Customer service is a MISS.Multiple times I’ve left this location feeling judged and patronized, specifically by the tall blonde girl with glasses.She’s made passive aggressive comments during past visits, but after hearing her question and comment negatively about my order to another employee in the back room, I’m over the mean girl behavior.I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional a staff member is commenting on a patients order, especially in a medical setting.The promos are pretty good but the implications you’re up to illegal activities for capitalizing on their deals isn’t worth the savings to me.

If you plan on giving this place a shot, don’t. You can’t even use your first time discount on certain stuff. Why have it if you can’t use it? Also as I was being checked out I asked the clerk the number of stuff I was getting to clarify I was getting what I’m paying for and he looked at me with a side eye and I repeated myself again and he agrees with me on the number of stuff I’m getting, only to realize when I’m handed the bag not all my items are in the bag. I came over here on a Sunday because my preferred dispensary is closed. I saw online that they had a $20 eighth, and even though I don't particularly like this product, it's better than nothing.Most places have an express lane or prioritize online orders. Otherwise what's the point? Well Sunnyside does not. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in and the person in front of me was still deciding what they wanted. The last time this happened I waited 30 minutes. Being on a time restraint I didn't have 30 minutes to wait so I opted to leave without my order. This was my third less than satisfactory experience and until they do away with their archaic check-in system I won't be back.

I didn’t know you could even sell unsealed flower. Disgusting flowers - threw it all out. Good thing I’m not allergic to mold - I would have been in some serious distress. This product is supposed to be medicinal. Do better.

First I wanna say the store is a good location, looks great inside, reminds me a lot of legal states which I like. Customer service was by far the best I've experienced in the Florida industry. Sarah, Joe, and Robby were extremely helpful-and shout out to Sarah for her awesome customer service.It's a bummer because the product is below average. I have only tried their concentrates, and I got 4 different kinds sugar, butter, sand, distillate. The 3 I've tried smoking all taste like chemicals (reminds me of pool water, chlorine or something). I am wary to try the distillate because it already leaves a weird taste naturally so I really don't want to have the taste of chemicals stuck in the roof of my mouth all day. The concentrate percentage is definitely on the low side, and it's advertised higher on the site (I know it depends on the batch and conditions so that's not the main issue). I will be going back at some point whenever I get around to it, to try flower and edibles simply because I enjoyed the shopping experience, but concentrates are my main source of medicine so it was kinda a bummer.

I am disgusted by how they let this place go down. The bathrooms literally exploded and the store smelled gross ! Now they have porta potties outside for the entire staff and patients. Not to mention they do not have a general manager. Get it together !!!!!! Don’t buy the shake, it’s terrible and they won’t return it. The call center claimed “this is just how it is now”. If my review gets taken down I’ll be sure to post on Reddit.

I decided to visit this location today since I’ve heard plenty of great things. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The store itself was clean. The only issue I’d noticed was there are no functioning restrooms. Yes, there’s a porta potty… but my grandmother is in a wheelchair and if you’re going to have a porta potty as your standard restroom… i highly suggest as a company who wants to please it’s customers, invest the slight amount of money it takes into working restrooms or at least something that is accessible to the people that need it. Like I said, the staff was top tier and the store looked nice, but the ignorance of a non-accessible restroom is beyond disrespectful as an operational store in my eyes. I’m sorry the staff has to put up with that…

However, return policy is horrible, once you buy the product you are stuck with it whether or not the strain is for you. If you are just getting your medical card and are not sure what strains are good for you this is probably not the best place to go. Another thing is they lied about being able to look at the product and the store after purchasing. You should be allowed to open the product smell it look at it and if wanting to return the product after opening it. When I was taken to the back I was welcomed by the entire staff and a beautiful open-store layout. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a magical feeling and you truly feel like you’ve entered another world. the manager Leo is like an encycloweedia and really does have such amazing energy; definitely someone who enjoys what they do and enjoys spreading joy. if you ever have the pleasure of being helped by Max, you’ve scored the best experience. i used to drive 25-30 minutes all the way to st.pete all because Max made one of my first experiences amazing and it kept me coming coming back. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in Clearwater does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Sunnyside in Clearwater online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. First I wanna say the store is a good location, looks great inside, reminds me a lot of legal states which I like. Customer service was by far the best I've experienced in the Florida industry. Sarah, Joe, and Robby were extremely helpful-and shout out to Sarah for her awesome customer service.It's a bummer because the product is below average. I have only tried their concentrates, and I got 4 different kinds sugar, butter, sand, distillate. The 3 I've tried smoking all taste like chemicals (reminds me of pool water, chlorine or something). I am wary to try the distillate because it already leaves a weird taste naturally so I really don't want to have the taste of chemicals stuck in the roof of my mouth all day. The concentrate percentage is definitely on the low side, and it's advertised higher on the site (I know it depends on the batch and conditions so that's not the main issue). I will be going back at some point whenever I get around to it, to try flower and edibles simply because I enjoyed the shopping experience, but concentrates are my main source of medicine so it was kinda a bummer.

I am disgusted by how they let this place go down. The bathrooms literally exploded and the store smelled gross ! Now they have porta potties outside for the entire staff and patients. Not to mention they do not have a general manager. Get it together !!!!!! Don’t buy the shake, it’s terrible and they won’t return it. The call center claimed “this is just how it is now”. If my review gets taken down I’ll be sure to post on Reddit.

I decided to visit this location today since I’ve heard plenty of great things. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The store itself was clean. The only issue I’d noticed was there are no functioning restrooms. Yes, there’s a porta potty… but my grandmother is in a wheelchair and if you’re going to have a porta potty as your standard restroom… i highly suggest as a company who wants to please it’s customers, invest the slight amount of money it takes into working restrooms or at least something that is accessible to the people that need it. Like I said, the staff was top tier and the store looked nice, but the ignorance of a non-accessible restroom is beyond disrespectful as an operational store in my eyes. I’m sorry the staff has to put up with that…

Now with Sunnyside Clearwater closer to home, they have become my official go to dispensary.From the original Chem D flower to their concentrates, their products are by far the best in the FL program, IMHO. Good selection of strains and varieties, the team is very helpful and can answer most questions. However, return policy is horrible, once you buy the product you are stuck with it whether or not the strain is for you. If you are just getting your medical card and are not sure what strains are good for you this is probably not the best place to go. Another thing is they lied about being able to look at the product and the store after purchasing. You should be allowed to open the product smell it look at it and if wanting to return the product after opening it. He didn’t make me feel rushed like I do at other dispensaries so needless to say his Customer Service was impeccable. It was as if I was just having a normal conversation with the man. Max, Leo, and Adolfo were amazing today. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed at the front by Adolfo, and my new patient profile was built very quickly. When I was taken to the back I was welcomed by the entire staff and a beautiful open-store layout. Leo walked me through a ton of their products and knew exactly what to recommend for what I was looking for. Max helped me at the counter and I received the kindest, most sincere customer service. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a magical feeling and you truly feel like you’ve entered another world. the manager Leo is like an encycloweedia and really does have such amazing energy; definitely someone who enjoys what they do and enjoys spreading joy. if you ever have the pleasure of being helped by Max, you’ve scored the best experience. i used to drive 25-30 minutes all the way to st.pete all because Max made one of my first experiences amazing and it kept me coming coming back. Definitely glad to see him working at this location now
