Great people, i first heard of them when I was waiting 5 hours in the trulieve lobby room just waiting to get called in, and I decided to try it, although the cheapest deal you could get most of the time would be $25 for a 3.5 there's times they also have good flower for $20, every time it is always good, I literally walk in and walk out, I typically have my flower as their checking my medical license, it is just so lovely to be able to walk-in, EVEN IF you didnt make an order before u got there and are just a walk in, you will still be able to walk out, in less than 5 minutes, great customer service. Went there once, and so far its been the only one I've been going too ever since.

I wish I knew the name of the two individuals who helped me today. I enjoyed our conversation and both were friendly, informative, and efficient. I can't talk much on the variety of products as I've only had one type of flower but what I will say about the quality is that it's on par with the average Florida dispensary and that's just fine with me as MANY dispensaries falsify average flower as premium to create tiers with premium prices. I'll pay a fair price for average flower as long as its consistent and i know what I'm getting. Too many dispensaries arbitrarily place products into tiers and often interchange them giving no validity to the claims of potency and quality.

Bought a vapor pen that barley hit and was burnt, was refused a return or exchange when the lady in front of me had issues with the same exact pen.(at the time I didn’t know what pen she had exchanged) she got a replacement I did not. Don’t know what the difference was with her and me but it was very upsetting as I shop here often. Well 6 years ago I got my card and I gave it up because I couldn't use the medicine in the dispensaries, fast forward 6 years they now have products that are pure and clean and free of MGT glycol or glycerin, so I got my card and I decide I'm going to go to AYR on recommendation from my friend who is a patient anyways the staff was very friendly and welcoming the environment was very clean and comfortable and the products are very reasonably priced for the value, I would recommend AYR to any and all patients both new and experienced to enjoy their facilities and their products, we all know it's medicine but it's nice to be able to enjoy your medicine vtlm

He is pleasant enough at face value but he will often try to get you to waste accrued product points when a sale is already underway to "help you out".I've overheard him boasting to another employee about how he low end hustles people and they're smiling about it when they leave.I just want a normal and fair transaction please.I don't want to feel like I'm dealing with a car salesman when I'm picking up my perscription.Again, I love this place and the other staff have ALWAYS been nothing but straightforward and helpful.The tall red head guy with glasses may seem nice but I'd recommend dealing with another employee if you don't want to be on your guard while purchasing your medication.

She has been rude like 4 different times between both my husband and myself. I just don't understand what the problem is. I get u can have a bad day, but 4 of them is a little excessive. The WORST customer service. Never going back to the Stuart or Jensen beach location, I’d rather drive to a further dispensary where patients are appreciated and valued. Not handing my money to associates who make me feel guilty for an exchange on a discolored cart. I will never understand why they are okay with selling their much older manufactured products at the same price as their last shipment that arrived. That’s false advertisement, your products are not guaranteed to look the same as the vibrant oil you are advertising. You should add in fine print “may have discoloration due to oxidation”. Clearly your dispensary doesn’t prioritize quality in your products and do not store them properly.

Great people, i first heard of them when I was waiting 5 hours in the trulieve lobby room just waiting to get called in, and I decided to try it, although the cheapest deal you could get most of the time would be $25 for a 3.5 there's times they also have good flower for $20, every time it is always good, I literally walk in and walk out, I typically have my flower as their checking my medical license, it is just so lovely to be able to walk-in, EVEN IF you didnt make an order before u got there and are just a walk in, you will still be able to walk out, in less than 5 minutes, great customer service. I wish I knew the name of the two individuals who helped me today. I enjoyed our conversation and both were friendly, informative, and efficient. I can't talk much on the variety of products as I've only had one type of flower but what I will say about the quality is that it's on par with the average Florida dispensary and that's just fine with me as MANY dispensaries falsify average flower as premium to create tiers with premium prices. I'll pay a fair price for average flower as long as its consistent and i know what I'm getting. Too many dispensaries arbitrarily place products into tiers and often interchange them giving no validity to the claims of potency and quality.

Don’t know what the difference was with her and me but it was very upsetting as I shop here often. He is pleasant enough at face value but he will often try to get you to waste accrued product points when a sale is already underway to "help you out".I've overheard him boasting to another employee about how he low end hustles people and they're smiling about it when they leave.I just want a normal and fair transaction please.I don't want to feel like I'm dealing with a car salesman when I'm picking up my perscription.Again, I love this place and the other staff have ALWAYS been nothing but straightforward and helpful.The tall red head guy with glasses may seem nice but I'd recommend dealing with another employee if you don't want to be on your guard while purchasing your medication.

She has been rude like 4 different times between both my husband and myself. I just don't understand what the problem is. I get u can have a bad day, but 4 of them is a little excessive. The WORST customer service. Never going back to the Stuart or Jensen beach location, I’d rather drive to a further dispensary where patients are appreciated and valued. Not handing my money to associates who make me feel guilty for an exchange on a discolored cart. I will never understand why they are okay with selling their much older manufactured products at the same price as their last shipment that arrived. That’s false advertisement, your products are not guaranteed to look the same as the vibrant oil you are advertising. You should add in fine print “may have discoloration due to oxidation”. Clearly your dispensary doesn’t prioritize quality in your products and do not store them properly.

I visited this place again and was disappointed. I was told that my VA discount was not applicable towards flower purchases. and the overall feel to the place seems as if you’re at a fast food chain run by kids.No privacy, they are dispensing the minute you open the door. Very unprofessional atmosphere for myself.

I went to the Port St Lucie store on US1. Some employees, No Mask and about 5 customers, No mask. The manager does not require or enforce our local ‘Mask Required Mandate’. But then again Liberty should not wait for political leadership. I have been a loyal customer fighting cancer. My immune system is shot. And here are all these people with NO MASK. I will never return. And I sold my Liberty stock. Very unprofessional operated company with an enormous room for Development. IMO.

Liberty Health Sciences was the first dispensary that I ever went to, so it feels like my weed home. I feel like the staff at LHS are always very pleasant and helpful. Whitney is awesome, she told me about the reward system y'all have and apparently I had been accumulating all these points that I didn't know about! So I came outta there even happier than usual 😁

Veronique is by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and personable dispensary staff I have came across. Very poor customer service from every employee I made contact with except for 2 individuals who work there. First, I sat in line for over an hour. When they opened I was the first customer no hi how are you how may I help you no good afternoon just what’s your name with an attitude. Now, I’m a frequent flier here and over the past year the staff has changed for the worse. Very poor customer service skills. I pay good money here. Never going back again and I will be calling corporate.

Thursdays are fun days at Liberty Health in Port St Lucie. Flower is restocked and hand delivered to each patient within 5-10 minutes of placing their order. THIS is how Dispensaries were supposed to work. And if ever you need any help or advice on any product, Whitney, Paula or any other of their knowledgeable employees would be glad to assist you....Have I ever lied to you before?

Absolute top notch staff. Better than normal selection. Whitney usually helps me at the Port saint Lucie location and does an excellent job. Fridays have 10% off but it is almost more worth it to go on any other day to beat the rush. Just went today (Thurs) and we were in and out in less than 15 min. 10/10 would recommend.

No way ECONOMICALLY consume, due to the fact that they CAN NOT do What makes their competitors so attractive. .. if I had any advice for the owner's it would be to offer a more diverse selection of cartridge that can be refilled.
