These brands like backpack boys wizard trees and 710 only come to the flowery for their quality over quantity flower to be sold, now obviously every batch is gonna be different than the last, if you work in cultivation you’ll know some batches are better than others but most of the time it’s consistently good product here that if you compared to other brands and their top shelf it some times tops it, small batch cultivar over production any day.

As a combat veteran and long-time patient of over two years, I’m extremely disappointed. Being denied a veteran discount—simply because I wouldn’t hand over additional private information—is unacceptable. Nothing about my status has changed. It’s still on my license, and I’ve verified it before you don’t need anything else.What’s worse was the dismissive attitude when I came to pick up my order. I walked out. I’ll take my business to a dispensary that truly supports veterans and values patients over profit margins and trendy strain names. Do better!

Ordered a 1gram pre roll today that cost 18 bucks. The pre roll looked small so I took it apart and tossed it on the scale and it read .84. That’s is just not acceptable in a medical facility. Very disappointing I definitely won’t be returning and I recommend everyone weigh your product from here cause they are definitely not given you what you paid for. It’s also using more of your monthly flower limit than it should have. This is supposed to be medical and everything should be very precise.

Ordering online, you order ahead, and get to wait in line with everybody else. 10-20 min is crazy when it should be in and out. Plenty of staff, just poor set up by management. Product is decent. Wish companies would can their stuff and stop charging me for glass jars that I dont need everytime I grab an overpriced eighth thats not even as fresh as it should be.

It even has a sticker peel on the procure that say they should be stored in the fridge or freezer lol . ( they tried to tell me no they don’t belong in the fridge and I was wrong)… then why does 710s products clearly state to store them there and get to room temperature before opening/using.Everything came hot not in the freezer but could tell they took it from the cooler from the dispo because the containers themselves are a little chilled still…Multiple times I’ve order the persey badder and rosin I spend 350 plus every time I order I’ve ordered twice a month for awhile but not gonna anymore . This dispensary has a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. The displays that are set up are awesome to browse while you wait (a very short wait) for your order to be ready. The staff is always in a good mood and remembers you from the previous visit- not to mention the quality of product they provide. I still haven’t tried each individual strain, but that hasn’t stopped me from making a long list of favorites I already want again. Will definitely recommend this dispensary to everyone.

The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. They helped me find everything. The decor is really neat too. This hands down is some of the best product in Florida. Unfortunately I’ve had a rough few experiences with them the past few times I’ve ordered. I’m extremely busy and don’t have a set schedule so I usually place my order 5-7 days a head of time when I know I’ll have a day off to receive the order.It seems like I get a call every other order or so informing me a driver called in sick/ there’s an issue with the car so they can’t deliver my order.I understand things happen and that’s okay, but they honestly don’t do anything to resolve this or help you out which is where my complaint comes from. They don’t offer a credit, and when you ask for one they offer like $10 dollars which is barely enough to get a pre-roll. They don’t allow your order to be placed on the following day, and they can’t give you A specific time for when the delivery will be arriving.Honestly the product is good but there’s just as good for the same price with better customer experience elsewhere.

When I walked in, Liz was sweet and welcoming, I mentioned it was my first time, so Jacob came to assist me. He was knowledgeable and thorough. When it was time for checkout, he brought me to Kevin, who was diligent and quick as well. I went to sit to wait for my order, and Bobby, security, was speaking with me about the shop. It wasn't even 7 minutes when I was told everything was ready to go! What a great experience and a great team you all have! I will definitely be back

Wish I could have tried the flower here, but they pick and choose who they want to deliver to. My coworker gets deliveries to out job and they come at the time or close to the time he requests. I make a request for after 12:30p to the same place(usually the time he requests his orders) and they call me at 830 to tell me they're 13 minutes away. Placed the order 2 days in advanced and no one reached out to tell me they would be that early. I've been told by a few of my African American friends that this place will not deliver to them after noon. Not sure if there's truth to this or if it's just a coincidence, but I don't think I'll get another opportunity to find out. I was really excited to try to flower here but clearly they're selective about who they deliver to and when.

EDIT EDIT: The Flowery has now changed their "reply" from an instruction to contact them, which will result in them refusing to help you any longer, to an explicit acknowledgement that The Flowery believes that any contact with their customer service department is, in their opinion, harassment; even when they recommend it.I have no additional words.EDIT: After talking to The Flowery's Customer Service department, they have clarified that they did nothing wrong and my following Katie's advice has resulted in my termination as a patient for complaining about errors the Flowery made and its refusal to correct them or even communicate on a timely basis.Please avoid this merchant, they do not pay attention to what they are doing and when they make a mistake, they will say it MUST be your fault because they are flawless.Thank you, Katie, for clarifying that.Terrible delivery service. Items get left out of orders and you're expected to take what they have, and just wait until they get back to you next to actually fulfill your order. Their problems become your problems. The failure of their packagers to read notes to an order is your problem, not theirs. The fact that a member of CS team assured you over their chat that the item would be included is a falsehood that is only ever your problem.Their solution to all problems is to try to give you what you ordered next time they fell like stopping by.The support staff is both rude and lacking in knowledge, but very imaginative in crafting amusing lies to excuse themselves.Don't make my mistake and blindly trust them; they don't seem to be good at this.

New review.. not the same store anymore. The quality of the product has not changed. It's the staff, multiple times I've had issues with staff not understanding the amount of product to be dispensed. They want you to order online and you will feel rushed, like they are getting paid commissions. They are the only dispensary that has an armed guard uncomfortable staring at you. Purchasing Marijuana Products at The Flowery
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, The Flowery in Inverness online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. update: I just opened my items, and they are great! thank you!This was my first visit to The Flowery. When I walked in, Liz was sweet and welcoming, I mentioned it was my first time, so Jacob came to assist me. He was knowledgeable and thorough. When it was time for checkout, he brought me to Kevin, who was diligent and quick as well. I went to sit to wait for my order, and Bobby, security, was speaking with me about the shop. It wasn't even 7 minutes when I was told everything was ready to go! What a great experience and a great team you all have! I will definitely be back

Wish I could have tried the flower here, but they pick and choose who they want to deliver to. My coworker gets deliveries to out job and they come at the time or close to the time he requests. I make a request for after 12:30p to the same place(usually the time he requests his orders) and they call me at 830 to tell me they're 13 minutes away. Placed the order 2 days in advanced and no one reached out to tell me they would be that early. I've been told by a few of my African American friends that this place will not deliver to them after noon. Not sure if there's truth to this or if it's just a coincidence, but I don't think I'll get another opportunity to find out. I was really excited to try to flower here but clearly they're selective about who they deliver to and when.

EDIT EDIT: The Flowery has now changed their "reply" from an instruction to contact them, which will result in them refusing to help you any longer, to an explicit acknowledgement that The Flowery believes that any contact with their customer service department is, in their opinion, harassment; even when they recommend it.I have no additional words.EDIT: After talking to The Flowery's Customer Service department, they have clarified that they did nothing wrong and my following Katie's advice has resulted in my termination as a patient for complaining about errors the Flowery made and its refusal to correct them or even communicate on a timely basis.Please avoid this merchant, they do not pay attention to what they are doing and when they make a mistake, they will say it MUST be your fault because they are flawless.Thank you, Katie, for clarifying that.Terrible delivery service. Items get left out of orders and you're expected to take what they have, and just wait until they get back to you next to actually fulfill your order. Their problems become your problems. The failure of their packagers to read notes to an order is your problem, not theirs. The fact that a member of CS team assured you over their chat that the item would be included is a falsehood that is only ever your problem.Their solution to all problems is to try to give you what you ordered next time they fell like stopping by.The support staff is both rude and lacking in knowledge, but very imaginative in crafting amusing lies to excuse themselves.Don't make my mistake and blindly trust them; they don't seem to be good at this.

I have visited other places and your sitting waiting while on your break hoping because you ordered that day before and or maybe that morning it will be quick when you go in for pick up.Not at flowery you are like in and out. And they don't make you feel stupid when you ask a question . This is my number one place to go in citrus county .

New review.. not the same store anymore. The quality of the product has not changed. It's the staff, multiple times I've had issues with staff not understanding the amount of product to be dispensed. They want you to order online and you will feel rushed, like they are getting paid commissions. They are the only dispensary that has an armed guard uncomfortable staring at you. I would not go to the store, order online or go to Green Dragon in Crystal River for much better customer support.Original review.Welcome home.... feels like CA or Colorado here. What a nice store. Soon as you walk in you are instantly hit with such professionalism! All staff members I interacted with were top-notch!! The vibe & ambiance of store rocks also. In this day & age I also appreciated the armed security, Kudos on that! For my 1st visit, the gentleman that helped assist me was so polite, didnt make me feel out of place for being a 1st time customer. Received a sweet discount as well!!! Walked out feeling like a kid in a candy store in a well packaged cute bag! I'll def be back!!

I have chronic sciatic pain, I like the fact that I can walk in the door, be in and out quickly. The products I have purchased are top notch compared to the competition. Everyone I have dealt with at the Inverness location is friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable. The rewards program is awesome as well. I'm a big fan.
