I very much enjoy coming here, yes except the wait to be a bit long. But I’ve always tried to get there when their doors open as people starting lining the outside door. I think the longest wait I’ve experienced was 2 hours in a very uncomfortable chair but it did cause more pain in my hips when I got up and got into my car. I do wish something can be done about the waits or maybe the wooden chairs. Even cushions on the chairs wouldn’t hurt, instead of replacing the whole chair. But I don’t have anything else to say negative. But I do enjoy seeing the staff as they are very friendly and kind. Sometimes patient as I do like to look at their discount items sometimes I come in. But I do say when I reach check out I’m in and I’m out before I know it I’m heading home. I love the service, plus keep the music please it’s nice jamming to something while waiting.

One dispensary in Milton/Pace and they have like 3 people that work here. The wait times are laughable at times and the express room is never used (despite it always being open).This dispensary needs many more employees, but I don't forsee that happening until some competition opens in this area to force them to change. It's faster to drive to Pensacola and back than it is to come here.

Worst dispo in the state. They give a bad name to dispensaries and are apart of the corporate push to move passion out of the industry and drive prices up. This particular location is the worst too. Even going to the express lane is a ridiculous wait. I am elated that planet 13 is finally opening a location in the area so decent, affordable, not skimped medicine can be provided and we can hopefully get this chumps pushed out.

I've been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt and trying to be more patient with the wait times even though when you order ahead of time you still have to wait I've been trying to let that go and trying to be more patient but today made me laugh when all I ordered was two different types of flowers the saint Mark skunk and the banana juice. When my name was called the girl asked me to present my ID again which I understand is sometimes necessary but she didn't even know what my order was and try to joke about it as a patient I would like to see more professionalism because then maybe she wouldn't have made the mistake that she had so instead of getting the two strains that I ordered I received the banana juice and I received another type of strain that is my least favorite that is sold at this store which is the Southern pound cake and I avoid this strain because of how little relief it provides. Think what this company needs to understand and needs to emphasize to its employees or associates is that we are still patients this is still a medical facility so some professionalism would be encouraged then maybe mistakes like this wouldn't be made can anybody do their job anymore?

Update! Can’t wait for Planet 13 across the street to open. If they’re half as good a their Pensacola location it will put this trillers out of business!This location has issues deep behind their secured door. Flower is being switched, mixed and replaced with sub par stuff. I highly suggest opening every lid prior to leaving as some products have seals, some have unsealed seals, and some have no seal at all. Sometimes I’ll order 4-6 of the same strain, and there will be different flower in some containers, heck, there has been different flower in the same container before.(maybe even the fake stuff swapped in). My current issue is partially my fault as I Never buy from their discount bins on the counter. I purchased 2 of those, completely different strains. Both had the same flower in them. Consistency, taste, results etc.I will not shop at this location any longer.

The staff was not friendly. I checked in as a new customer but was never actually checked in. After watching everyone after me being called i said something. They were rude and didn't apologize for their mistake. I waited 30 min and had to leave due to time. The man working did not care a t all and the girl seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else but at her job. I will not return even though I must drive 40 minutes more to get to the next nearest dispensary. Thanks for nothing when I needed it desperately

Evrytime I go in it doesn't matter how many people are there staff or patients they r so slow. Some of the staff working clearly shld stop medicating before work because it shows. Come on nov.4. You will only get away with it until there’s another dispensary in the area.This location is the most ineffective dispensary I’ve ever been to! Apparently it’s first come first serve for tablets. So if you’re called back to shop with the Associate they can’t do anything until the waiting room has finished with what products they have.That makes no sense whatsoever because you have given half your job away to a room that isn’t even in the back shopping.

Trulieve corporate dropped the ball on this location. Got to find a way to speed things up. (Update) 3 weeks later, nothing has changed. They have lost my business. It's faster to drive to pensacola. Its all on corporate. The employees are doing the best they can. (Update) 6 months later. I thought I'd give them another chance. They opened the express door one time, added a few chairs but still have not hired any help. Doesn't matter express or not you will still wait 30 or 45 minutes at least. This Trulieve staff is truly an all star team! I expected nothing less out of Tevin and he has made me proud as he has always been one of my favorites. I can definitely see my new favorite, Macey, taking the same trajectory with this company as she is a huge asset! She always greets you with a big smile, positive attitude, and great energy. Her knowledge of the products is very impressive and second to none! The other reviews about the wait are true; and I don’t understand the point of express checkout if they’re not going to use it. The people who are cashiers are always helpful and are enjoyable to talk to but the young manager who doesn’t know how to act like a manager is a serious issue. The reviews on this place keep getting lower and I understand why. Good employees mean nothing when the manager doesn’t understand how to stay neutral and act like a manager. This is the only dispensary in Pace and it looks like I’ll be going to Pensacola like everyone else to avoid issues with immature management. Disappointing. 😔

Right now they suck. They don’t confirm orders, even if you put it in two days early. Express even exist there. I’ve ordered the last four times at least a day ahead and not once has it been confirmed. There is never anyone in the front when you walk in. It’s starting to get Ridiculous!The employees are great, but they are overwhelmed and trulieve needs to hire more people. Unfortunately, They just know they have them monopoly because they’re the only ones here.And let’s not mention the seating. They have four seats for a crowded dispensary. It doesn’t take much to add in a few more chairs, especially when you have elderly and sick people coming in here.

Horrible experience. I did an online order. Got email notification saying it was ready. I show up to pick up, and after sitting 30 Mins, they said they will put me on the text notifications list to let me know when to come back. I never received text. I went back 2 hours later, and they claim they don't know what's going on with my order. Had to wait again. There are only 4 chairs in waiting room, so forced to stand, I waited 30 more mins. Left again because hurting too bad to stand that long. I'll go back to pensacola. This pace office if ridiculous.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Pace does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Pace online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I waited almost an hour on a 14 minute Walk in to be charged almost double the sale price, total trash experience and product, I am just one but you have lost this one, you need to do better by your other patients

UPDATE OCTOBER 2023:I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WAS A 15 MINUTE WAIT JUST TO SPEAK TO THE LONE EMPLOYEE IN THE OTHER ROOM. WHY PLACE ORDER ONLINE ONLY TO WAIT IN A LOBBY WITH FAR TOO FEW CHAIRS?THIS WAS MY LAST VISIT HERE AS I VOTE WITH MY MONEY AND THIS PLACE NO LONGER WILL GET MY VOTE.This place did not impress me at all. The vibes are nothing but corporate, and there is no personality behind the brand.The lobby is stark and impersonal. The waiting area (and wait, you will) did not have enough seats, so people were standing around.With your name displayed on a large screen TV, you wait in one room until an employee yells out your name from another room. It's not too classy of a setup.Prices were nothing special. As with other reviews, I have seen that the product on the website was not available upon arrival.This place is adequate for now as it is currently the only dispensary in Pace.

Horrible experience. I did an online order. Got email notification saying it was ready. I show up to pick up, and after sitting 30 Mins, they said they will put me on the text notifications list to let me know when to come back. I never received text. I went back 2 hours later, and they claim they don't know what's going on with my order. Had to wait again. There are only 4 chairs in waiting room, so forced to stand, I waited 30 more mins. Left again because hurting too bad to stand that long. I'll go back to pensacola. This pace office if ridiculous.
