My first experience at Sunburn of Tallahassee on 3/11/24 was not exactly the best. I oirchased 4 strains from there and while the quality of the product was good, I would not return to this location due to the temperament of the staff here. People employed here seem to not take this line of work as seriously and I feel that the customer then suffers as a result of this chain effect. It could have been a bad day for these folks I'm not sure but the experience I underwent here is enough for me to not return. I live the Cadillac Rainbows. Dare I say it's the best medicine I've encountered in the program to date, but unfortunately for me I'll be now traveling to the next nearest Sunburn location ( which is NOT near to me) but I'd rather drive in excess of an hour for my needs if that means that I can avoid dealing with rude, condescending, and immature "adults".

Max specifically and Allen are awesome!Max educated me more so than any other consultant has at a dispensary before, I am blessed to have met Max and he was an awesome friendly guy.Not only did he recommend my ABSOLUTE favorite strain of rosin he found out exactly what I was looking for and gave me product that blows everything out of the water completely. The only thing in my opinion that even came close was 710 labs stuff but It was not that close and I just want to say that Max completely went above and beyond and took it upon himself to establish an amazing relationship to the other people inside of the store and allowed me to become informed on product pricing and effects on the products. So I met Max at the Brew Fest at St Marks yesterday. The district manager was present as well and fully part of the conversation. I got registered with the store and he began placing an order for me to be delivered. His tablet was nearly out of juice and he could not complete the order but assured me he would do so when he returned to the store. So I called today to make sure all is copasetic. Apparently you cannot get to a specific store, only a call center and they say they cannot connect you to a store. I explained the reason for my call and the a**hat I spoke with interrupted me and told me no such order could possibly have been placed as that is just not how they operate. I am hopeful that I will hear from Max via this site or email and that the a**hat is not correct.UPDATE: Was in Tally today and stopped by the store. Trevor, the district mgr I mentioned, recognized us and came right out. Turns out Max was right and did everything exactly right. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. My first experience at Sunburn of Tallahassee on 3/11/24 was not exactly the best. I oirchased 4 strains from there and while the quality of the product was good, I would not return to this location due to the temperament of the staff here. People employed here seem to not take this line of work as seriously and I feel that the customer then suffers as a result of this chain effect. It could have been a bad day for these folks I'm not sure but the experience I underwent here is enough for me to not return. I live the Cadillac Rainbows. Dare I say it's the best medicine I've encountered in the program to date, but unfortunately for me I'll be now traveling to the next nearest Sunburn location ( which is NOT near to me) but I'd rather drive in excess of an hour for my needs if that means that I can avoid dealing with rude, condescending, and immature "adults".

Max specifically and Allen are awesome!Max educated me more so than any other consultant has at a dispensary before, I am blessed to have met Max and he was an awesome friendly guy.Not only did he recommend my ABSOLUTE favorite strain of rosin he found out exactly what I was looking for and gave me product that blows everything out of the water completely. The only thing in my opinion that even came close was 710 labs stuff but It was not that close and I just want to say that Max completely went above and beyond and took it upon himself to establish an amazing relationship to the other people inside of the store and allowed me to become informed on product pricing and effects on the products. So I met Max at the Brew Fest at St Marks yesterday. The district manager was present as well and fully part of the conversation. I got registered with the store and he began placing an order for me to be delivered. His tablet was nearly out of juice and he could not complete the order but assured me he would do so when he returned to the store. So I called today to make sure all is copasetic. Apparently you cannot get to a specific store, only a call center and they say they cannot connect you to a store. I explained the reason for my call and the a**hat I spoke with interrupted me and told me no such order could possibly have been placed as that is just not how they operate. I am hopeful that I will hear from Max via this site or email and that the a**hat is not correct.UPDATE: Was in Tally today and stopped by the store. Trevor, the district mgr I mentioned, recognized us and came right out. Turns out Max was right and did everything exactly right. It showed the THC/CBD percentages, and they were able to explain the effects and uses of each strain. They also have a wonderful variety of cartridges, and very competitive pricing.Trevor, the general manager, even offered a bunch of suggestions based off of the preferences I gave!
