My 1st time ever going to a dispensaryThe employee was extremely extremely rude to me as soon as i walked in literally yelled at me because I was on a phone call and had NO IDEA i couldn't have been on a video call pass the lobby . His tone was very loud and extremely disrespectful i will NEVER go to this location again!!! That same employee attempts to give me the most disingenuous apology and I immediately interrupted and spoke my peace and the employee combative and I didn't let him bait me into any kind of disagreement with him. His attitude is atrocious and ruined the entire experience for me forever!

Just sharing a little detail about AYR dispensary on north OBT in Orlando Florida. If you place the order before the store close normally they give you 24 hours for pick up, at least every other AYR Dispensary does. I placed the order yesterday while I was at work knowing I wasn’t gonna make it there called the day they said come in because they can’t talk over the phone just to get down there for them not to honor what I ordered yesterday just a big waste of time. I live in Altamonte 30 minutes away. I drove past two other AYR dispensaries just to go to North OBT because they had what I wanted. OVERALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am able to get in and out quickly which is very convenient. I highly recommend this place. They do have limited hours right now so if you’re driving far I would call. Besides that there are no issues. They are new at this location and the limited hours are expected.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
