Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a AYRor any dispensary for that matter. I will not return to the Palatka store after the level of disrespect I received from employees in front of other customers. As soon as I walked in the door cashier 53285 had the worst attitude. I would say her name but she didn't have a name with her name showing which I'm sure is against the law. I was already not really happy with the customer service after I realized that I had lost thousands of points that employees never told me about until a couple weeks ago and I've been working on getting my points down. I had thousands still to spend that hadn't expired yet but once those are done I won't go to any AYR dispensary.

I purchased a couple eighths yesterday two of them were short by .3, which is pretty usual. I rarely get a full eighth anymore than today I go there and I open it in the store and see it look short so I weigh it at my car. It’s 2.7. So then I go in to return it, and I have to wait an abnormal amount of time while they call the manager, who, apparently enforces their own policies, because they’re not the policies of corporate. No other location operates like this. They don’t do refunds at this location so they get permission to do one refund and they tell me literally 10 times that if it’s short again, they can’t refund it so I say OK I’m gonna go get my scale and weigh It infront of them, I do so and it’s .5 short. They refused to refund it even though they know it’s .5 short right in front of their face so essentially, I was robbed by AYR to my face I went in there I gave them currency for a product that I did not receive. If I had to guess what they really have is an employee theft problem, which isn’t surprising when you allow people that use the product to work there for $12 an hour they can’t even afford to buy their own weed. I’m sick and tired of not getting what I paid for. I took a video of me weighing it out And them telling me that they can’t give me what I paid for Hopefully I can upload it here. If not, I’ll take some snapshots of the video and show some pictures. This place definitely needs new management..

I came to this location about a week ago. I brought my friend with me because he had recently had lost a finger and he has been going through a lot of pain and his doctor recommended that he take some THC or CBD tinctures however, as soon as we walked in we weren’t even greeted on top of that. The gentleman that was assisting me was super super rude and nasty and strictly said I couldn’t speak with my friend regarding any other products which I completely understand. It’s the way that he delivered the message. I don’t know how to explain it best here, but let’s just say he got an enjoyment of just saying that to us, and I felt super uncomfortable, considering the fact I work in the industry and I don’t treat my patients like this . I am very disgusted with the way we were treated. I immediately asked for my identification back, and I walked out of the store. I still go to the other, liberty health locAtion further south which is closer to my house. They are very nice and friendly and I have ZERO complaints everyone there is great . I respect the rules, but this employee was very unprofessional. I would never bring anybody here ever again, even if I was offered free products.

Just saw a patient make a scene and gave the employees a hard time for not being able to shop for their non- medical card holding friend. They said they would be leaving a bad review so I decided to leave my own honest review.I have been coming here for years and the customer service is amazing, everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The products have gotten better throughout the years, but it’s the amazing deals that keep bringing me back. I’ve never had a bad experience which is why I am convinced the bad ones are just disgruntled and entitled customers!

Misleading advertisement, false pricing to draw you in, unapologetically deceitful socially and mathematically inept manager and cashier trying to scam people who won't take the time to calculate their total and not take their word because they purposely fudge prices in the calculation of the total in hopes that you don't catch on. That's why they don't allow phone usage just in the lobby. Almost was scammed out of $40 had I not done the math in my head. Even after correcting the cashier who ended up supposedly being the manager would not complete the transaction without trying to force an admission of guilt on my end when he's the one falsifying an entire business interaction. Go elsewhere if you respect yourself and demand the respect you give others in return. If you like being just another cow to milk for cash by some lowlife community appropriating braindead losers then be their guest.

I went to buy indica flower for my anxiety and the sales person offered me to try some hybrid that according to him was inclined towards indica, I trusted him and bought a couple of items to try. I immediately went home to try it and as soon as I used it gave me the worst panic attack that I had ever had in my life, shivering, convulsing, I was on the floor for hours, it got me to the point that I was considering going to the ER. Next day although I was still sick, I went to see them to express my concerns about the product that they are selling to the patients and to let them know what terrible effects it gave me, the girl that was the manager at that point told me that there was nothing they could do, no exchanges, no money back and the most concerning thing was that she told me that there is nothing to report because according to them the people in charge won’t pay attention to this, and that I should try to contact them by myself.Well here I am contacting and letting others know that this is not a serious company. To Whom It May Concern,On February 18th, I visited your store at 6827 Bird Road, Miami, FL and I made a big purchase of $686 Order#: 6982690 Cashier: 43903 @2:26pm.Before I payed my bill, I told the lady at the front desk that the wax had been very melted the last time I was here and I didn’t want that. She continued to talk to me and about her boyfriend’s birthday and gave me wax anyway, when I wanted crumble or shatter. I payed my bill and realized that the cashier charged me for the wax and it was melted, and that’s exactly what I didnt want. I came back to the store for an even exchange into a non melted product. I wanted it like it was advertised online, a ball of wax, not a melted wax in a container. This makes the concentrate almost unusable and I did not want that. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they couldnt exchange it, even though the manager is not a smoker and had no idea what I meant. I asked him and he said this.He gave me a number to call corporate, and I was speaking with another representative who was equally upsetting.I can’t believe the customer service here. If they make a mistake, the customer has to deal with it?I spent $65 on a product that was advertised as a ball of wax but got nothing like that and payed for it. I am super upset and will never shop here again. Nothing was resolved and the whole experience was a horror.The names of the people I spoke were Jose Barros store Manager and Emily from customer service who refused to give me her last name and said the reason was because she feared I would find her on facebook. Is this the way this company handles business? Completely childish and unprofessional. It was extremely upsetting to have gone through this experience. The customer should be given better treatment, specially when they are good paying customers that just want to be treated fairly and get the product they payed for.I hope that you can do something about this.

Went back to return a tincture bottle that was given to me with about a fourth of it leaked into the packaging that got my hand sticky and all they could end up doing was a ten percent discount on my next order so I ended up giving them a second chance and taking home some flower. When I got back home and checked it out it was a bit dried, horribly trimmed(adding weight/taking away from consumable product), and had a very dark color. I stayed optimistic and tried it out, at first I got a harsh taste and rough feel to the throat. On top of that the medical effect was just not anywhere close to surterra, trulieve, etc. It's honestly hard to grow something this bad I've seen first time growers have better harvests. I strongly recommend to not waste your time and money with this place.

Now I haven’t been to them on fridays when they get popcorn and is much more affordable so I can’t give my opinion about that yet but watch out for those strains with the numbers in them like A5 or etc. they don’t smell like traditional cannabis it’s a very dry leafy sort of bud & they also don’t hit great. Basically at this dispensary you get what you pay for. There is a strain called MANGO, it’s my favorite but over priced for the amount you get.

This place is the most mismanaged dispensary in south Florida. Bud prices increased to equal other shops (8th used to be 28$ now $35-50) and loyalty points don’t go to flower. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a AYRor any dispensary for that matter. I will not return to the Palatka store after the level of disrespect I received from employees in front of other customers. As soon as I walked in the door cashier 53285 had the worst attitude. I would say her name but she didn't have a name with her name showing which I'm sure is against the law. I was already not really happy with the customer service after I realized that I had lost thousands of points that employees never told me about until a couple weeks ago and I've been working on getting my points down. I had thousands still to spend that hadn't expired yet but once those are done I won't go to any AYR dispensary.

I purchased a couple eighths yesterday two of them were short by .3, which is pretty usual. I rarely get a full eighth anymore than today I go there and I open it in the store and see it look short so I weigh it at my car. It’s 2.7. So then I go in to return it, and I have to wait an abnormal amount of time while they call the manager, who, apparently enforces their own policies, because they’re not the policies of corporate. No other location operates like this. They don’t do refunds at this location so they get permission to do one refund and they tell me literally 10 times that if it’s short again, they can’t refund it so I say OK I’m gonna go get my scale and weigh It infront of them, I do so and it’s .5 short. They refused to refund it even though they know it’s .5 short right in front of their face so essentially, I was robbed by AYR to my face I went in there I gave them currency for a product that I did not receive. If I had to guess what they really have is an employee theft problem, which isn’t surprising when you allow people that use the product to work there for $12 an hour they can’t even afford to buy their own weed. I’m sick and tired of not getting what I paid for. I took a video of me weighing it out And them telling me that they can’t give me what I paid for Hopefully I can upload it here. If not, I’ll take some snapshots of the video and show some pictures. This place definitely needs new management..

I came to this location about a week ago. I brought my friend with me because he had recently had lost a finger and he has been going through a lot of pain and his doctor recommended that he take some THC or CBD tinctures however, as soon as we walked in we weren’t even greeted on top of that. It’s the way that he delivered the message. She continued to talk to me and about her boyfriend’s birthday and gave me wax anyway, when I wanted crumble or shatter. I payed my bill and realized that the cashier charged me for the wax and it was melted, and that’s exactly what I didnt want. I came back to the store for an even exchange into a non melted product. I wanted it like it was advertised online, a ball of wax, not a melted wax in a container. This makes the concentrate almost unusable and I did not want that. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they couldnt exchange it, even though the manager is not a smoker and had no idea what I meant. I asked him and he said this.He gave me a number to call corporate, and I was speaking with another representative who was equally upsetting.I can’t believe the customer service here. If they make a mistake, the customer has to deal with it?I spent $65 on a product that was advertised as a ball of wax but got nothing like that and payed for it. I am super upset and will never shop here again. Nothing was resolved and the whole experience was a horror.The names of the people I spoke were Jose Barros store Manager and Emily from customer service who refused to give me her last name and said the reason was because she feared I would find her on facebook. I was a customer here at liberty health sometime last week , my experience was okay, I went in and a young man named Alex was a great help, he recommended me a great product and was patient with me. I am very satisfied but when I got to the register , a young woman I think named Natalie or Natalia was very impatient and rushed me and gave me some attitude. It was very unprofessional and no one would like to see that at a front desk. I would rather take my business else where

I asked if I was still able to use a use coupon that ended in January for my birthday could not go within the month was sick with covid as well, they refuse to help a customer out, as per the manager (Washington).I will not be coming back here.

I hardly ever write reviews however, this one is a must. I have been fortunate enough to be assisted by the most lovely lady by the name of Bridgette two times. She is so kind, compassionate, professional, and very knowledgeable. She truly guided me through the process of figuring out what products would be most appropriate for my symptoms. Bridgette is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She really cared about how I feel and what products would be effective for me. Bridgette does not look at this process as it’s all about sales, on the contrary, she is passionate about helping people and ensuring that people get products with the most efficacy for them. Flower is hit or miss in the past but thanks to new partnerships there is some new hope for you all. Seedjunky flower still needs some work but it’s what to expect from the first few batches. something tells me soon you will have a menu worth looking at. Now I haven’t been to them on fridays when they get popcorn and is much more affordable so I can’t give my opinion about that yet but watch out for those strains with the numbers in them like A5 or etc. they don’t smell like traditional cannabis it’s a very dry leafy sort of bud & they also don’t hit great. update: Have been visiting more frequently ever since the online ordering started and it’s great, good deals on shake and have been seeing a bit more variety.

Went back to return a tincture bottle that was given to me with about a fourth of it leaked into the packaging that got my hand sticky and all they could end up doing was a ten percent discount on my next order so I ended up giving them a second chance and taking home some flower. When I got back home and checked it out it was a bit dried, horribly trimmed(adding weight/taking away from consumable product), and had a very dark color. I stayed optimistic and tried it out, at first I got a harsh taste and rough feel to the throat. On top of that the medical effect was just not anywhere close to surterra, trulieve, etc. It's honestly hard to grow something this bad I've seen first time growers have better harvests. I strongly recommend to not waste your time and money with this place.

Used the have good flower at a good price ($28 for 19%). Now they have low THC (under 16%) for $40 an eighth. Their call center is run by morons who tell you something is a Hybrid, then you get it an its an Indica - and there are no returns! I will go back to Trulieve...

Location is great. Employees (Israel & Washington) are awesome but this place is a disaster. ‘No flower’ sign is up at least 3 times a week. Also, the older lady employee is extremely rude. This place is the most mismanaged dispensary in south Florida. Bud prices increased to equal other shops (8th used to be 28$ now $35-50) and loyalty points don’t go to flower. Overall quality of this place has gone downhill since opening.Update..no flower.

Most people do not seem to review flower very much in their reviews of dispensaries; either way I would like to state that I consider myself a seasoned toker, and have a more refined taste, but as much as I tried to keep a positive mindset I have to say this place has some of the lowest quality herb in town. Picked up blue dream & A5 (only ones available) and neither packed any kind of punch whatsoever. There is a reason why the price is so low compared to other places. You get what you pay for I guess.
