Everything is always “ON SALE” what a scam for long term customers. The reward points system is A JOKE!!! They while bring items to full price and make you pay the percentage off for ex; the highest priced items are always 50% off so trying to use your points is like using 50% of your $125 off so the $1200 you spend getting $125 off is now 62.50!!!

On June 6th, 2024, I shopped here and was harassed and threatened by an employee named Ryan. I do not recommend these products or these dispensaries, especially if you are a woman. Worst customer service. Don't go in there alone and remember these people have access to our addresses if we hope there and information. I contacted corporate twice, and they haven't don't a thing. I will never shop with this place again. Even for free. If you are a woman do go there when Ryan is working at the very least.

A, so called, patient advocate forgot how to advocate for his patients. He put words in my mouth, called me outside of my name, and gave me more anxiety, then I originally had. Needless to say, I left crying and heartbroken. The dispensary is supposed to be a HAPPY place. It has been for me, for 5 years, until now. I never thought it possible to have such an, unbelievably, negative experience. I pray that this person never makes another patient feel the way he made me feel. It's extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior and you should be ashamed of yourself. Get these people some sensitivity training. We MATTER as patients and people. PERIOD.

The employees were nice and professional, very friendly and the place smells wonderful. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr

I love this place! Michael Walker is always great bud tender. He knows the business and his customer service abilities are the best.Your points system is horrible. I am in there weekly bugging my tenders about my points that keep disappearing. It is a mess. It takes time for them to search each time. I have called your customer service and they are short with me and get aggravated. They always say it is fixed but no it isn't. I can't see the points that are supposed to be expiring it isn't available to me.

Normally a great experience with employees. This time it was terrible. Employees were talking to each other the entire time and not helpful in the least bit. When I asked for a menu I was told to “use my eyes”. Like okay? Normally they put it on the screen and communicate with you the entire time. Just not good experience at all.

Well it was my first time going there the other day and let me say I like the little place, it's a small space compared to Davis Hwy but they had great product available at the time of my visit. The employees were nice and professional, very friendly and the place smells wonderful.
