I use Trulieve over other dispensaries for most of my needs due to the great customer service and products they offer, which seem to never disappoint. I love all of the staff I have dealt with and the knowledge gained where I was lacking. I most definitely will recommend Trulieve to anyone no matter their level of experience with THC medications. They have something for everyone.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while because these two deserve all the recognition! First, a HUGE shout-out to Jessica! She is absolutely amazing. She always gives my daughter stickers, which completely makes her day, and somehow she always manages to brighten mine too. Every time we come in, she’s smiling, kind, and genuinely happy to help. For someone who’s only been there a short time, it honestly feels like she’s been part of the team forever. And this review is definitely long overdue for James! He’s been consistently awesome every single visit. He’s always helpful, takes the time to address any issues or questions, and never fails to ask how I’m doing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. These two have such positive energy that they can completely turn around a bad day. Sure, Trulieve has some really great products, but it’s employees like Jessica and James who make every visit so much more than just a quick stop. Customer service like theirs is hard to find, and they both deserve to be recognized. Thank you both for being amazing and for making every visit such a positive experience!

Trulieve is my preferred dispensary. The website's user-friendliness and the ease of placing an order are highly valued. Each visit for order pickup is met with pleasant staff who patiently explain and answer my inquiries. James, the General Manager, is awesome. Truelive - I particularly appreciate the intuitive design of your website.

Absolutely one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to! The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products for every budget. I really appreciate how easy the whole experience is from start to finish. Every visit has been a positive one, and I always leave happy with my purchase. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service! James and his team are absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Staff members are attentive to small details such as freebies when applicable, discounts when available, and how much is left in your recs! Dani was very thorough, quick, efficient, and made the whole thing simple. Every visit is a good one!
