I’ll stop into Sanctuary occasionally when I am in the “Jupiter Farms area” and I always end up walking away thinking “I just got a good amount of stuff for how little I paid” so they are reasonably priced with fresh deals to take advantage of if I’m not trying to buy the top shelf product. They have some decent accessories, clothes and devices available as well so worth popping in if ever that far West on Indiantown.

Come on i never paid that much when it was illegal, why would I start now... just disappointed in the Cannabis industry here in Florida and sad that the Sanctuary is doing this now. How come every other dispensary they charge .9 something per oz because you are converting from the metric system to the imperial system. The conversions are not exact. Because of this I had to pay the same price as a oz for 3/4 of an oz. This place is a joke and a scam. Please fix this and stop screwing patients out of there meditation. I was allowed to get 3 oz from another place and only 2.75 here with a .22 something remaining. This is stealing from the patients DO BETTER!!!! Stop stealing from your customers!!!

Place was doing great, had great prices, but recently doubled all of their prices in a price hike which they are doing more regularly. Now rather than drive 5 minutes to go here I will drive 30 to west palm for a reasonable price on medicine. Sanctuary is doing a disservice to their customers and aren’t acting like providers, they don’t care about making the product available to medical customers. Its all about money. The “sales” are a joke, there is no effort made in customer loyalty etc. Like most of these cannabis companies, Sanctuary drops all decorum when it comes to actually delivering an accessible product to what are supposed to be medical customers.

Up until recently I would have praised the staff as having been both welcoming and knowledgeable, , but my last few visits have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Rude staff who won't even discuss their wares. It came off as pure rudeness, but I assume there was an element of them not understanding their product.Additionally, their "rewards" program is absurd. The more money you spend, the less it's worth. Maybe you get a battery or a grinder after you've spent a few hundred dollars. Spend a thousand and you get a few bucks off a PRJ. It's literally the worst rewards program I've ever seen, in the sense that the value goes down so obviously relative to what you put into it.I wouldn't tell anyone to not go here, but don't expect anything special. Just another dispensary.

My last few purchases of "Top Cut" were small, hay buds. Only the first drop of the "Top Cut" was actually top cut, with big nice buds expected from the top of the plant. Last few drops all look like their regular bud, lots of small nugs and far off from their first drop of top cut. Their pineapple skunk was super dry and looked stale, lacked flavor. Please fix this Sanctuary, or don't call them "Top Cut" if they are not.

Hands down the worst dispensary!! Managers mixed rx labels for different products multiple times and when reported said "I Know" and repeated mistake. High manager and staff turnover rate so they can't keep employees. Managers are aware of issues and still gave the wrong items which caused an emergency health situation. Items listed on website do not accurately represents actual available items. Percentage online is incorrectly listed and waisted time and gas to find they did not have the items or any reasonable alternate multiple times. Stay away from this location!!!! If you use make sure to check your labels!!!!!!!!

He told me he doesn’t know anybody who carries 2500 mg of CBD oil… when I told him I have a picture of it from my neighbor and offered to send it to him, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. Wow how rude can one be? he must’ve been high to treat to a potential customer like that ….I will never go there

Concentrates & pens are twice the price of their competitor. I have been making oil since 2009 & that cart I purchased was 100% trim run marketed as a top shelf "80+% liquid shatter." Myself & five other associates well versed in this market agreed that was the worst oil experienced in almost a decade. The only thing I did say was their flower was very good, but once again I found the same exact strain at a different place for $15 less than their prices for 3.5g. Treat your community better, lower your prices. Staff was very kind & helpful that was the only plus.

I’m really happy I discovered this place. By far the best flower I’ve found. If you feel that the flower sucks at certain more popular dispensaries then schlep five or sex miles west of the turnpike in Jupiter and check this place out. I’ve tried 6 different strains so far and each has honestly been fire. Loving it.No can pay though so bring cash or pay a fee to swipe your card.

Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sanctuary
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in Jupiter online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Last few drops all look like their regular bud, lots of small nugs and far off from their first drop of top cut. Their pineapple skunk was super dry and looked stale, lacked flavor. Please fix this Sanctuary, or don't call them "Top Cut" if they are not.

Hands down the worst dispensary!! Managers mixed rx labels for different products multiple times and when reported said "I Know" and repeated mistake. High manager and staff turnover rate so they can't keep employees. Managers are aware of issues and still gave the wrong items which caused an emergency health situation. Items listed on website do not accurately represents actual available items. Percentage online is incorrectly listed and waisted time and gas to find they did not have the items or any reasonable alternate multiple times. Stay away from this location!!!! If you use make sure to check your labels!!!!!!!!

Spoke to managers Adam on the phone. I asked him if he carries between 1000 and 200 mg of CBD oil. He said his bottles are only 300 mg . He told me he doesn’t know anybody who carries 2500 mg of CBD oil… when I told him I have a picture of it from my neighbor and offered to send it to him, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. Wow how rude can one be? he must’ve been high to treat to a potential customer like that ….I will never go there

Concentrates & pens are twice the price of their competitor. I have been making oil since 2009 & that cart I purchased was 100% trim run marketed as a top shelf "80+% liquid shatter." Myself & five other associates well versed in this market agreed that was the worst oil experienced in almost a decade. The only thing I did say was their flower was very good, but once again I found the same exact strain at a different place for $15 less than their prices for 3.5g. Treat your community better, lower your prices. Staff was very kind & helpful that was the only plus.

I’m really happy I discovered this place. By far the best flower I’ve found. If you feel that the flower sucks at certain more popular dispensaries then schlep five or sex miles west of the turnpike in Jupiter and check this place out. I’ve tried 6 different strains so far and each has honestly been fire. Loving it.No can pay though so bring cash or pay a fee to swipe your card.
