I travel from Salt Springs about 40 miles away & what keeps me coming back 1st the staff is very knowledgeable about the Industry & the product they sell & they have a regular print out of product on hand $ current price , Quality of product is very good , Pricing of Kief cannot be beat from Ocala , Palakta , Gainesville , Daytona Beach which is a good radius of Dispensaries. Not to mention they r pretty nice & will look after you discount wise and specials that help the Patient price wise ,on my 14th surgery. First the people here are very nice. The pricing and daily sales are average and comparable to Ayr however their first time discounts suck. They cap you at $250 on the original price so it limits you ALOT! Then if you want to buy more items outside of that, they force you to use your next discount of 40% instead of being able to save it. For example, I paid for my $250 purchase and only wanted one or two more items and they wouldn’t sell it to me for regular price so I could save my discount for another visit. Makes no sense and I won’t be back. Every other dispensary I have been to allows it.

I get the same two drivers everytime and I frigging LOVE them. They're always sweet, efficient and quick. They keep up constant communication the whole time too. I don’t usually write reviews, but this store really deserves to be highlighted. This is the only dispensary that I can go to right now with my anxiety issues they are always so incredibly kind and thoughtful with everything, even down to opening the door for you when you arrive. The manager of this location and I apologize, but her name is escaping me at this moment, is probably one of the best dispensary managers that I have experienced. I previously worked in the industry, and I am impressed with her every single time that I go into their store. Thank you Summerfield Surterra for being the best!!

If you're trying to get a promo, forget it. They give all the 420 goodies, etc, to their friends and family. I've spent a lot of money at this dispensary, but im done with them. I have 1000 of their chintzy points to use for a discount, but its not worth it since their prices are so much higher than any of the other dispensaries. I was there at opening for one of their free animal larry 420 prerolls. They said sorry we gave them all away already.I'm just the type of person who is loyal until I find out that they don't reciprocate,I suggest you don't waste your timeVida Cann is literally 50 yards away, and their products and prices are far better than Surterra.I have had great experiences with the budtenders at this place it's just poorly managed.For some reason, this showed up as the Clermont store in my initial review. Whose name escapes me at the moment, my apologies... Were so helpful and knowledgeable and helped my husband figure everything out by explaining everything we needed and wanted to know. So happy (I'm pretty sure it's this store) delivers me. I live in a rural area and some of the other dispensaries nearby don't deliver. Their debit card reader's worked in the past but the last time they came it didn't. The signal was 1 bar, which is understandable considering where I live, but I swear it's worked in the past. Your safest bet would be to get cash if you choose delivery. But I hope the debit card reader works in the future. I wonder if they could just connect to my wifi next time?Surterra is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite dispensary. I can only afford things here if there's a discount going on, because their 1g distillates are around $70 and their 1/4 of flowers are around $50. So a little pricey but not uncommon and not unaffordable if there's a deal going on. And if you spend I think either $125 or $150, the delivery is free, and I usually spend that the average dispensary visit so that's awesome. Thank you workers and especially delivery drivers.

Animal Larry was a recent purchase I tried and was really happy with the quality. Decided to go back and get two more today which is a few days later. Neither one weighed and both are very large untrimmed loose bs. Not very happy. Save your time. Provided a picture of a $50 eighth for you guys to see. Very loose maybe one or 2 pieces that aren’t. Not quality. Doesn’t even weigh. I guess this is what they do to you when you get a 50% off sale and actually give them business.

The quality of products, the products in the concentrates and ground section are amazing and definitely are worth the price. Thirdly, the customer service is superb! Sherry was my attendant while I was there and she explained all products, and she helped explain the ratios and the effects of most of the products and took the time to get to know what I was looking for. Most horrible experience with an employee named Gina. She was very rude and lacked knowledge about the does and don’ts .I am a caregiver for a patient with medical marijuana card. I went there to buy her medicine. I asked the employee Gina about a product and she moved her shoulders like she don’t know. After the transaction was finished, she told me she need to escort me to the door to check if the patient was in the car. Then she say she can’t see the patient . Duhhh the patient was in the back as it is wheelchair bound. I asked if the escort thing was a new protocol, but she don’t answer.I call corporate and they told me that what she did was wrong and that I have to come back and speak to a manager. So I came back and spoke with Samantha , the manager. She was awesome and apologized to me for Gina being wrong. She told me that the caregiver card gave power to the caregiver to conduct business for the patient,no need to escort.Some patients are home bound and can’t attend to dispensaries.I was offended as she treated me like I were a criminal.So after the incident I also called the medical marijuana card offices and they told me that what happened to me wasn’t right. So they are aware of what happened and documented everything. The manager Samantha was very sorry. But being sorry make no sense to me. She need to talk to the employee and trained her again if she don’t get fired.Employees lacking courtesy and trying to make their own laws are the reason Many business stop being productive and customers never come back.At the other hand, have you put a sign at your dispensary that one of your strains had mold? And there was a recall?

I’ve never had a bad experience at this dispensary until today, I called in an order for the ground flower and specifically asked to make sure it was not going to be shake from the bottom of a trim bag and was told it was small whole buds ground up! When I picked it up that was not the case, there were whole leaves and stems in the jar as well as seeds and some ground bud! I tried to exchange it and was denied that opportunity, I won’t be returning just take the few extra minutes and go to Trulieve much better products and cheaper.

Purchased Myakka Native ground flower . Was not what I expected. What I got was 7 gm of leaf shake and stems with very few tiny nuggets. Taste is very much leaf dominate. Very disappointed, doubt very seriously it hits the 17% THC they claim, maybe the bud is 17 but the leaf is not. I’m am a regular purchaser of ground flower from a competitor that is half the price, blends of 2 strains, all ground bud, and no leaf filler. Smell and taste is always consistent with bud. Expected the Surterra product to be the same. Would have given this product 0 stars if allowed. It’s a shame, I believe the bud might be decent from the few nugs I experienced but very expensive compared to comp THC levels of competition.

First the people here are very nice. The pricing and daily sales are average and comparable to Ayr however their first time discounts suck. They cap you at $250 on the original price so it limits you ALOT! Then if you want to buy more items outside of that, they force you to use your next discount of 40% instead of being able to save it. For example, I paid for my $250 purchase and only wanted one or two more items and they wouldn’t sell it to me for regular price so I could save my discount for another visit. Makes no sense and I won’t be back. Every other dispensary I have been to allows it.

If you're trying to get a promo, forget it. They give all the 420 goodies, etc, to their friends and family. I've spent a lot of money at this dispensary, but im done with them. I have 1000 of their chintzy points to use for a discount, but its not worth it since their prices are so much higher than any of the other dispensaries. So happy (I'm pretty sure it's this store) delivers me. I live in a rural area and some of the other dispensaries nearby don't deliver. Their debit card reader's worked in the past but the last time they came it didn't. The signal was 1 bar, which is understandable considering where I live, but I swear it's worked in the past. Your safest bet would be to get cash if you choose delivery. But I hope the debit card reader works in the future. I wonder if they could just connect to my wifi next time?Surterra is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite dispensary. I can only afford things here if there's a discount going on, because their 1g distillates are around $70 and their 1/4 of flowers are around $50. So a little pricey but not uncommon and not unaffordable if there's a deal going on. And if you spend I think either $125 or $150, the delivery is free, and I usually spend that the average dispensary visit so that's awesome. Thank you workers and especially delivery drivers.

Animal Larry was a recent purchase I tried and was really happy with the quality. Decided to go back and get two more today which is a few days later. Neither one weighed and both are very large untrimmed loose bs. Not very happy. Save your time. Provided a picture of a $50 eighth for you guys to see. Very loose maybe one or 2 pieces that aren’t. Not quality. Doesn’t even weigh. I guess this is what they do to you when you get a 50% off sale and actually give them business.

So first off I have been to other dispensaries and so when I walked into their I wasn't expecting like anything grand, but the customer service and quality of products are there, which brings me to my second point. The quality of products, the products in the concentrates and ground section are amazing and definitely are worth the price. Thirdly, the customer service is superb! Sherry was my attendant while I was there and she explained all products, and she helped explain the ratios and the effects of most of the products and took the time to get to know what I was looking for. She was beyond what a customer service person should be!P.s. you should bring back tipping because I wanted to tip the attendants there.

Most horrible experience with an employee named Gina. She was very rude and lacked knowledge about the does and don’ts .I am a caregiver for a patient with medical marijuana card. I went there to buy her medicine. I asked the employee Gina about a product and she moved her shoulders like she don’t know. After the transaction was finished, she told me she need to escort me to the door to check if the patient was in the car. Then she say she can’t see the patient . Duhhh the patient was in the back as it is wheelchair bound. I asked if the escort thing was a new protocol, but she don’t answer.I call corporate and they told me that what she did was wrong and that I have to come back and speak to a manager. So I came back and spoke with Samantha , the manager. She was awesome and apologized to me for Gina being wrong. She told me that the caregiver card gave power to the caregiver to conduct business for the patient,no need to escort.Some patients are home bound and can’t attend to dispensaries.I was offended as she treated me like I were a criminal.So after the incident I also called the medical marijuana card offices and they told me that what happened to me wasn’t right. So they are aware of what happened and documented everything. The manager Samantha was very sorry. But being sorry make no sense to me. She need to talk to the employee and trained her again if she don’t get fired.Employees lacking courtesy and trying to make their own laws are the reason Many business stop being productive and customers never come back.At the other hand, have you put a sign at your dispensary that one of your strains had mold? And there was a recall?

I’ve never had a bad experience at this dispensary until today, I called in an order for the ground flower and specifically asked to make sure it was not going to be shake from the bottom of a trim bag and was told it was small whole buds ground up! When I picked it up that was not the case, there were whole leaves and stems in the jar as well as seeds and some ground bud! I tried to exchange it and was denied that opportunity, I won’t be returning just take the few extra minutes and go to Trulieve much better products and cheaper.

Purchased Myakka Native ground flower . Was not what I expected. What I got was 7 gm of leaf shake and stems with very few tiny nuggets. Taste is very much leaf dominate. Very disappointed, doubt very seriously it hits the 17% THC they claim, maybe the bud is 17 but the leaf is not. I’m am a regular purchaser of ground flower from a competitor that is half the price, blends of 2 strains, all ground bud, and no leaf filler. Smell and taste is always consistent with bud. Expected the Surterra product to be the same. Would have given this product 0 stars if allowed. It’s a shame, I believe the bud might be decent from the few nugs I experienced but very expensive compared to comp THC levels of competition.
