager she said she was the manager. ( no help at all) I called corporate and corporate told me it's the managers decision I told her and she told me she's refusing service. I need to speak with Store manager not a rent a manager. It's messed up I was just treated like I just walked in when I was in there the whole time. Terrible service bad products ripped me off. Terrible service beware and make sure to check numbers and terps. I even tipped when I purchased my items I bet if I asked for that back they wouldn't allow that. I'm usually a fan of this location only, since I stopped going to trulieve for a while because customer service sucks. Well when I was here yesterday for an online order I asked if I could add a flower onto my order of they had it. I was told no they were out, so In my car I decided to place an order for the specific flower I wanted to add on and within 15 minutes it was ready for pick up. I do not appreciate being lied to, especially when I dont live close by to a dispensary anymore. And I always see the staff standing around talking or outside smoking while people wait to be served.
AMAZING all around!! Front employees are allways welcoming. Back employees go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable about the product they sell. They will help you figure out which product would be most beneficial for your symptoms.
I ordered based on a promotion to order after 930pm.. which I did, got a price of 32.50. Come to pick it up, it's more money than I confirmed. Guy was smug, pointed to a sign, and i advised him i met the "rules". He said i didn't, so i canceled my order and walked out. No attempt to resolve it. I will go to curaleaf and ayr from now on. Crooks

Came at 7:45 and they close at 8 and they wouldn’t let me in. The guy literally acted stupid the whole time telling me his manager told him to close the doors lol.All I wanted was an eight of Indica so I could go to sleep after a terrible day. The in and out was super quick. The very nice young man who helped me, Chris, was very polite, and I honestly thought he was actively listening to me when I told him what I wanted . However, after I made my hour drive home and examined the contents of my bag, it was not what I intended to get at all. Good job on timing, Trulieve. However, I also need a dispensary that listens. So very 😞.
Showed up 25 minutes before the store closed and it was locked. Called Trulieve for “mason” to tell me that they close all dispensaries 30 minutes early due to a Florida mandate? Which Florida mandate is that exactly because I can’t find it anywhere? I can go to any other dispensary and get my medical marijuana until 9pm. Even your website says it and the hours on your door.Stay open for patients that help fund your business.
Very good cannabis but they need to make reservations as it takes 45-60 min just to get served. Even when placing an online order you must wait in line. 5-15/min a person making this the slowest dispensary to shop at. 3 people ahead can mean 30-40 minutes of sitting in line. Not worth it.
TAKES TOO LONG!I made a very small online order and still had to wait over 30min. I have no idea why it takes so long. Everywhere else has such a quick process. I can only assume its incompetence and poor management.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Go elsewhere! Customer service resolution skills are in the horrible,I asked the man “helping” me for something good to help me sleep,he recommended 2 types of flower and if that doesn’t work to take some NyQuil 🤯 I am taking medication for anxiety and can’t take over the counter sleeping aid, I wish I took his name,I felt discriminated due to the way he was talking to me and not helpful at all.I stay with this other dispensary (CL) where they do care for costumers.
Go elsewhere. This location dispensed the wrong amount of medicine. Leaving me with no recommendations. Their mistake costed me time and money that I will never get back. Customer service resolution skills are in the toilet. Luckily plenty other companies have opened up close by. 🙏🏽

I love this company and I had a great experience at this location! Christian was very nice and made great suggestions, every employee provided thorough answers to my questions and informed me about their 4/20 sales. I will definitely be back!

They dispensed me for 2 prerolls I never bought and won't return my recs. Trulieve is literally the worst dispensary ever. LEARN HOW TO DISPSENSE
Great location, employees & manager. They go above & beyond to help their patients. I actually drove past the Wesley Chapel dispensary to drive over an hour to this location.
One of the best Trulieve’s I’ve ever stepped foot in! The staff is unbelievably friendly and their wait time is almost nothing compared to other surrounding stores. Will be shopping here more in the future!!
Horrible experience at this new location. Placed an order on cyber Monday. Wasn’t ready until later in day so I said I would pick up tomorrow (today). Was told no problem. Went into store today for pickup and was told since I didn’t pick up the order last night, i cant get the cyber Monday deal.. even though I placed the order on cyber Monday. The cashier spoke with someone else and they confirmed nothing could be done. I wasted an hour of my day and ended up with nothing. They could care less. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Trulieve. I would NOT recommend this location at this time to anyone.
Clean, friendly and professional. Quality is great and the workers are knowledgeable. I ordered online and picking up was quick and easy.
Store manager Evan. Black hair, scruffy facial hair, looks like he just crawled out of bed has zero solutions to store related issues. As a store manager myself i offered him solutions to a ongoing problem and he provided me with the “Circle back around” response that has zero meaning or value. Visit new port richey or tarpon springs if you want actual customer service and not a store full of people being paid to say “sorry”. Evan you are a clown
I had a device I needed to exchange and Rachel was my consultant and she helped me out in every way. Cassie was also very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I am happy to be a customer of trulieve with them two providing service! I will be visiting this location again!
