For my first trip to the dispensary this was completely different than what I expected. I was greeted by Joe with a warm welcome and eased my anxiety immediately. He perfectly explained everything and helped me understand what would work best for my personality and needs, amazing prices and quality! After I left my car would not start. They immediately came out and made sure I was okay, Jordan went and got his car and hooked it up and everything!! *I had no idea what I was doing * they took care of me today. By no means did Joe didn’t have to keep making sure I was okay. Jordan didn’t have to pull his car around and try to jump my car off and even bring us some body armors ! Selections were easy, and I had a great time browsing.The lost star comes from product quality, of mainly the pre-rolls. All of the flavor of the flower is lost when you using rolling paper thicker and bleached whiter than my prom date. The smoke of a great strain quickly turns harsh, and feels unnatural to inhale. I bought a pack of them, and ended up cutting them open and rolling them again myself.Hopefully this is something they remedy, as a paper similar to RAW Cones would save this issue.

I have found them to carry a nice selection of quality flower, concentrates, and accessories. But the true test of how customers are valued is in Customer Service. I had a problem with a vape cartridge and returned it to the Store. I explained my situation to Amber.At this point Amber hit it out of the park. She listened to what I was experiencing, took ownership of the situation and compassionately and made things right. But it didn’t stop there. I explained what I was trying to treat and he walked me through what he thought would benefit me the most. I am so pleased to have worked with him. Everything he suggested to me has worked wonders. I suffer with degenerative disk disease, a tear in a disk and a bulge and I have been able to move around so much more and be in less pain. This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Sunburn is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunburn dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunburn in Pensacola does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sunburn
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sunburn in Pensacola online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Overall I enjoyed the experience of the dispensary and the experience with the employees within. Selections were easy, and I had a great time browsing.The lost star comes from product quality, of mainly the pre-rolls. All of the flavor of the flower is lost when you using rolling paper thicker and bleached whiter than my prom date. The smoke of a great strain quickly turns harsh, and feels unnatural to inhale. I bought a pack of them, and ended up cutting them open and rolling them again myself.Hopefully this is something they remedy, as a paper similar to RAW Cones would save this issue.

Great customer service has made MedMen my go to for my Cannabis needs.MedMen is always clean and friendly. I have found them to carry a nice selection of quality flower, concentrates, and accessories. But the true test of how customers are valued is in Customer Service. I had a problem with a vape cartridge and returned it to the Store. I explained my situation to Amber.At this point Amber hit it out of the park. She listened to what I was experiencing, took ownership of the situation and compassionately and made things right. But it didn’t stop there. Jordan R assisted me with the rest of shopping needs in the most informative and professional manner.Furthermore Amber and Jordan both took my questions seriously and cheerfully took the time to educate me.To wrap up, this was a situation that could have been a meh... visit or even a lost customer but they spun it into an opportunity and made MedMen my go to dispensary. My first time at madmen was beyond the greatest experience. Lance was such a wonderful, caring, understanding associate. I explained what I was trying to treat and he walked me through what he thought would benefit me the most. I am so pleased to have worked with him. Everything he suggested to me has worked wonders. I suffer with degenerative disk disease, a tear in a disk and a bulge and I have been able to move around so much more and be in less pain. Some things to just cant fix like the cracking and grinding of back but I feel like I have gotten my life back again. Thank you so much lance!The store is very fresh, clean, and makes you go wow. The #1 dispensary I have been to by far. The people who work in here treat you as more than just a customer, they treat you as a friend. Super friendly, always bright-happy people in here. However, when you walk in you are immediately greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lance was absolutely a pleasure to work with.
