This is my FAVORITE dispensary in Pensacola! The place is so bright and welcoming with the orange everywhere! The products are always up to par and the deals are usually pretty good! Friendly and helpful staff!Exiting the Parking lot during rush hour might be difficult for some otherwise easy in and east out.I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes, by then my transaction was complete and I was good to go. I purchased ground flower, quality was A+. The flower was VERY finely ground and that's great for some situations but I roll up and prefer no filter so I prefer more coarsely ground but that's not gonna change my review. Referred by a friend since I like to try the different local dispensaries and provide recommendations to other friends, etc. I ordered Thursday morning prior to opening/Wednesday night in hopes of a Friday delivery and waited for two hours to get a missed call from the dispensary on Thursday. Upon calling back I was informed there was not an available agent. I called back a few hours later and was advised there was still not an available agent so the agent on the line helped get me scheduled for a delivery, but did not provide a timeframe, advised a driver would call in the morning. Well being I was paid today I had to go withdraw funds. Since I expected the driver to call me with an eta I did not think this would be an issue. Instead I receive a email saying my driver is en route this morning. I call to find out the eta and am told the driver would be there in about 20 minutes and the line gets disconnected. I call back to ask why I had not been called to schedule a delivery timeframe, to which I was met with apologies and “I’ll look into this”. While on hold with joana I received a call from the driver advising he would be to me in 30 to 40 minutes. When I switched back over to the manager for an explanation on why no one called me the day before for scheduling or the day of the delivery regarding the delivery, I was advised the driver stopped for an oil change. In an industry dealing with people with for example like me, a chronic pain condition, this is terrible customer service. I finally was able to get a discount for a future purchases since todays order apparently doesn’t qualify but honestly I won’t be needing it because I won’t be coming back. I’ll go back to Trulieve delayed deliveries over no communication and poor customer service.EDIT: on top of everything I was not provided the first time consumer discount. 100% avoid this place like the plague. I’d recommend muv or curaleaf.

Everyone was friendly, warm, and informative - from the Receptionist (I’m sorry, I’m blanking on her name) to Emily who helped me find a strain to help combat painful shoulder / rotator cuff inflammation. They finally have a product online I've been waiting for but if pre-ordered it must be same day pick up. Some of us live outside the city limits or have medical conditions that don't allow instantaneous travel due to schedule conflicts or transportation arrangement . I wanted to promote their business but after this warm greeting I'll just find another dispensary that places the customer needs higher the priority list when it comes to policy. Its not a black and white world so leaving room for some gray would probably not be a bad thing to add to your business model.

Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in Pensacola does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I have never had someone so nice and knowledgeable help me at these medical weed dispensaries, so I never go back! But he treated me differently! He paid attention to the specific way I needed to feel when I smoke to help me in the best way possible, and then he worked with me through the different strands and helped pick the best one for me. My first experience with Sunnyside was AMAZING and refreshing. The team at the Pensacola Florida 9th Avenue dispensary was very nice and super helpful with everything. The staff went out of their way to help me find some things I could use to help with my specific symptoms I have and they got me going in the right direction- I’m writing this days later and the choices they recommended to me are working well to help me. They also had very helpful tips and wisdom I wouldn’t have ever thought about that will help this old boy long term! Friendly and helpful staff!Exiting the Parking lot during rush hour might be difficult for some otherwise easy in and east out.I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes, by then my transaction was complete and I was good to go. I purchased ground flower, quality was A+. The flower was VERY finely ground and that's great for some situations but I roll up and prefer no filter so I prefer more coarsely ground but that's not gonna change my review. Definitely check this place out!

Referred by a friend since I like to try the different local dispensaries and provide recommendations to other friends, etc. I ordered Thursday morning prior to opening/Wednesday night in hopes of a Friday delivery and waited for two hours to get a missed call from the dispensary on Thursday. Upon calling back I was informed there was not an available agent. I called back a few hours later and was advised there was still not an available agent so the agent on the line helped get me scheduled for a delivery, but did not provide a timeframe, advised a driver would call in the morning. Well being I was paid today I had to go withdraw funds. Since I expected the driver to call me with an eta I did not think this would be an issue. Instead I receive a email saying my driver is en route this morning. I call to find out the eta and am told the driver would be there in about 20 minutes and the line gets disconnected. I call back to ask why I had not been called to schedule a delivery timeframe, to which I was met with apologies and “I’ll look into this”. While on hold with joana I received a call from the driver advising he would be to me in 30 to 40 minutes. When I switched back over to the manager for an explanation on why no one called me the day before for scheduling or the day of the delivery regarding the delivery, I was advised the driver stopped for an oil change. In an industry dealing with people with for example like me, a chronic pain condition, this is terrible customer service. I finally was able to get a discount for a future purchases since todays order apparently doesn’t qualify but honestly I won’t be needing it because I won’t be coming back. I’ll go back to Trulieve delayed deliveries over no communication and poor customer service.EDIT: on top of everything I was not provided the first time consumer discount. 100% avoid this place like the plague. I’d recommend muv or curaleaf.

What a wonderful and welcoming experience. Really. Most dispensaries I’ve visited have a cold, get-in-get-out and dark vibe to them. Sunnyside lives up to its name. Everyone was friendly, warm, and informative - from the Receptionist (I’m sorry, I’m blanking on her name) to Emily who helped me find a strain to help combat painful shoulder / rotator cuff inflammation. I HIGHLY recommend them for your MM needs. They will have my business for a long while.

Well this dispensary is new to me but I've tried it twice in the last month. Today I received my first delivery brought to me by Zack, who was wonderful. He was very quick and thorough. And so far I'm enjoying the products that I purchased, quite nicely. I'd have to say the prices are pretty fair and comparable, especially for the product that I got. Love the different options they have, as well. Have a feeling I will be returning.

After multiple people telling me it was a great place to go, I decided to go there and I’m glad I did.Very fast and easy process to get you in to talk with someone about the medication you need. The knowledge the staff had about their products was impressive and made it easy for anyone to understand. The staff also made me feel very welcome and everyone was all smiles the whole time. I left in a better mood than how I was before I came in!The products I purchased were awesome and high-quality. All the effects I got from the medicine felt clean and the edibles themselves are so dang tasty! (I got flower, vapes, and edibles).Oh, and the facility itself is decorated beautifully, pleasing to the eye, and so clean. The smell wasn’t good at all, and I was praying it didn’t taste bad when I rolled it up and sure enough, it tasted just as bad as it smelled. Now I’m out $30 and an eighth on my recommendation 😕

They finally have a product online I've been waiting for but if pre-ordered it must be same day pick up. Some of us live outside the city limits or have medical conditions that don't allow instantaneous travel due to schedule conflicts or transportation arrangement . I wanted to promote their business but after this warm greeting I'll just find another dispensary that places the customer needs higher the priority list when it comes to policy. Its not a black and white world so leaving room for some gray would probably not be a bad thing to add to your business model.

The products are all amazing, flower and carts are priced perfectly. My only concern is the prices of the concentrate, it is definitely fire and worth a little more but 100 a gram is a bit much for medication. I still recommend trying all Sunnyside has to offer especially the flower 🤙
