3/3 carts have leaked or not worked out of the box. Then the carts don't even fit in the battery they sell which also stopped working less than a week into owning which they will not help with, I have to contact a manufacturer. Vapes don't work, battery doesn't work, over $100 and limited milligrams wasted. Through multiple states, rec and medical, this has been the worst I have been to.Edit: after contacting, If I could rate less than 1, I would.

Bought a cart from here and was told I could return it if there was a problem with the cart or if I didn’t like the way it made me feel etc. I brought the cart back and the assistant store manager was extremely rude about the situation and turned me away after clearly explaining the faulty vaporizer and how I was told I could bring it back for an exchange. He didn’t care and turned me away. Cool I went to the store in the south location and was helped immediately!!!! And had my cart exchanged!!! So I will not be returning to this location yall really suck and dk how to treat your patients in this location.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Ayr is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Ayr grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Ayr in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time.
