Fix your carts!I got two carts on sale for $15 each and they weren't good. The .5 cart was dark, low quality distillate, and the AIO's you're selling are awful. I'm sorry, but they're harsh, super airy, and leave you with a headache. Guys please get better carts 😥

Monday (during Hurricane Debby) was my 1st time at Sanctuary and PJ made my 1st visit beyond amazing! To PJ thank you for going above and beyond, and for making my 1st visit to Sanctuary memorable; because of you I will definitely be a repeat customer to your location! To potential customers, they have phenomenal products and epic deals, FR, I ended up with a free T-shirt and a Free Hat, plus was able to buy one of my medications for only $5 (DON'T CLAIM YOUR FREE $5 ITEM THE BUDTENDER DOES THAT)!! To management, you have a rare gem of an employee in PJ! It is beyond hard to find employees who care about the patients and the company they work for. In my opinion, (btw I won the Space Coast Hospitality Award after years of hospitality and customer service so I recognize a phenomenal employee like PJ instantly).. PJ deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion; tbh the product is great but that is not enough to get me to come back, it takes someone who genuinely cares about helping others (thus helping me get the correct medications to help me medically) like PJ who has made me a lifelong Lee Vista Sanctuary Cannabis patient! Unfortunately there have been a few places who have hired uncompassionate people (or just rude people) who do not care about patients health and they lost my business years ago. Went in and the place was cery very clean, the people behind the counter was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention a hostile customer came in and tried starting something with me and they made sure the whole time I was safe and even walked me out to my car to make sure I got home safe! I wish i knew the names of the employees but one was a shorter girl with purple hair and the other was a tall guy with curly hair. 10/10 experience will be coming back for every purchase.

I went for my first time because they are new to the neighborhood and I wanted to compare to other shops. My first impression was “wow”, they had a beautiful and professional looking shop, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We spent extra time being educated on what would actually work best for our needs. I have been to many different dispensary’s in the area and by far they are the most knowledgeable and don’t make you feel rushed to make a decision. They also have a large selection of products and very good pricing. I have chronic pain and they introduced me to a new product that helps me so much. I’m thankful for that and I would highly recommend anyone in the area that’s in need to check them out.

10/10 when it comes to this Dispensary. The quality of product for the deals they have is amazing and patient care is top notch. I always get a warm greeting when I walk through the doors and any questions I have they answer. A big plus for being close to home too since this is the first dispensary I’ve seen on this side of town where I don’t have to drive 30 minutes away. Honestly this is my new one stop shop when it comes to cannabis products and you’ll feel the same too once you get service here.

Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sanctuary
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
