Absolutely always amazing friendly staff.They didn't even argue about a friend walking in with me to help just in case my dizziness acts up. Just simply asked for id and gave him a guest pass.
Today was my first time visiting a dispensary in Florida, and it was such a great experience! The place was super clean and had a really welcoming vibe right from the start. The gentleman who helped me was an absolute delight, so friendly and patient. I even tried to tip him, and he told me to put it in the team jar since they split it among everyone. I love that kind of honesty and community spirit!Even when a line started to form, he never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I wish I could remember his name because he truly made my first visit easy and memorable. Thank you for making the process so smooth, I’ll definitely be back!
It's ok. I find Destin location has better customer service. Possibly will look elsewhere while in Crestview.
The service here is always excellent.The staff is knowledgeable and take their time with you to help you find the best products for your medical needs.They have a great warranty/guarantee on all of their products including batteries unlike Fluent who will not exchange or refundThey're my #1 go to for medical marijuana products and always have great sales.
Since I first started shopping at Trulieve a year ago I have had issues with my points. And countless failed attempts to get it fixed. Finally during my last visit I complained again and Greg, the budtender said he’d get a ticket put in for it to get fixed for me. Well today I bought an eighth for $2.50 because my points are finally working. Thank you for helping me get that fixed!Besides that the prices at this dispo are unbeatable and the various discounts are amazing! Not only that but they have a drive through which is so convenient. Trulieve is my go to dispensary for Crestview dispensaries.
YES......Customer service is important..... But if that customer doesn't know what they want. Move them to the side. Take care of your next customer. Then bring them back... The lines are too long.. Not enough workers.
I’m updating my review to be more clear: my original frustration was with Trulieve’s corporate marketing, not the local store staff. The “Mini Monday” promotion, where minis were priced higher but advertised as a deal, felt really misleading. Whoever approved that campaign missed the mark. It came across as manipulative and didn’t sit well with me.That said, the team at my local store has been wonderful. Every visit since then has been a great experience thanks to the staff. They’re always kind, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciate the work they do. They’re the reason I continue coming back.I’m also glad to see that Mondays now offer better, more honest deals. It feels like a step in the right direction. Hopefully the company continues listening to feedback and keeps putting patients first.
I've had good and bad visits here. There was a time one of the managers got a bad attitude with me when I was shopping with my daughter she first got her medical card. She was really intimidated and felt shy and since I've had my card for 4 years she asked me to help her. I'm sure Miss Angie has a lot of riff Raff (for lack of better term) that she has to deal with and it was a pretty terrible experience. My daughter was shaking and crying when we got to the car, but I really think it was a build up of prior problems and we were the next in line. The other managers or team leaders I'm not sure what they are but they're all great and there's not been a problem with miss Angie since then. But I did want to make special note of one of the associates. Derek. By far my favorite to be helped by. He is patient and when I have questions he will tell me the terpenes that are in the different strains I'm looking at and it makes all the difference. Never anything but polite pleasant and always has a joke or something awesome to say. Thank you so much!!!
Customer service is great and friendly. My only complaint is that the drive thru only works about 60% of the time. They took away the bell you rang because it quit working constantly and made some bell system that rings when you pull up. It either doesn’t work frequently or they don’t hear it. I’ve been told many times that they probably just didn’t hear it. If it isn’t loud enough, why have it? If it doesn’t work so frequently, why offer it? Between my bf and I we go thru there at least twice a week each. Never had an issue at Fluent but I prefer the quality of Trulieve. It’d be great if Trulieve addressed this issue, that’s the main reason I’m leaving this review. Apparently telling the employees isn’t working.
I love Trulieve every time I go!! Sometimes the wait line is a bit longer than I'd like, but it's worth it in the end. Also at this particular dispensary they have an express pick up window but it's never used 🙁 I have had times when my order was placed online and should've been available for pick up at the express window but I had to wait in line because there's never anyone at the express pick up window
Just want to give a shoutout to Victoria and Katherine! They are awesome and were so helpful through my whole visit. Will definitely be coming to this store only from now on.
This location has a drive thru which is an ultra plus. The staff and management at this location are so welcoming. Brendan is a frequent employee I see and he’s the best! Always super helpful and informative. Thank you!
My first time visiting, I was expecting awesomeness. Sadly, I experienced a stingy bud tender complaining about the amount of money a customer left for a tip. I was blown away...and not the good kind. Seeing that other dispos in the city don't allow tipping, this one time visit which I was so excited for because I've heard nothing but awesome things regarding the products, was my last.The quality of the product is great, but customer care is off and in need of renovation. ✌️
I frequent the Crestview store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been happy with my purchase every time I have went there. Katie is awesome and made sure I got all the discounts I didn’t know I had. Always pleasant to shop there and the products are always top quality and affordable. I definitely recommend this location!
The new Crestview location is great! Amazing customer service each time I’ve gone. Especially a front greeter that I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. He was younger with dark hair - but very polite and helpful to me during my visit when I had an issue with a product I just purchased and James who I believe is the store manager, he was also great and took the time to go over my order and discounts. They both made me feel very welcomed and took care of all my needs. The location is clean and modern, the wait is short and everyone is knowledgeable on the products. I will be recommending this store to all.
I am loving Trulieve in Crestview! All the way from store manager to a fine, outstanding young man by the name Bradenton . He treats me with premiere customer service. Top notch. I wish him well in life.
After a really long time of not using Trulieve I decided when they opened in Crestview to give them a random chance to change my outlook on the Company. I would have to say that the manager Herman at Crestview location has definitely rebuilt my faith in their company and I will continue to go to them as long as he and they keep up the great service. James Munroe is always professional and fabulous every single time I talk with him and he helps educate me so much.! I know that people will typically get online to leave bad reviews but if somebody does good service, nobody really makes praise reviews much. So if you’re reading this, I hope that you seriously consider giving this place a chance. Ask the staff what’s the best deals for what the problem(s) you’re facing and find out what they say. You might be surprised. The particular branch has had very speedy service each time. I can tell that they are giving each customer time to make decisions, but also moving people through very quickly.
Earlier today, Victoria, a new employee, was very efficiently helpful to me, a 3rd time visitor, with all of my many questions and issues. Very grateful! Also, the gentleman that greeted me at the door was very kind and helpful as well, and told me of the specials that they were promoting that day in store, got my order ready for the cashiers that was currently busy at the moment. Awesome! The other 2 times before, I was greeted happily, kindly, and efficiently by the same lady, very sweet and helpful with a joyful smile and attitude, cool beans! As does everyone i see working there, happy and very helpful!! Highly recommend!!Not to mention the more variety of choice in flower with higher THC levels!!! And the discounts =D
Katie and Hermon we're out saving grace! Best service ever! Ran late getting off work and they were so gracious in helping us even though they were at the end of their shift and ready to close it down! Always a good experience but this was just above and beyond!
