I cannot recommend Sunburn Cannabis in West Palm Beach enough for their exemplary delivery service! My recent experience with a delivery scheduled for Thursday, June 20th was nothing short of outstanding. The order, a basic 6 cart package, was handled with the utmost professionalism from start to finish.Marco, the Sales Associate, provided impeccable communication throughout the entire process. His text messages were accurate, up-to-date, clear, and concise, ensuring I was always informed about the status of my order. No parking, no bathroom, and a horrible experience. The people are nice, but the experience was not. I gave them 3 stars for the employees. There is nothing even on the building that says sunburn. I'm pretty sure it didn't say no weapons either so you could take a firearm in there. So that is a plus. I still left mine in the car because most if not all others you can not.

As soon as you walk in the doors at sunburn, it feels welcoming and hospitable. Staff members Matt and Jack were awesome. Both helped me understand each type of product that I asked about. I enjoyed my experience here so much that I am looking forward to going back. If you haven’t been to a sunburn location, you should go experience it yourself.

There are 2 locations in my area Ft. Lauderdale or palm beach and they’re both 40 minutes away so I don’t go often . Monday they have $20 off littles so I took the ride for $35 a quarter . 3 people were ahead of me so I placed my order online while I waited. 3 minutes later I was called .Fabian was friendly and informative answering questions and being personable. I bought runtz and LA kush cake each quarter was $35. Buds were sticky and had nice taste well worth price the best deal if you like vape carts $25 a gram !!!

Consistently my go to dispo for the last 3 months. They kill it with the deals and the atmosphere in the shop is cool, and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be helped. All the products I’ve tried have been great, and I’ve tried most of the menu (personal favorites- the flower, live rosin pens, hash coins, and the distillate chews.) I’ve been to all dispos worth visiting during my 6 months in this program, but as far as price/quality goes you can’t beat this place. I haven’t even mentioned the staff, every employee here has been kind and knowledgeable, and they actually care or at least pretend to very well lol. Always leave here with a smile on my face.Side note for Big Sunburn, please allow us to tip again. We’re often left with just a few bucks and change after our order, but that can add up to something at the end of a day. I’ve never felt pressured to when you allowed it in the past and hope you’ll allow it again. (JB has discreet black tip boxes slightly out of sight, just a suggestion)

All people who want to talk terps or flavor profile or just want to deal with someone who isn’t going to BS you to make you spend money. On my several occasions being there Will has always gone above and beyond to make sure I understand what I’m buying and how to help me with certain ailments. When I asked have one of the sale associates have they tried a certain product they say yes or no rather then just saying yes to make a sell and explain well about the products. They take their time with you no rushing. I just wish they would bring some different and new flower. I would love to try and stronger indica flower. Don’t recommend delivery option. I’ve had 3 cancelled orders. Twice because they sold out of my products that I selected (you should put them aside when people order online). And this time because they said they need verbal confirmation because they keep going to houses and no one is home. Well, what the hell is the point of ordering online if I have to talk to someone at the store? I selected the delivery window this morning, I think I know if I will be home at that time and if not maybe you guys should charge people beforehand but don’t just cancel orders because you need double confirmation. I just wasted 30 mins driving home when I was literally down the street from MedMen to be home for my delivery window only to find out it was cancelled because they need double confirmation. Pure insanity and poor management.

I am a regular flower user for over a decade - - a millennial on the middle of the age bracket. Within the approximation of my vicinity, I decided to experiment with the different dispensaries (about 5) for taste, actual therapy and consistency in product variation, pricing, and inventory. This place has the assortment, customer service quality, and an ambiance to balance everything accordingly. Normally, I am greeted by personalized service provider associate, Oscar. He is meticulous in carefully making your visit experience a purposeful one. Normally, when there is a service discrepancy in a business, a value in either goodwill or assets is lost. This is one of the main reasons I still visit this flower dispensary---service quality consistency. Oscar always makes my visits worthwhile. Nonetheless, I am very glad and happy to greet everyone when I visit the store right on the north-end of Clematis. Parking is always accessible—even if it means paying 0.75 for an 1.15 hr. I’ve been to so many dispensaries, all of which are relatively modern and unique in their design, but MedMen takes the cake. The Red color really stands out and leaves an impression. The inside is super clean, and each table has an interactive display with options to see the terpenes and more information about the product(s). Great first time experience! The atmosphere is great.. The store is set up very much like the Apple store- large open space with kiosks. Very clean and well designed. Service was great! Amelia was very informative and completely sold me on the MedMen brand. I purchase a few different sativa strains and have nothing but good things to say about the quality- good taste and potency. And if their game wasn’t stepped up enough, they also use ceramic containers instead of plastic ones. I will definitely be returning and “highly” recommend it- no pun intended!

I’ve been to stores all across Las Vegas and Florida. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted with a pleasant hello and how can we help you. From start to finish I am well taken care of and each visit is even more pleasant then the last. Each staff member seems very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to help the next customer. The only place Medmen is going is up. I can’t say enough about their amazing products and customer service. Here is a picture of “The Eleven” strain from one of their Florida locations. Finally they are the only company to use Humidity packs to keep all their flower fresh and tasting great for their customers. This is my one stop shop for everything cannabis.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. There are 2 locations in my area Ft. Lauderdale or palm beach and they’re both 40 minutes away so I don’t go often . Consistently my go to dispo for the last 3 months. They kill it with the deals and the atmosphere in the shop is cool, and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be helped. All the products I’ve tried have been great, and I’ve tried most of the menu (personal favorites- the flower, live rosin pens, hash coins, and the distillate chews.) I’ve been to all dispos worth visiting during my 6 months in this program, but as far as price/quality goes you can’t beat this place. I haven’t even mentioned the staff, every employee here has been kind and knowledgeable, and they actually care or at least pretend to very well lol. Always leave here with a smile on my face.Side note for Big Sunburn, please allow us to tip again. We’re often left with just a few bucks and change after our order, but that can add up to something at the end of a day. Don’t recommend delivery option. I’ve had 3 cancelled orders. Twice because they sold out of my products that I selected (you should put them aside when people order online). And this time because they said they need verbal confirmation because they keep going to houses and no one is home. Well, what the hell is the point of ordering online if I have to talk to someone at the store? I selected the delivery window this morning, I think I know if I will be home at that time and if not maybe you guys should charge people beforehand but don’t just cancel orders because you need double confirmation. I just wasted 30 mins driving home when I was literally down the street from MedMen to be home for my delivery window only to find out it was cancelled because they need double confirmation. He is meticulous in carefully making your visit experience a purposeful one. Normally, when there is a service discrepancy in a business, a value in either goodwill or assets is lost. This is one of the main reasons I still visit this flower dispensary---service quality consistency. Oscar always makes my visits worthwhile. Nonetheless, I am very glad and happy to greet everyone when I visit the store right on the north-end of Clematis. Parking is always accessible—even if it means paying 0.75 for an 1.15 hr. Hello I’ve been a patient of Medical marijuana for over a year now ! I no longer take prescription opiates which is totally amazing! I have been coming to the West Palm Beach location a little over a year now and the first person I met was Mike and he has made me feel literally like family over this year always helpful teaching and explaining my prescriptions to me!. Ameilia the manager is always on point with business and pleasure Super friendly and professional. Also Joseph F. I must Hey is quite the salesman he is always up on the best deals which I love 🙂Paloma is on of the most sharp and kind saleswomen I’ve ever met . Veronica always makes me smile while selling me my medicine. I know I’m We’re getting some of the crew which I feel bad because I feel like they are literally my family when I go in to madman in West Palm Beach to purchase my medicine I am so grateful to them! I’ve been to stores all across Las Vegas and Florida. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted with a pleasant hello and how can we help you. From start to finish I am well taken care of and each visit is even more pleasant then the last. Each staff member seems very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to help the next customer. The only place Medmen is going is up. I can’t say enough about their amazing products and customer service. Here is a picture of “The Eleven” strain from one of their Florida locations. Finally they are the only company to use Humidity packs to keep all their flower fresh and tasting great for their customers. This is my one stop shop for everything cannabis.

I've been here twice. Both experiences were great. Lower prices vs local alternatives. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Marisa who was incredibly helpful. Super friendly and knowledgable. Shout outs when due. I prefer their entire experience compared to waiting in a very nice Dr's office (other locations). Seriously, I'm trying to get in and out.

Great, Beautiful New Store. I felt safe as they have security guard at the entrance. Joe gave me a nice tour and gave me an overview of the products and the process which i have no idea of. Thank you so much Joe for being informative and pleasant to talk to. Go and come see him. He will help you find a product that would be suited for your needs. The place is neat and clean

Heard MedMen opened so I figured I'd stop in to check it out. The store is absolutely beautiful and my favorite color is red so I loved the packaging and the building also. I was greeted when I first entered by Nicholas. Then had the pleasure working with Amelia and Melissa. They were very knowledgeable about the product and helped me find what was best for me. I had a great first experience at MedMen and I will definitely be back.
