I love asking educators/bud tenders what they are consuming because they'll give me an honest suggestion. She told me about these indica gummies and lemme tell you. She nailed it out of the park. This was my second visit. I ordered online the first visit and the process was efficient and painless. Today I just walked in and found out why this will be my "Go-to" dispensary. First time I went I was told I’d get 60% off but everything was already on sale for more than that except one thing so he suggested I not get that one thing so I could save my 60% off for more than a couple dollars. I did that and went to another store to get the one thing I was gunna get there. I came back to buy a bunch of things and use my 60% off I NEVER used and was told I can’t use it cause it’s not my first time here. After explaining the whole thing and also the people that are here are the same people from last time and remember the whole thing but still nope not gunna do it. That is crazy. I’ll def never be back. There is 2 way better shops less than a mile from them so they’ll be getting my service. Straight up lying to customers is a no go for me. The fact that they even remember and admit to the lie but don’t fix it is crazy to me.

I'm knocking two stars off because this is the second consecutive time I've had to correct them on either the correct amount of quantity or cost after a discount they forgot to apply on an online pickup. My favorite is when I was told one amount today for the total and it completely changed when I went back to collect my dispensed amount. That makes the whole thing not only inefficient but it now kinda breaks my trust.

Not cool man, just not cool. At other locations there will be fewer patient in store than at Surterra- Surterra will get me out faster. Even if they are busier.. I have failed to leave a good review for a long time. This is overdue and can be times by 10000.. I should/could have left a positive review at each of my visits. Somebody needs to get that staff some free lunches or a bonus for being soooooo awesome

I equate this place to the local Vidacann now. You are more likely to end up with dry bud/flower from this location then bud that has been kept at optimal humidity and handled at industry standards. Dry bud, depending on how dry has little to no medicinal value. I don’t want to spend .25 cents a gram on dry bud because I have no use for it. Thanks but no thanks.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Surterra
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Largo online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I equate this place to the local Vidacann now. You are more likely to end up with dry bud/flower from this location then bud that has been kept at optimal humidity and handled at industry standards. I really like their Distillate and PRO concentrates. Effects are what they say. I vape them with a DVT4/Rim C at 380 deg in a Ti cup. This med vapes very clean and complete. Very efficient along with the new applicators. Surterra did a real good job on these!

I just got my card today. Went to the competition because word around town is that was where I should go. It was uninformative and I felt like I was talking to a guy around the corner from a high school.On my way out driving around the corner I see Suterra and pull in. Right from the beginning customer service was A+ all the way till the end. He was informative, explained everything, and answered every question. Felt extremely professional to the point where I knew he had to be the manager… I was right. This means much to me to share my experience. It's hard for me to even leave my home with this insane incurable neurological disease, much less go into places, but I gave Surterra another chance yesterday, and Kevin changed all of my experiences to date for the better, there is hope! Kevin immediately greeted me at the door, it was service from beginning to end with Kevin. He was already answering my questions my concerns, while checking me in. Kevin then carried this amazing patience and compassion forward, this was clear, I was serious about believing there is a more natural path in finding a way back to health to life, Kevin took things as serious as I did. I'm not wanting or in this for a buzz, a high, I just need hope, I just need help. Medical marijuana is a process, but it's so hard financially & so much to learn, I've tried and tried, yesterday instead of just listening to me on how I've tried different things, Kevin was determined to begin a journey of changing the path I was on, to one of success, offering to work with me one on one even after yesterday, to write down a plan to go by to work together on in a smart way, to consider finances, to consider what I've already tried, to focus on where I found the positive experiences, and how we CAN find the right path.
