The app is difficult and not user friendly and the only time it’s worth buying from is when you are a new customer and get the half off discount after that the prices are to high for products not that great.
Not a fan of the low quality products for exorbitant costs. If you find that everything has different discounts and lands on the same net price regardless of the thc potency or the quality you should go to another dispensary for your medicine. These people think they are running the black market not a medicinal dispensary. I only go here when i have zero other choices because in florida city we dont have any other choices than to drive 40mins to an hour for the next closest dispensary.

*** BEWARE, pricing seems good. But you get what you pay for!*** there's a reason why their products are always "on sale"..I have been a medical cannabis patient for over 6-years. When shopping at AYR you believe that you are getting a good deal. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. There's a reason why their products are so cheap. There's also a reason why they don't have any return policy..... Now, I would love to know if there is a product defect brought to the attention of AYR, due to The defective product CAUSING SEVERE HEALTH CONDITIONS TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE. Why would they not remove it from the shelves and continue to sell it? I've emailed, I've left messages and don't even try to speak to the Bud tenders in this location in person. I have not received valid response from the local location. I haven't received a response to my email or text messages. Dear in the headlights is the only way that I could explain it, when you ask them a question. If you're asking for a specific medication for a specific condition, at least take the time and learn about your products. You are on your own as they have no clue what they're selling. It looks like they received an email in the morning they read and all they do is repeat it like robots.I have to say that this is the WORST DISPENSARY and it is amazing that they are still open today. FL City location is trash. Staff has no idea how to help customers or answer questions on products.I went in with a specific question on a dab rig. I was told to go on YouTube.I took my time to go in store, and you tell me to go back home, then come back later?I should have gone to Google and read reviews before going to this place. Other dispensaries are much more of an experience. Other staff seem like they care about getting customers excited and sharing knowledge.Def won’t come back unless there are extreme circumstances.
Called this location about a deal I saw online and “Nakayla” told me that “I should’ve read the email correctly “ I said if I am calling is to get further information “ and she said “you can call another dispensary “ and hung up on me. When I called back to ask why she did that “Washington” who claimed to be a “supervisor” asked what the issue was I said I would like her name and his bosses name and he said she wasn’t the issue your the issue “ “look at how you sound” how do I sound ? You guys are disrespectful I mean what’s expected from such location. After going to this dispensary for quite some time now, I really hate this new staff that they have now, well let me be more specific, the Hispanic girl and the black girl that works there, evening shift, they are so unprofessional and need to be replaced before they make some one lose their cool. The place closes at 8:30, I arrive at 8:20, but I had a problem with my payment process and asked if they could help me from moving money from my Apple Pay to my bank account, they really didn’t help me and even lied to my face saying that wasn’t possible to do, just so they could go home on time and not be a minute late, it’s really sad they make the company look horrible with their nasty attitudes, even making statements like this isn’t your first time with payment problems using Apple Pay. Mind you, I’ve never used Apple Pay for anything so that comment was purely sarcasm. When I arrive home, my wife shows me how to transfer the funds on Apple Pay to my bank account in under a minute. You guys lost a customer with those 2 unprofessional employees.

Unfortunately I came during business hours and they were closed. They left a typed out paper saying that they'll be right back, however I waited for over 30 minutes and no one showed up..
I went in today 8-18-23 at 5:45. The Spanish looking heavyset man was being very rude and disrespectful. Did not want me to charge my phone while I was waiting for them and they gave me somebody else prescription that is not mine. They gave me somebody else prescription that is not cool at all.

1G Vape Cart tore apart two of my vape batteries & failed to function on two other batteries. Staff is kind & professional, but Ayr or LHS vape carts are sub par & damaging patient equipment.

We had the same experience as Ricky (another reviewer)! My boyfriend and I are both patients and we buy from Liberty. He ordered a strain online with a 28.4%. He picks up the order and pays, however when he checked in the car, it was the same strain but lower 20.9%. He goes inside and explains the situation to the employee and she says there are no refunds or exchanges on flower and that what is shown online is not always what they have in the store. If we place an order online, there is an expectation that what you’re buying is what you’re receiving or at least that the store will have the decency of informing customers that there was a substitution, so that they may make a decision if they want it or not. This is not even an exchange! I did not order what you charged me for. This should have been a simple process so that both parties will be happy. Very upset with the customer service and the whole experience! Be careful making online purchases, they may scam you too!

Check your order well even if you made it online. Jessica got my order ready which was supposed to be 2 8ths and a gram of A5 shatter as I ordered online instead it was 3 8ths and one was named A5. After paying and getting to the car I reviewed the receipt. I went back inside to show them. Jessica says “We don’t do refunds” very disappointing. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager. I was told to come back to the store the next day to see if a manager was in. Horrible service all because of a mistake that was made by the dispensary’s employees. Receipts are below
