I can only chuckle at some of these hypocritical reviews! I LOVE this location, their customer service is exceptional. I have witnessed so many rude, impatient customers, these employees don’t make the prices nor do they make the daily deals. Kudos to all the employees for what y'all put up with.

Good products at good prices IF you can be helped at a decent time. This store is slower than a turtle wearing leg weights climbing up hill in the snow. Evrytime I go in it doesn't matter how many people are there staff or patients they r so slow. Some of the staff working clearly shld stop medicating before work because it shows. Come on nov.4. It will be easier for the staff to process people then I'm sure.

You will only get away with it until there’s another dispensary in the area.This location is the most ineffective dispensary I’ve ever been to! Apparently it’s first come first serve for tablets. So if you’re called back to shop with the Associate they can’t do anything until the waiting room has finished with what products they have.That makes no sense whatsoever because you have given half your job away to a room that isn’t even in the back shopping.

Be prepared to spend an hour at least, always a problem with your order and most likely be standing because there's only 5 chairs. Always out of flower. Trulieve corporate dropped the ball on this location. Got to find a way to speed things up. (Update) 3 weeks later, nothing has changed. They have lost my business. It's faster to drive to pensacola. Its all on corporate. The employees are doing the best they can. (Update) 6 months later. I thought I'd give them another chance. They opened the express door one time, added a few chairs but still have not hired any help. Doesn't matter express or not you will still wait 30 or 45 minutes at least. Corporate needs to wake up and get these people some help. Still faster to drive to pensacola to different dispensary.

This Trulieve staff is truly an all star team! I expected nothing less out of Tevin and he has made me proud as he has always been one of my favorites. I can definitely see my new favorite, Macey, taking the same trajectory with this company as she is a huge asset! She always greets you with a big smile, positive attitude, and great energy. Her knowledge of the products is very impressive and second to none! I hate not to spotlight any of the other amazing employees that work here but I have been extra impressed every i have the pleasure of dealing with Macey. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff. Good price and product. The waiting room ony has four chairs and I generally try to let the older folks have them. There is not much they can do on that because of the layout,so be ready to stand while waiting,but they do have an awesome flip rate get you in and out in timely fashion.

The other reviews about the wait are true; and I don’t understand the point of express checkout if they’re not going to use it. The people who are cashiers are always helpful and are enjoyable to talk to but the young manager who doesn’t know how to act like a manager is a serious issue. The reviews on this place keep getting lower and I understand why. Good employees mean nothing when the manager doesn’t understand how to stay neutral and act like a manager. This is the only dispensary in Pace and it looks like I’ll be going to Pensacola like everyone else to avoid issues with immature management. Disappointing. 😔

Absolutely the worst dispensary in town! Not one location is efficient. Why would you ever have two workers working during a huge holiday weekend. When we asked the staff about the lack of staff, they stated that Trulieve deliberately cut hours down to 2 people. Unfortunately, I am done with this company. Schedule more people to work!!

Right now they suck. They don’t confirm orders, even if you put it in two days early. Express even exist there. I’ve ordered the last four times at least a day ahead and not once has it been confirmed. There is never anyone in the front when you walk in. It’s starting to get Ridiculous!The employees are great, but they are overwhelmed and trulieve needs to hire more people. Unfortunately, They just know they have them monopoly because they’re the only ones here.And let’s not mention the seating. They have four seats for a crowded dispensary. It doesn’t take much to add in a few more chairs, especially when you have elderly and sick people coming in here.

WHY PLACE ORDER ONLINE ONLY TO WAIT IN A LOBBY WITH FAR TOO FEW CHAIRS?THIS WAS MY LAST VISIT HERE AS I VOTE WITH MY MONEY AND THIS PLACE NO LONGER WILL GET MY VOTE.This place did not impress me at all. The vibes are nothing but corporate, and there is no personality behind the brand.The lobby is stark and impersonal. The waiting area (and wait, you will) did not have enough seats, so people were standing around.With your name displayed on a large screen TV, you wait in one room until an employee yells out your name from another room. It's not too classy of a setup.Prices were nothing special. As with other reviews, I have seen that the product on the website was not available upon arrival.This place is adequate for now as it is currently the only dispensary in Pace.

Horrible experience. I did an online order. Got email notification saying it was ready. I show up to pick up, and after sitting 30 Mins, they said they will put me on the text notifications list to let me know when to come back. I never received text. I went back 2 hours later, and they claim they don't know what's going on with my order. Had to wait again. There are only 4 chairs in waiting room, so forced to stand, I waited 30 more mins. Left again because hurting too bad to stand that long. I'll go back to pensacola. This pace office if ridiculous.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Pace does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Pace online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
