On my recent visit, I handed the cashier $25 in cash for a purchase that totaled $12.50. Instead of giving me my $12.50 change, the receipt shows they only rang up $5 in cash and pulled the rest from my points leaving $20 of my cash completely unaccounted for. In other words, they kept my money and used my rewards points. When I came back into the store at 8:45 PM, while they still had customers inside, I was told they “couldn’t open the cash register back up.” Instead of fixing the issue, I was told to come back the next day and deal with another manager. The following day, I spoke with Scott a GM at this location who only told me he would “put in a ticket to corporate,” even though I clearly had the receipt showing the discrepancy. That’s not accountability. From my understanding, Katie is also a manager, and if a manager can mishandle a basic transaction like this, it raises serious concerns about this store’s integrity. This feels like a dirty game being played with customers’ money and loyalty points, and it needs to be investigated. If you shop here, check every receipt carefully because trusting this staff with cash or credits could cost you.

I just had to let yall no, this store has the best customer service. It's very clean, well stocked, and I highly recommend! The manager Katie really knows her stuff. She spent a lot of time with me because I was having a little bit of issues with my card. Everyone is very kind and pleasant. If you're anywhere near this area, definitely stop in! I come down this way once a month with my job. So other than my true leave in brooksville, this is now definitely my second favorite store! Thank you all very much for such a pleasant experience. All they want you to do is buy, buy, buy! When you ask for advice all the staff says is that they will get you whatever you want to buy. You! Need to do the strain homework prior to going there. Conveniently, what they have on hand fails to match with whatever discount you qualify for. Military, new patient, returning patient, etc. If they have the strain you need and you cannot take edibles, guess what! They have it in edibles but not in flower or bud. But, the strain in edibles your Dr. Says you need qualifies for the discount. They keep saying they will get you whatever you want, now you are standing at their screen rolling through what basically you have researched online. Meanwhile, the line behind you is getting longer, people are giving you dirty looks for taking too long, you choose something hoping it will work, and you've guessed it. It does not work!!!

Terrible experience. Watch 5 people who were signed in after me get called before me. Over 20 minute wait and had to remind them I was there. Pitiful. Then when I got to the counter I was met with nothing but a dismissive “ oh sorry man” attitude. They just don’t show any concern or care for their customers.

They don't care which customer came in first or in what order they serve you. Be prepared to have people cut in front of you.. God forbid you ask why it's taking so long, they'll put you at the back of the line. No sense in ordering online, they never have it ready and it's no faster at all. I used to enjoy coming , wait times are starting to climb and become an inconvenience. If they pay staff more and focus more on retention. It would help improve the flow greatly. But everytime I visit there is someone new or they are under staffed unfortunately. Hope things improve. If so I'll change my review

I've visited Truelive Dispensary a few times, and I must say, it is always a positive experience. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I usually opt for the ground flower. Ordering online makes things even quicker, especially since it's only for pick-up. Overall, I had a good time, and I'll definitely be returning.

this place is great customer service has been great quality of your product is great but........PLEASE FIX your reward system dont just let us use 10% at a time if we racked up 2000 points we should get 40% off why not? we cant use reward points because of discounts and you guys discount (even if its a little bit) almost all your product daily so whats the point of a reward system if we cant even really use it? plus it clears after 6 months of not using which has happened to me already and 10% is not much of discount unless your spending 500-1k and the avg person doesnt walk into a dispensary and spend that much especially in this economy and if reward points can be used on a product at the time of sale i would advise you tell your employees to maybe pitch it to us like (hey your eligible to use your reward points would you like to use them) this is my constructive criticism your overall quality of product and customer service has been great!

Trulive always has fair prices and you can usually catch stuff on sale. Easy point system to use for discounts when needed. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
