I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location and when I tell you I was beyond fortunate to meet the manager Wednesday, she's just absolutely amazing!! She turned a previous negative experience into a wonderful one and you do not see that much. She was adamant to turn my opinion of that location into a positive one and it worked. I want to commend her for stepping up and taking care of the situation with the employee the way she did. It's good to know that after you leave a review someone really cares enough to take care of it. Her professionalism and customer service is beyond measures. She took the time to educate us and answer all of our questions which definitely helped make the experience even better. I can't wait to go back to this location and I would definitely recommend it to anybody because her and her staff are top notch!!!

This Sunnyside location is amazing!The staff (Melissa, Conrad Jorge, and Greg) were super helpful and friendly. I asked for a Sunnyside sticker and they took the time to go in the back and check- and I walked out of there with several stickers! Not only did they give me a first-time patient discount, but they were also able to honor the points I earned from a Sunnyside dispensary in a different state. Great experience here!!!

Only downside is if you choose to preorder, you still have to wait in line behind people who are checking in and picking out their order. It doesn't seem too HIPAA compliant to me, to be reviewing personal ailments and prescription/product choices right in front of everyone else. Change that check in process to expedite preorders around non preorders along with having ordering be a little more private/ and you will have 5 stars from me

I had a horrible experience due to one employees attitude. Now, in a small defense we got there at 5:55 p.m. with that said, the security guard and the guy at the front who checked us in decided to let us in and place our orders because we knew what we wanted. They made that decision! Again, the door was closed at 5:55 and they decided to open it for us. Once we went to check out, the young lady who assisted us was the absolute worst. She took the bag from the back, she threw it on the counter and her words verbatim were "we need to close 10 minutes early if people are going to be coming in late, I'm so sick of this place." She did not greet me, she didn't even look up at me! She just took my money, packed my stuff and sent me on my way in the rudest way possible. That experience alone will probably lead me to not go back to that location ever again. I worked in retail, so I understand customers coming at the last minute but that's why we're open until that time. It means you can come until that time! If you have such a problem closing then take it up with your supervisor or don't do that shift but to take it out on a customer in the manner that she did was beyond unnecessary. This was 6/9/2024 at 5:55pm.

Amazing dispensary! Kind, knowledgeable, professional staff, always willing to help and walk you through the process and the many options available. Great stock of anything you may need. I love the deals and sales, which are plentiful, and the quality of the product is impeccable. If you plan ahead, order online, and pick up your order, you can save both time and money. You just go through the menu online, pick out what you want, and go to the dispensary. They check your card at the door and give you a receipt which you take to the counter. They assemble your order in three back, before you arrive, and they go over it with you. You can pay cash or debit, and poof, you're done and on your way back home. A seamless experience every time. I love Sunnyside!

I drove to this location because north Miami wasn’t delivering today and they had a better selection than the Oakland Park store. Needless to say, when I told them that I had misplaced my discount card they said I could not receive the discount even though North Miami had just told me they saw the two previous discounts and I had two more. It was a gentleman helping me but it was the girl on the register next to him that made it me feel really uncomfortable and said that I don’t get a discount every time I walk in. She was rude and not helpful in anyway. I had also called the store four times to get information and no one answered. I called North Miami to confirm that there was an actual store on Cordova. When I left I was upset because I only got half the product I was hoping for. I again called North Miami and again spoke with a gentleman named AJ who looked up my account and found my discounts and apologized for my bad experience. The girl was so rude that I couldn’t look up because I was getting tears from the frustration and lack of compassion that EVERY dispensary has always given me. I’ve been using Sunnyside for 3 years and always had good experiences even when we went in Ohio. I will NEVER go back to this location. AJ was able to notate my account and said that the next time I go to a store they will be able to give me a replacement card with two stamps already in it with the discounts that I used previously. Kudos to AJ for his great work! The North Miami office has also delivered to me and always given me a beyond wonderful experience and has the most kind delivery people. In closing, DON’T CHOOSE THE CORDOVA STORE.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sunnyside medical marijuana dispensary this Friday, and I was very impressed with the customer service. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable budtender and she took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect products for my needs. She was very informative, and I never felt rushed and was very comfortable. Definitely a keeper. I also appreciated that she was able to make recommendations based on my individual needs and preferences. The budtender who helped me at the register was so nice and so fast. I was a bit stunned how fast he was. Everything was right! I think I was in the store and out of there in a matter of 10 minutes.Overall, I had a very positive experience at Sunnyside. The customer service was off the chain excellent, and I would most definitely recommend this dispensary to others.

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in Broward and none of them compare to Sunnyside Fort Lauderdale. The service at Sunnyside is impeccable. Johnny, Lauren, and Greg are very helpful wellness advisors and know their regulars, which is an added touch to their customer service. When I come in during the early afternoon, there is very little to no wait, unlike other dispensaries. They also have the highest quality flowers, vapes, concentrates, edibles, and more. They even have their own points system and today I was able to save $200 on my order! I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed at Sunnyside.

What a rip off ! They use funny math with their “discounts” the sales guy gave out vague and misleading info . No prices or menu displayed - you have to ask / guess how much the products will cost .I called cust service to inquire why it was calculated the way it was when I was lead to believe something else. I was told they saved me more that way - but after reviewing the fine print and receipt I was overcharged $30 ! Maybe not a big deal to others but to me it is the difference between nausea and pain or not .Guess it’s a great place if you don’t care how much you have to pay for your medication. What a shame !

After 2 years of being a patient and resident of Florida I feel strongly I have finally found a regular store. Management is an equally extraordinary team that supports its staff with perfect, non awkward, timing which can be difficult to do in any customer setting. Awesome location! Nice and easy to get to with plenty of parking. The store has a great layout, nice and open with relaxing colors and lights. Check in was prompt and I was able to choose from an assortment of high grade cannabis products including deliciously citrus and gas live rosins, live rosin carts, and a gram if the goat. The staff is Uber friendly as well as knowledgeable Michelle, Eric and Austin helped make the experience smooth. I will definitely be back! Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location and when I tell you I was beyond fortunate to meet the manager Wednesday, she's just absolutely amazing!! She turned a previous negative experience into a wonderful one and you do not see that much. She was adamant to turn my opinion of that location into a positive one and it worked. I want to commend her for stepping up and taking care of the situation with the employee the way she did. It's good to know that after you leave a review someone really cares enough to take care of it. Her professionalism and customer service is beyond measures. She took the time to educate us and answer all of our questions which definitely helped make the experience even better. It doesn't seem too HIPAA compliant to me, to be reviewing personal ailments and prescription/product choices right in front of everyone else. I had a horrible experience due to one employees attitude. Now, in a small defense we got there at 5:55 p.m. with that said, the security guard and the guy at the front who checked us in decided to let us in and place our orders because we knew what we wanted. They made that decision! Again, the door was closed at 5:55 and they decided to open it for us. Once we went to check out, the young lady who assisted us was the absolute worst. She took the bag from the back, she threw it on the counter and her words verbatim were "we need to close 10 minutes early if people are going to be coming in late, I'm so sick of this place." She did not greet me, she didn't even look up at me! She just took my money, packed my stuff and sent me on my way in the rudest way possible. That experience alone will probably lead me to not go back to that location ever again. I worked in retail, so I understand customers coming at the last minute but that's why we're open until that time. It means you can come until that time! If you have such a problem closing then take it up with your supervisor or don't do that shift but to take it out on a customer in the manner that she did was beyond unnecessary. This was 6/9/2024 at 5:55pm.

I love the deals and sales, which are plentiful, and the quality of the product is impeccable. If you plan ahead, order online, and pick up your order, you can save both time and money. You just go through the menu online, pick out what you want, and go to the dispensary. They check your card at the door and give you a receipt which you take to the counter. They assemble your order in three back, before you arrive, and they go over it with you. You can pay cash or debit, and poof, you're done and on your way back home. A seamless experience every time. I drove to this location because north Miami wasn’t delivering today and they had a better selection than the Oakland Park store. Needless to say, when I told them that I had misplaced my discount card they said I could not receive the discount even though North Miami had just told me they saw the two previous discounts and I had two more. It was a gentleman helping me but it was the girl on the register next to him that made it me feel really uncomfortable and said that I don’t get a discount every time I walk in. She was rude and not helpful in anyway. I had also called the store four times to get information and no one answered. I called North Miami to confirm that there was an actual store on Cordova. When I left I was upset because I only got half the product I was hoping for. I again called North Miami and again spoke with a gentleman named AJ who looked up my account and found my discounts and apologized for my bad experience. The girl was so rude that I couldn’t look up because I was getting tears from the frustration and lack of compassion that EVERY dispensary has always given me. I’ve been using Sunnyside for 3 years and always had good experiences even when we went in Ohio. I will NEVER go back to this location. AJ was able to notate my account and said that the next time I go to a store they will be able to give me a replacement card with two stamps already in it with the discounts that I used previously. Kudos to AJ for his great work! The North Miami office has also delivered to me and always given me a beyond wonderful experience and has the most kind delivery people. In closing, DON’T CHOOSE THE CORDOVA STORE.

What a rip off ! They use funny math with their “discounts” the sales guy gave out vague and misleading info . No prices or menu displayed - you have to ask / guess how much the products will cost .I called cust service to inquire why it was calculated the way it was when I was lead to believe something else. I was told they saved me more that way - but after reviewing the fine print and receipt I was overcharged $30 ! Maybe not a big deal to others but to me it is the difference between nausea and pain or not .Guess it’s a great place if you don’t care how much you have to pay for your medication. What a shame !

Finally, my favorite dispensary for pain relief is within reasonable driving distance! Located in a safe and big plaza. Never too long of a wait. Good variety of product. Most of all, one of the best staffs in the industry!! Friendly, knowledgeable, smiling. As the great Donald McGannon once said, “Leadership is an action, not a position.” Nicole understands this philosophy. She is the quarterback of the team. She has helped out on numerous occasions and is always a ray of sunshine during a dark time. You will never be disappointed here.

I was helped upfront by Dylan, who was very informative of the promotions going on in the dispensary. Great attitude and was very welcoming. Everyone there is awesome, beyond words actually. A Spectacular ExperienceI have been a medical patient over the last 7 or so years with my previous residency being in Colorado. After 2 years of being a patient and resident of Florida I feel strongly I have finally found a regular store. The staff are consistent in their genuine, outgoing attention to customer satisfaction and they have a lovely vibe inside the place. Management is an equally extraordinary team that supports its staff with perfect, non awkward, timing which can be difficult to do in any customer setting. Hannah was an absolute delight to have as my bud tender that day, she was knowledgeable, radiant and engaging while Eric and Alex assisted with upbeat, informative, and positive interaction. Sunnyside Fort Lauderdale/One Plant has knocked the ball out of the park when it comes to overall product quality and staff selection. I look forward to visiting this location more in the future to assist with keeping me on the Sunnyside of life. 🎩

I finally got to try out this place thanks to this new location. Starting with the service, I couldn't have felt more welcomed in a dispensary since I lived in the mountains. It was a genuine pleasure to converse with both sales staff and managers in a relaxed atmosphere that nurtured a sense of knowledge and natural medicine. Amazing Customer Service Beautiful Location. The assistant manager Nicole made the whole process quick and easy. Super friendly and very helpful. As a business owner I know how hard it is to find good employees who provide good customer service and she is the best! She made sure to give me all the discounts possible with my order. Great first time experience. I like the atmosphere, nice open layout with natural lighting, not dark and dingy like some dispensaries I’ve been to (lol). Was in and out in less than 10 minutes (I went on Wednesday around 2 pm). I picked up some live rosin was incredible as usual. A little pricey but really you get what you pay for!! overall a great experience and Hannah was super nice !!!!

Awesome location! Nice and easy to get to with plenty of parking. The store has a great layout, nice and open with relaxing colors and lights. Check in was prompt and I was able to choose from an assortment of high grade cannabis products including deliciously citrus and gas live rosins, live rosin carts, and a gram if the goat. The staff is Uber friendly as well as knowledgeable Michelle, Eric and Austin helped make the experience smooth. I will definitely be back! If you are looking for a cream of the crop modality experience check this location out!
