Really disappointed in ayr dispensary in ocala officer silver springs blvd. Associate Anthony refused to honor the points on my account. He was unhelpful and I had to leave without my medication. Terrible customer service I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to this dispensary- specifically to use my points. Save yourself the hassle and stress- go to goldflower instead. Lower prices, better quality and they honor their points system

I bought some Purple Alien Flower and it's my favorite at AYR. It has a nutty taste,like almonds,cashews,pistachios,coconut. The first time it had that taste,smell and once I purchased it second, third time, that terrific nutty taste,smell,texture and consistency is there. A majority of them are very welcoming and knowledgeable, I come back because of the gals Alyson and her sister Kelly they are the dream team when it comes to them working together & efficiently and meeting my needs while they have a long line, most of the team here is very informative I must say, I send My girlfriends & family to this location in hopes they get the honor and of being helped by one of the gals, it’s a shame that some of the men that work here seem very unhappy, almost miserable and as if I’m a burden for asking about products, one in particular always seems medicated beyond a a few tokes; flushed face and mumbling. I won’t discredit the hard work they do here but they seem to be in need of a few people new with better customer service skills. Still 10/10 my go to spot!!

Well I always have great service but this time I bought two of the same cartridges and say on the parking lot. Puffed and realized it thru me into panick. I went back in. Still haven't left the parking lot and was basically told I'm sol. I understand if I opened it but being a year customer and them not carrying to change the strand and it still hasn't been open. Not ok. Really gonna look into going somewhere that my health is not overlooked . I had not even left the parking lot. Just sad it's like they don't care. Any other place will accommodate you. I hadn't even opened it. Y'all I thought I was ok but y'all not carrying about the strands and what they do and not taking an unopened item is a little displeased .

AUSTIN is a terrible bud tender. I've had my medical card for 10 years now and I've never met someone as unprofessional as he is. I've spent a lot of money at AYR only for my points to go MISSING. Only to be told "WE'LL LOOK INTO IT" every time I ask about them. Once I said "Nobody has looked into it this far" he told me he won't look into my points because I was getting frustrated (because nobody has done anything about it).You're robbing people of their points. People hope to redeem them once they've reached a certain number, only for them to "Disappear" and the staff could care less.Austin is pathetic and unprofessional. So is the red head lady that works there.

He was so sweet and accommodating to my mom in law who is disabled and has a hard time standing and walking. He was kind enough to get her a chair to sit in while we completed our transactions. If you smoke concentrates don't go here all the grams advertised are really .67 and .79 there is no whole gram and it really Jack's up the milligrams on your mmu even tho it's advertised as a whole gram IT ISNT. Nobody tells you either I found out by looking over mmu website. Bought 7 grams and it weighed in closer to 4.5 grams very disappointed.

Typically I love this dispo, but never come to this location. Stopped on SATURDAY and had very friendly young budtenders, however they can’t clearly communicate. When I asked about the hurricane Ian canned goods drive, I was told it was lasting for “a while” and I could come in every day with 2 items. It ended THE NEXT DAY, SUNDAY so I used the rest of my gas to drive to summer field tonight to be told it’s been over for 2 days. Thanks for leaving me out of gas and grass, ocala boiz. Do better.

But I was severely disappointed with the RSO oil it was so thick it wouldn't mix I couldn't even squeeze it out of the syringe I was squeezing it so hard it broke and cut my hand. The gummies they have for edibles suck. I've been looking for alternatives to smoking marijuana and so far my experience with this and edibles is it doesn't work for me. I just realized I was reviewing the store in Ocala by mistake I was actually reviewing the store in summerfield.

I stopped by the Liberty health science in silver springs Florida to pick up a small order and I asked them a question. The question was that I had just picked up a package a couple days before from The Villages Florida location and both of my eights were about a gram short. Slightly over two grounds between the two of them.I pointed out the fact that there's no protective film when you take the top off so people can simply open the top and take a bud if they wish to. The response I received was pretty much: oh well sorry to hear that. You can talk to the manager down there but they simply can't just take your word that your order was short. I was flabbergasted!!!They suggest that I take a scale with me every time I purchase product.There has been a few times with Liberty that my products were short yet this is the first time I said something about it.The people who work at both of the liberties that I shop at have been very kind and easy to talk to. But the company policy of not selling off the packages so that any employee can just reach in there and take a nugget out is not a very good policy. I will be limiting my shopping with Liberty health science. If I do buy more product from Liberty I will take a set of scales with me each time.

He was saying stuff like it’s not my responsibility. Every other dispensary has always been nice and helpful, and why not? I am spending tons of money to keep you employed, jackass. I live too far just to come to your store to be denied service for lack of allotted amounts. I love y’all’s business but this is the first negative experience for me. Never been treated like this at a dispensary before. And no, I can’t figure out how to access the info on the registry in my mobile. I’ve tried many times. I even called Trulieve after and asked the same question. Their customer service treatment in comparison was night and day. They went above and beyond.

Ayr is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Ayr in Ocala online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Terrible customer service I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to this dispensary- specifically to use my points. Save yourself the hassle and stress- go to goldflower instead. Well I always have great service but this time I bought two of the same cartridges and say on the parking lot. Puffed and realized it thru me into panick. I went back in. Still haven't left the parking lot and was basically told I'm sol. I understand if I opened it but being a year customer and them not carrying to change the strand and it still hasn't been open. AUSTIN is a terrible bud tender. I've had my medical card for 10 years now and I've never met someone as unprofessional as he is. I've spent a lot of money at AYR only for my points to go MISSING. Only to be told "WE'LL LOOK INTO IT" every time I ask about them. Once I said "Nobody has looked into it this far" he told me he won't look into my points because I was getting frustrated (because nobody has done anything about it).You're robbing people of their points. People hope to redeem them once they've reached a certain number, only for them to "Disappear" and the staff could care less.Austin is pathetic and unprofessional. If you smoke concentrates don't go here all the grams advertised are really .67 and .79 there is no whole gram and it really Jack's up the milligrams on your mmu even tho it's advertised as a whole gram IT ISNT. Nobody tells you either I found out by looking over mmu website. Bought 7 grams and it weighed in closer to 4.5 grams very disappointed.

Typically I love this dispo, but never come to this location. Stopped on SATURDAY and had very friendly young budtenders, however they can’t clearly communicate. When I asked about the hurricane Ian canned goods drive, I was told it was lasting for “a while” and I could come in every day with 2 items. It ended THE NEXT DAY, SUNDAY so I used the rest of my gas to drive to summer field tonight to be told it’s been over for 2 days. Thanks for leaving me out of gas and grass, ocala boiz. Do better.

But I was severely disappointed with the RSO oil it was so thick it wouldn't mix I couldn't even squeeze it out of the syringe I was squeezing it so hard it broke and cut my hand. The gummies they have for edibles suck. I've been looking for alternatives to smoking marijuana and so far my experience with this and edibles is it doesn't work for me. I just realized I was reviewing the store in Ocala by mistake I was actually reviewing the store in summerfield.

I stopped by the Liberty health science in silver springs Florida to pick up a small order and I asked them a question. The question was that I had just picked up a package a couple days before from The Villages Florida location and both of my eights were about a gram short. Slightly over two grounds between the two of them.I pointed out the fact that there's no protective film when you take the top off so people can simply open the top and take a bud if they wish to. The response I received was pretty much: oh well sorry to hear that. You can talk to the manager down there but they simply can't just take your word that your order was short. I was flabbergasted!!!They suggest that I take a scale with me every time I purchase product.There has been a few times with Liberty that my products were short yet this is the first time I said something about it.The people who work at both of the liberties that I shop at have been very kind and easy to talk to. But the company policy of not selling off the packages so that any employee can just reach in there and take a nugget out is not a very good policy. I will be limiting my shopping with Liberty health science. If I do buy more product from Liberty I will take a set of scales with me each time.

I live too far just to come to your store to be denied service for lack of allotted amounts. I love y’all’s business but this is the first negative experience for me.
